        사무소 건물의 에너지 성능 진단 및 관리 수준 결정방법에 관한 연구

        The goal of building energy management is to minimize the energy consumption while maintaining the comfortable environment. To make building energy management efficient, energy performance diagnosis and energy management level determination are essential. However, building energy management staffs do not have the proper tools to diagnose and manage the building energy performance efficiently Thus, the study suggests the easy method to diagnose the energy performance of office buildings based on the amount of annual energy consumption per unit area and energy performance index. Also, energy management level determination method considering the diagnosis results and building characteristics is presented.

        CAFM을 이용한 Workplace의 변화관리방안에 관한 연구

        Rapid changes of work pattern and organization in business environment have caused anunexpected demand for alternative workplace in recent years. As a tool for managing these changesCAFM is a very effective system. Under these circumstances, this study aims to show a process ofspace management using CAFM as to the case of organizational restructuring in Taegu city. Resultsof this study show that an alternative workplace layout proposed by the space management processcould yield 30million won as net profit in 10 years by reducing 186 square meter of the workplace.Finally, this study suggests that indirect and potential effect gained by workplace improvement suchas an increased productivity, should be considered as an important factor for integrated workplacemanagement.

        The design profession holds a key to empowering people with all types of physical and cognitive disabilities to move as fully as possible into the mainstream of daily life. Universal design started as better for every one has been mainly applied to the elderly and/or medical facilities. However, safety and flexibility become important marketing tools for environmental and product design. Workplace in which workers spend most of their time is a critical environment for the improvement of quality of life of workers. To eliminate physical barriers in work environment, some functional characteristics of universal design in workplace is reviewed in this study.

        코로나 19 이후 공간관리 방안을 위한 대학 캠퍼스 공간활용 분석 : 대학원 강의 공간 사례 중심으로

        Managing and utilizing space for classroom and labs for different parties in university campus is more complicating since demographic changes and innovative technology influence education settings. In addition, Covid 19 pandemic situation forces people to take online courses and it may eventually impact physical campus environment. The purpose of this study is to find out state of space use and class room utilization, to investigate the changes in space use during pandemic era, and to suggest space management. For this study, a case building in a university campus was selected. Classroom utilization was investigated and analysed based on 2019 and 2020 classroom schedule and building area data. The results showed that mid size room was more frequently assigned for class and peaked time is afternoon, middle of weekdays. Since the main user groups of the building are graduate students, the weekend was also booked and used. In 2020 fall semester, most classroom was not used because of the pandemic. Social distancing and online class adoption, and a new space norm will be necessary for classroom space management in the near future.

        주거지 주변 커뮤니티 시설의 비교분석과 사용자 수요조사

        By examining the current status of community facilities in residential areas, planning community facilities suitable for leisure and cultural activities can lead to sound leisure activities and improve the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of community facilities around residential areas and to conduct a basic survey for guidance on planning community facilities as leisure and cultural facilities. Community facilities in residential areas were divided into community facilities in multi-family housing, community facilities based on local areas, and community facilities in urban regeneration sites to identify the current status and compare leisure and cultural spaces. In addition, the needs of residents community facilities were investigated and the community facilities needed by consumers were presented. The results of this study are: 1. it is necessary to provide space for community economic activities in multi-family housing or to plan facilities that require facilities or equipment such as studios. 2. there is a need to strengthen the amenities section in local-based community facilities. 3. community facilities have a high preference for sports facilities and library facilities, and the demand for personal work spaces is also increasing. 4. unmanned delivery, tool rental, and safe return services are preferred, so it is necessary to refer to the community facility plan.

        설계단계에서의 모바일기반 BIM도구의 개발방향

        Due to the advantages of real-time information sharing, mobile programs used for limited purposes such as information searching and leisure activities are being utilized in various fields such as work and education. And, many attempts have been made to utilize various mobile programs in the construction field. Also, as various mobile programs based on BIM are developed, it becomes possible to easily check and modify 3D information in real time. In order to investigate the usability of BIM-based mobile programs, the study conducted interviews with three architectural offices. As a result of the interview, there is an expectation for the use of BIM-based mobile program in BIM expert group, but the field usability is low. Although many attempts have been made to utilize various BIM-based mobile programs, it has been investigated that user-oriented function analysis is lacking. Therefore, in order to improve the usability of BIM-based mobile programs, user-oriented function analysis and definition should be preceded. Therefore, in this study, it suggests the functions that are highly necessary and urgent among the functions of the mobile-based BIM program and implications through the expert interview. This study contributes as a basic research for activating BIM-based mobile program in Korea.

        퍼실리티 매니지먼트 분야에서 건물성능최적화와 운영을 위한 BIM 활용 실태

        The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is growing trend in worldwide for life cycle approach for designing, operating, managing buildings. With this trend, BIM could implied to facilities management (FM) area for handling building data and sensors, asset and cost management, life cycle estimation and management. The purpose of this study is to investigate the state of BIM used in FM, limitations of BIM application in FM, and investigate characteristics of FM integrated systems. programs related to the BIM. A literature review is conducted to investigate the state of BIM used in FM field and research, and identify key issues hampering the application of BIM to FM. The benefits of collaboration of BIM data and FMS data use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) include 1) standardization in FM data and quality improvement, 2) unified source of FM related data, 3) time and cost saving and 4) performance increase. For better application of the BIM data and its process, the strategic role of FM need to be more focused and early involvement to merge BIM data to FM process is important for long-term organizational success.

Target of case study applies Green Remodeling in old campus for performance improvement. Goal of this study is suggestion for strategies to successfully apply Green Remodeling to an old campus. Result: This study draws a conclusion from analysis of performance objective and green remodeling process.
