        Collagen, LPS, CFA로 유발된 류마티스 유사 관절염 동물실험 모델에서 한약제제 경구투여의 효과: 2008년 이후 발표된 국내 논문에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

        Objectives This study was designed to review animal studies about the efficacy of herbal medicine for Rheumatoid arthritis animal model which was published in Korea after 2008. We also systematically investigated the reporting quality of the animal studies. Methods We systematically searched original articles in 8 databases since 2008. And manual searching was conducted through 10 Korean medicine journals from 2008. Studies were included if they used animal experimental model(s) with orally administered herbal medicine. Data were extracted regarding animal model, rheumatoid arthritis indicator and detail of intervention. Reporting quality of each study was also assessed by the STARA and ARRIVE guidelines. Results Nine hundred two articles were screened. Finally, 35 articles were included. 35 studies all showed that the herbal medicine used in the studies has significant effect on alleviating the macroscopic indicators, hematological indicators, histological indicators, genetic indicators, osteological indicator of Rheumatoid Arthritis and others. Species of animals was reported in 100% while ventilation and noise were reported in 0% in STRASA guidelines. Ethical statement was reported in 42.9%, experimental animals and sample size were reported in 24%, 29% and there was no study reporting funding. Conclusions These results suggest that herbal medicine might be effective treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis. It should be improved by clinical studies. And there is a need for studying about efficacy and safety of each specific herbal medicine. And we should improve the Reporting quality of the animal studies published in Korea.

        인터넷 트래픽에서의 개방형 접속모형

        최근 인터넷의 인기와 규모 면에서 폭발적인 성장은 네트워크의 성능에 제약을 가하고 있다. 인터넷의 혼잡 수준을 완화시키기 위한 해결책 개발은 점차 중대한 문제가 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 공통적인 방법은 필수적으로 적절한 트래픽 모형에 기반하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 인터넷 트래픽은 장기적 상관성을 가지고 있다라는 잘 알려진 명제에 대해 탐색하였다. 그리고 나서, 인터넷 트래픽을 묘사하기 위해 개발되어졌고 잘 알려진 서너 가지의 트래픽 모형들의 약점들을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 개방형 시스템의 개념을 이용하여, 새로운 트래픽 모형을 제시하였다. 새로운 트래픽 모형에서는 개별 사용자들이 인터넷을 사용하는 과정을 자연스럽게 묘사할 수 있는 확률모형으로 개방형 접속모형을 제안하고, 이 모형을 통해 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하였다. The recent explosive increase in the size and popularity of the Internet is straining networks. It has become critical to find the solution to alleviate the congestion level of the networks. A common solution to these problems is essentially based on traffic models. In this study, we first investigate the well-known proposition that Internet traffic has long range dependency. And then we consider the drawbacks of several well-known traffic models, which were developed to represent the Internet traffic. Finally, using the concept of open systems, we propose a new traffic model, which can appropriately reflect behavior patterns of Internet users.

        연약지반에 대한 더치콘과 피에조콘 관입시험 비교 연구

        134 Dutch cone (mechanical cone) and 9 piezocone (electronic cone) penetration tests have been performed in the southwestern part of Korea. In general, Dutch cone results may be different from that of piezocone due to the difference in structure of the cones. 6 Dutch cone and piezocone test data which were obtained at the same point respectively, were analyzed and plotted in soil classification chart proposed by Robertson et. al.(1986, 1990). Cone factors of Dutch cone and piezocone test empirically have been determined using laboratory and field vane test results. Using this cone factors, it was shown that there was good correlation between shear strength estimated using cone resistance and that of laboratory test and field vane tests. It was found that there was a good correlation between cone resistance from Dutch cone and that from piezocone. Relationship formula was also suggested. Dutch cone test provides a useful means for stratigraphic profiling in large project and has some advantage over piezocone in particular situations, such as very soft clay ground and dredged area.

      • 확장멱함수모형을 이용한 비선헝 압밀속도 모형의 개발

        One-Dimensional Nonlinear Consolidation Model(NCM) ivas developed by using an Extended Power Function Model, which could represent the compressibility of soils. A nonlinear finite element program for NCM was developed to analyze the porewater pressure dissipation and the settlement of saturated soils. Parameters used in compressibility model could be easily obtained from conventional oedometer test data. This model has been applied to Yansan-Mulgum area for the comparison with the results of CONSOL program and that of Terzaghi theory. A Good The rates of consolidation predicted by this model and CONSOL were faster than that of conventional Tergaghi theory, for they consider the nonlinear characteristics of soils. Consolidation curves of this model were located between Terzaghi and CONSOL curves. Consolidation curves near drainage boundary, where effective stress valied rapidly, seemed to reflect the variations of compressibility of sails. Consolidation curves near drainage boundary obtained from this model were composed of two parabolic curves. Intersection of the parabolic curves occurred when effective stress reached the value of preconsolidation stress. Moreover, thin model could be used to represent the effect of magnitude of applied load. whereas CONSOL and Terazghi theory could not. 구의 일차원 압축거동을 잘 표현할 수 있는 확장멱함수 모형을 이용하여 비선형 압밀속도 모형을 개발하고, 비선형 유한요소 프로그램을 개발하여 침하량과 압밀속도를 계산하였다. 양산-물금 지구 4개 지점의 표준압밀시험 결과를 이용하여 확장적함수의 매개변수를 구하고, 압밀속도와 침하량을 계산한 결과를 비선형 압밀해석 프로그램인 CONSOL의 결과와 비교하였다. 본 모형에 의한 침하량과 압밀속도는 CONSOL의 결과와 잘 일치하고 있다. 본 모형과 CONSOL은 각의 압축성의 변화를 고려하고 있기 때문에 Terzaghi 압밀이론에 비해 빠른 압밀속도를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 모형에 의해 구해진 압밀곡선은 Terzaghi 압밀곡선과 CONSOL 결과의 중간형태를 띄고 있다. 유효응력의 증가속도가 빠른 배수경계 부근에서의 압밀곡선은 두 개의 포물선으로 구성되어 있으며 두 곡선의 교점, 즉 변곡점은 그 지점의 유효응력이 선행압밀하중에 다다를 때 나타난다. CONSOrt과 Terzaghi 압밀이론에서는 하중 크기에 상관없이 압밀곡선의 거동이 동일한 양상을 보이고 있지만 본 모형의 압밀곡선은 선행압밀하중보다 큰 하중에서만 변곡점이 발생된다. 이것은 본 모형이 하중 크기의 영향을 구현할 수 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

        Collagenase로 유발된 동물모델에서 ChondroT의 진통효과에 관한 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of ChondroT on arthralgia of the Collagenase-induced osteoarthritis in rats. Methods Osteoarthritis was induced into rat by injecting Collagenase in its knee joint. Rats are divided into a total of 8 groups (n=6). Normal group was not induced for osteoarthritis whereas control groups were induced for osteoarthritis by Collagenase. Positive-A (Indomethacin) was injected with Collagenase and after 8 days, 2 mg/kg of Indomethacin was medicated. Positive-B (JOINS TAB) was injected with Collagenase and after 8 days, 20 mg/kg of JOINS TAB was medicated. Experimental groups (Chondro T) at three dose levels (50, 100 and 200 mg/kg) were injected with Collagenase and after 8days they were medicated with 10 ml/kg. Indomethacin, JOINS TAB and ChondroT were medicated each substances once a day for 10 days. Thereafter, the changes in plantar withdrawal response of osteoarthritis rats by dynamic plantar aesthesiometer were observed and then RT-PCR analysis was done to investigate the expression of related proteins. Results 1. ChondroT significantly decreased withdrawal response of mechanical allodynia compared with control group in all of the experimental groups (ChondroT-A, ChondroT-B, ChondroT-C). 2. ChondroT significantly reduced Bax/Bcl-2 ratio in all of the experimental groups (ChondroT-A, ChondroT-B, ChondroT-C). 3. ChondroT significantly reduced the expression of INF-γ compared with control group in group ChondroT-B, ChondroT-C. Conclusions This results suggest that ChondroT may be meaningful for suppressing the pain of osteoarthritis. Further study is needed to conduct a rigorous clinical research.       • Mechanical properties and microstructural analysis for finite element modeling of Clad piping process

        In this study, mechanical properties and microstructure analyses on the corrosion resistance alloy (CRA) clad plate are conducted for the use of finite element modeling of JCOE piping process. The s teel plate consists of thick carbon steel and thin stainless steel as clad sheet. First, the basic plasticity properties of both constituent materials are measured using the standard mechanical testing, which can be modeled through conventional or advanced elastic-plasticity constitutive models. Then, as additional critical mechanical properties, the interfacial mechanical behavior at bonding surface between carbon steel and stainless steel is analyzed using a lab-scale T peel test and single lap shear test, which dominantly present the normal and tangential delamination at the interface. For the identification of the interface mechanical properties, a hybrid experimental-numerical approach adopting finite element simulations with the cohesive zone model is employed. Additionally, microstructure analysis base d on microscopy, EBSD etc. is also conducted to investigate the effect of microstructure near clad interface on the mechanical behavior of the clad plate.
