      사무소 건물의 에너지 성능 진단 및 관리 수준 결정방법에 관한 연구

      The goal of building energy management is to minimize the energy consumption while maintaining the comfortable environment. To make building energy management efficient, energy performance diagnosis and energy management level determination are essential. However, building energy management staffs do not have the proper tools to diagnose and manage the building energy performance efficiently Thus, the study suggests the easy method to diagnose the energy performance of office buildings based on the amount of annual energy consumption per unit area and energy performance index. Also, energy management level determination method considering the diagnosis results and building characteristics is presented.

      대학 캠퍼스 임대형 민자사업의 시설운영 이용자 만족도 사례연구

      This study focused on the users satisfaction survey of the university campus, which was established as a BTL project in Ulsan Metropolitan City. The survey were conducted with faculty and students and investigated the satisfaction of the management staff 's service, facility operation management, and convenience facilities. The major questions that match the users satisfaction of the staff and the students are 1) the friendly service of the management staff, 2) the cleanliness of the facility maintenance and 3) the restaurant of the convenience facilities. The management staff responds very kindly to the users and the facility environment is kept clean, but there seems to be a high demand for the improvement of the service of convenience facilities including restaurant menu. In addition, there are questions that appear simultaneously on the opposite side of positive or negative reasons and these results can be analyzed by analyzing the characteristics of respondents. All the data accumulated during BTL operation process, such as facility operation data, inconvenience data, user satisfaction data, will be the most important data for the operation of facilities when they are returned to the competent authority through the operation period of 20 years. From this point of view, It is time to review the own operating techniques after the operation period of BTL and this study can provide the basis for reviewing the own operating techniques.

      A대학교 교사동에 대한 부위별 분류체계에 따른 유지보수비 분석

      The purpose of this study is to analyze work costs and administrative and maintenance costs by each part to improve the present calculation method of work costs by each subcontractor and to estimate systematic administrative and maintenance costs. For the purpose, this study is selected cases of 5 university educational buildings and analyzed maintenance cost and construction cost by a part that is established. According to the result this study is presented analysis table of maintenance cost, construction cost by a part and analyzed annual maintenance cost. The results of this paper is as follows: First, this study is shown systematic establishment by a part selecting cases of 5 university educational buildings and analyzed maintenance cost and construction cost by a part that is established. second, the average costs for cases of 5 university educational building are total 9,183,000,000 Won. Also, the average maintenance costs by a part that is applied discount rate are total 5,311,000,000 Won.

      The Museum appeared many changes about spatial aspect, that is, the exhibition space can be communicated with visitors. Therefore the museum should consider visitors movement and its spatial factors, that arrange of work of art. in the planning stage of exhibitions. Also the exhibition space is integrated and segment by visitors-circulation-path. When visitors see and move exhibition of museum, its path is determined by the amount of knowledge and information which visitors obtains. Therefore it is very important to analyze the museum circulation-path. The main object of this study is to research characteristics of visitors-circulation-path in Museum. First of all, this study analyzes spaces of the gallery in history museum and second is that visitors, who see exhibition in gallery, trace and examine their moving route.       360 파노라마 이미지 기반 건물시각정보 데이터베이스 구축

      This paper describes an approach to suggest the possibility of using 360 panorama images as a design visualization tool through post-processing and to establish a Building Visual Information database. Recently, interest in artificial intelligence and others has increased, and at the same time, data collection and processing have emerged to build a high-performance artificial intelligence learning model. In the case of architectural interior space, it can be expressed in various ways, but among them, 360 panorama images are more likely to be used as they can express more information with one image. Therefore, this study intends to build a building visual information database for building maintenance through post-processing by receiving 360 panoramic images as input values. The research method and processcan be summarized as follows: 1)Research on prior research related to design reference image database construction, 2) Finding a 360 panorama image creation and authoring method, 3) 360 panorama image segmentation and distortion correction method development, 4) Web-based application development demo. This prototype contribute to facilitating establish and utilize interior design reference database.

      소규모 공동주택의 유지관리제도 개선방안 연구 - 한국과 일본의 관리체계 비교를 중심으로.

      This paper aims to analyze the characteristics and related regulations of small common housing in Korea so to suggest an effective facility management by comparing management system in Japan and Korea. Since the common housing less than 300 household in Korea is not regulated by law, there are some blind spots in its management. Therefore, this research tried to analyze and compare the case of Japan where the management on common housing less than 300 households and the case of Korea. As a result, this paper shows that establishing local public corporations for common housing management which is adopted by Japan would give a great enhancement on housing management in Korea. This result can make people to admit that the common housing system in Korea is too enormous to manage and give suggestions to improve the quality of housing management and the policy.

      점유면적과 유형 분석을 통한 오피스 어메니티 공간 연구 - Google Office를 중심으로 -

      Office layout and workplace characteristics are closely related to workplace culture. However, little is known about types of office amenities, interdependent relationship between of physical office environment and amenities and organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to investigate the types of office amenities and what area portion of office amenities provided in the workplace cases. The types of office amenities were classified according to BOMA standards and IFMA definitions and the types of office amenities was proposed. Among the total of 16 offices Fortune awarded, Google office cases were selected as workplace for adhocracy organizational culture. Amenities areas are commonly used for food and communication. The amenities areas are used for multi purposes and the edges and boundaries of some amenities are not clear. Approximately 40% of the total space were allocated for amenities in the case office environments.

      에너지다소비건물의 에너지사용특성 분석에 관한 연구

      Characterizing building energy consumption at the level of nationwide per building type is mandatory data-base for developing building energy policies, energy efficient technologies, low or zero energy buildings, etc. This DB is also very valuable for developing benchmark building model for detailed building energy simulation and building energy labelling program of Korean government which uses computer simulation tool. However, there is no such a DB that is well organized for building energy management. None the less, Energy Consumption Survey (KEEI, 2012) is the most available DB to obtain energy consumption features of national building stock. The DB only for Large Buildings (defined by government that use over 2,000 TOE per year) is re-defined for building energy labelling program’s EUI definition with some additional analysis such as end-user break-down and monthly energy use. The result shows that high-rise apartment building and university campus are satisfying national building energy labelling program and the others are out of criteria by using over 700 kWh/m2-yr. Relative to the various and vast data base in the Energy Consumption Survey, useful data for characterizing building energy consumption is very limited.

In order to achieve the purpose, the similarity between nuclear power plant dismantling and construction demolition work was analyzed, and a work breakdown structure was established to derive risk factors for each cutting work type and structural and job risks based on expert interviews. As a result, this study developed a practical risk breakdown structure that can be used when dismantling nuclear power plants.

      거주 후 평가(POE)를 통한 모듈러 임시교사 재실 환경 성능 분석

      Modular construction is emerging as a prominent alternative to construction for immobile and temporary schools. Despite modular school projects having advantages, the implementation of modular is still limited in certain parts of the sector for several reasons. In particular, in educational facilities, it is crucial to understand the main factors that affect the creation of the educational environment, such as lighting, ventilation, and insulation. To consider modular construction's specificity, it is necessary to evaluate satisfaction for actual users. Thus, this research performs the POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) questionnaire and analyzes key factors and user satisfaction for modular school projects. A total of 82 questionnaires were collected, and the satisfaction with the environmental factors was analyzed using random forest with python. The result showed two crucial factors: Thermal comfort and indoor air quality, and derived some disadvantages such as toilet smell, noise from insulation level, and vibrations. The results can be used as fundamental data for improving the performance and effective use of modular temporary school projects in the future.
