        Collagen, LPS, CFA로 유발된 류마티스 유사 관절염 동물실험 모델에서 한약제제 경구투여의 효과: 2008년 이후 발표된 국내 논문에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

        Objectives This study was designed to review animal studies about the efficacy of herbal medicine for Rheumatoid arthritis animal model which was published in Korea after 2008. We also systematically investigated the reporting quality of the animal studies. Methods We systematically searched original articles in 8 databases since 2008. And manual searching was conducted through 10 Korean medicine journals from 2008. Studies were included if they used animal experimental model(s) with orally administered herbal medicine. Data were extracted regarding animal model, rheumatoid arthritis indicator and detail of intervention. Reporting quality of each study was also assessed by the STARA and ARRIVE guidelines. Results Nine hundred two articles were screened. Finally, 35 articles were included. 35 studies all showed that the herbal medicine used in the studies has significant effect on alleviating the macroscopic indicators, hematological indicators, histological indicators, genetic indicators, osteological indicator of Rheumatoid Arthritis and others. Species of animals was reported in 100% while ventilation and noise were reported in 0% in STRASA guidelines. Ethical statement was reported in 42.9%, experimental animals and sample size were reported in 24%, 29% and there was no study reporting funding. Conclusions These results suggest that herbal medicine might be effective treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis. It should be improved by clinical studies. And there is a need for studying about efficacy and safety of each specific herbal medicine. And we should improve the Reporting quality of the animal studies published in Korea.

        Collagenase로 유발된 동물모델에서 ChondroT의 진통효과에 관한 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of ChondroT on arthralgia of the Collagenase-induced osteoarthritis in rats. Methods Osteoarthritis was induced into rat by injecting Collagenase in its knee joint. Rats are divided into a total of 8 groups (n=6). Normal group was not induced for osteoarthritis whereas control groups were induced for osteoarthritis by Collagenase. Positive-A (Indomethacin) was injected with Collagenase and after 8 days, 2 mg/kg of Indomethacin was medicated. Positive-B (JOINS TAB) was injected with Collagenase and after 8 days, 20 mg/kg of JOINS TAB was medicated. Experimental groups (Chondro T) at three dose levels (50, 100 and 200 mg/kg) were injected with Collagenase and after 8days they were medicated with 10 ml/kg. Indomethacin, JOINS TAB and ChondroT were medicated each substances once a day for 10 days. Thereafter, the changes in plantar withdrawal response of osteoarthritis rats by dynamic plantar aesthesiometer were observed and then RT-PCR analysis was done to investigate the expression of related proteins. Results 1. ChondroT significantly decreased withdrawal response of mechanical allodynia compared with control group in all of the experimental groups (ChondroT-A, ChondroT-B, ChondroT-C). 2. ChondroT significantly reduced Bax/Bcl-2 ratio in all of the experimental groups (ChondroT-A, ChondroT-B, ChondroT-C). 3. ChondroT significantly reduced the expression of INF-γ compared with control group in group ChondroT-B, ChondroT-C. Conclusions This results suggest that ChondroT may be meaningful for suppressing the pain of osteoarthritis. Further study is needed to conduct a rigorous clinical research.         영업사원의 전략적 지향성이 기업의 역량과 혁신 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 영업사원의 성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 특성 중 영업사원이 가진 전략적 지향성이 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 것이다. 다양한 지향성 중 대표적인 시장지향성, 학습지향성, 그리고 성과지향성이 마케팅 역량과 혁신 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 이 관계에서 지식공유행동의 매개 효과를 알아보고자 하는 연구이다. 가설은 시장지향성과 학습지향성, 성과지향성이 지식공유행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 것과 지식공유행동이 마케팅 역량 및 혁신 행동에 미치는 영향으로 나누어 총 10개의 가설을 제시하였다. 이 과정에서의 지식공유행동의 매개 효과에 관한 가설도 설정하였다. 가설 검증 결과 시장지향성이 지식기여행동에 대한 긍정적인 영향을 나타내었고, 지식기여행동이 마케팅 역량에 대한 긍정적인 영향은 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않아 기각되었다. 또한 지식수집행동이 혁신행동에 대한 가설은 부(-)의 관계가 나타나 긍정적인 영향을 끼칠 것이란 가설은 기각되었다. 마지막으로 매개 효과에 대해서는 시장지향성이 마케팅 역량과 혁신 행동에 대한 매개효과는 검증되었으나 학습지향성과 성과지향성은 직접적인 효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 가설 결과를 바탕으로 지향성이 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 학문적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. This study is about the impact of a salespersons strategic orientation on performance, among various characteristics that affect the performance of a salesperson. This study aims to find out how representative market orientation, learning orientation, and performance orientation among various orientations affect marketing capabilities and innovation behavior, and to investigate the mediating effect of knowledge sharing behavior in this relationship. A total of 10 hypotheses were presented, divided into those regarding the impact of market orientation, learning orientation, and performance orientation on knowledge sharing behavior, and the impact of knowledge sharing behavior on marketing capabilities and innovation behavior. A hypothesis regarding the mediating effect of knowledge sharing behavior in this process was also established. As a result of the hypothesis testing, market orientation showed a positive effect on knowledge travel movement, and the positive impact of knowledge travel movement on marketing capabilities was rejected as no significant results were found. Additionally, the hypothesis that knowledge gathering behavior would have a positive effect on innovation behavior was rejected as there was a negative relationship. Lastly, regarding the mediating effect, the mediating effect of market orientation on marketing capabilities and innovation behavior was verified, but learning orientation and performance orientation were found to have a greater direct effect. Based on the results of these hypotheses, academic and practical implications regarding the impact of orientation on performance were presented.

      • 연약지반에 대한 더치콘과 피에조콘 관입시험 비교 연구

        134 Dutch cone (mechanical cone) and 9 piezocone (electronic cone) penetration tests have been performed in the southwestern part of Korea. In general, Dutch cone results may be different from that of piezocone due to the difference in structure of the cones. 6 Dutch cone and piezocone test data which were obtained at the same point respectively, were analyzed and plotted in soil classification chart proposed by Robertson et. al.(1986, 1990). Cone factors of Dutch cone and piezocone test empirically have been determined using laboratory and field vane test results. Using this cone factors, it was shown that there was good correlation between shear strength estimated using cone resistance and that of laboratory test and field vane tests. It was found that there was a good correlation between cone resistance from Dutch cone and that from piezocone. Relationship formula was also suggested. Dutch cone test provides a useful means for stratigraphic profiling in large project and has some advantage over piezocone in particular situations, such as very soft clay ground and dredged area.

      • Mechanical properties and microstructural analysis for finite element modeling of Clad piping process

        In this study, mechanical properties and microstructure analyses on the corrosion resistance alloy (CRA) clad plate are conducted for the use of finite element modeling of JCOE piping process. The s teel plate consists of thick carbon steel and thin stainless steel as clad sheet. First, the basic plasticity properties of both constituent materials are measured using the standard mechanical testing, which can be modeled through conventional or advanced elastic-plasticity constitutive models. Then, as additional critical mechanical properties, the interfacial mechanical behavior at bonding surface between carbon steel and stainless steel is analyzed using a lab-scale T peel test and single lap shear test, which dominantly present the normal and tangential delamination at the interface. For the identification of the interface mechanical properties, a hybrid experimental-numerical approach adopting finite element simulations with the cohesive zone model is employed. Additionally, microstructure analysis base d on microscopy, EBSD etc. is also conducted to investigate the effect of microstructure near clad interface on the mechanical behavior of the clad plate.

        류마티스 관절염 모델 동물실험에서의 약침치료 연구 동향 -국내 논문을 중심으로

        Objectives This study was designed to collect studies about the Pharmacopuncture used for Rheumatoid arthritis model through analysis on Korean medicine prescriptions of Korean journals objective. Methods We searched 29 studies related Pharmacopuncture treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis model via Korean medicine web database. Results 29 studies were published 2007 to 2015. There were 4 studies have positive control group and negative control group, and 25 studies were design only negative control group. 15 studies were published 2007, 5 studies were published 2008, 1 study was published 2010, 2 studies were published 2011, 5 studies were published 2012, 1 study was published 2013. There were 20 Pharmacopuncture treated for Rheumatoid arthritis mouse or rat model. Most of these studies were effective to treat of Rheumatoid arthritis model. Conclusions These results suggested that Pharmacopuncture is effective treatment to Rheumatoid arthritis model and we need continuously agonize and research more effective therapy method.       • 국제민간항공기구의 무인기 정책 개발 동향

        Ecumenically, RPAS(Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) operation has been increased and the related accidents also have occurred. Accordingly, national authorities, organizations and industry have been striving for amendment and enactment of policy and regulation related to the RPAS(Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) operation. And ICAO had performed the joint study to make international standards through UASSG(Unmanned Aerial System Study Group). Recently this group has been switched to the panel meeting, RPASP(Remotely Piloted Aircraft System Panel). It has been discussed to make the related annex, SARPs(Standards and Recommended Practices) and etc. in RPASP. In this paper, we investigated the trend of study and development for ICAO RPAS policy and regulation. Based on these results, we suggested considerations to prepare domestic policy and regulations. 세계적으로 무인기 활용이 증가하고 이와 관련한 사고 보도도 잇따르고 있는 가운데 각국 정부 당국, 관련 기관 및 산업체 등에서는 무인기 운영 관련 정책 및 규정 제 개정을 위한 노력에 박차를 가하고 있다. 또한 이와 동시에 국제민간항공기구에서 관련 연구조직(UASSG, Unmanned Aerial System Study Group)을 통해 국제 표준 마련을 위한 공동 연구를 진행해 왔다. 최근에는 국제민간항공기구에서 무인기패널체(RPASP, Remotely Piloted Aircraft System Panel)를 조직하여 무인기의 민간공역 통합 운영을 목표로 관련 부속서, 표준 및 권고 등을 제 개정하기 위한 논의를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제민간항공기구의 무인기 정책 연구 및 개발 동향을 조사하고, 이를 통해 국내 무인기 정책 마련을 위해 필요한 사항을 제안하였다. 이는 국제적인 무인기 정책 및 규정 개발 동향을 파악하여 관련 산업개발 방향 설정 및 국내 규정 마련에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

        Fall cone과 수화열을 이용한 흙-시멘트 혼합물의 상 변화 연구

        고함수비 상태의 흙에 시멘트를 첨가하게 되면 흙의 공학적 성질을 개량할 수 있다. 이렇게 고함수비 흙에 시멘트를 혼합하는 경우 흙시멘트 혼합물의 워커빌러티와 밀접한 관련이 있는 상 변화를 예측하고 구분하는 것은 매우 힘들다. 시간에 따른 시멘트 paste의 수화열 변화와 경도의 변화는 흙시멘트 혼합물의 상 변화에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공해준다. 본 연구에서는 시멘트 paste와 흙/시멘트 비를 달리 한 3 종류의 혼합물에 대해 수화열과 콘 관입량을 측정하여 흙시멘트 혼합물의 상 변화를 관찰하였다. 실험결과, 흙시멘트 혼합물의 상 변화는 시멘트 paste와 동일한 형태를 보이며 수화열이 최소가 되는 시점에서 혼합물의 전단강도가 급격하게 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 흙시멘트 혼합물의 초결시점은 fall cone 관입량이 1.0mm, 즉 혼합물이 소성상태에 도달하는 시점과 일치하며 흙/시멘트 비가 증가할수록 초결시간은 지연되었다. 흙시멘트 혼합물에 대한 수화열 측정과 fall cone 관입량 측정은 흙-시멘트 혼합물의 상 변화를 예측하는 유용한 수단으로 사용할 수 있다. Some amount of cements can be added into the soil with high water content to improve the engineering properties. In such a case, it is difficult to predict and figure out the phase changes of the soil-cement mixture which is closely associated with workability of the soil-cement mixture. Changes in heat of hydration and hardness of the cement pastes are known to provide the useful information about the phase changes of the soil-cement mixtures. In this study, heat of hydration and cone penetration depth were measured from the specimens of cement paste and 3 soil-cement mixtures. From the experimental results, it was found that the phase changes of the soil-cement mixtures are the same as those of cement paste, and that shear strength of the mixtures abruptly increases when the heat of hydration is minimum. Initial setting time of the mixtures coincides with the state when fall cone penetration depth was 1.0 mm and it is defined as plastic limit of the mixtures. Initial setting time of the mixtures is retarded as soil/cement ratio is increased. Measurements of heat of hydration and fall cone apparatus could be the useful tools to predict the phase changes of tile soil-cement mixtures.
