        기내면세품 판매에 있어 면세품 카달로그와 승무원 메시지의 정보성과 설득성이 브랜드 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 정교화 가능성 모델(ELM)의 적용

        This study aims to identify the impact of air travelers' intention to buy in-flight duty-free goods through catalogs and flight attendants and provide academic and practical implications for aviation practitioners. As air demand has gradually increased since COVID-19, opportunities for in-flight duty-free sales are also increasing, and in-flight duty-free sales services account for a significant increase in evaluating airline service quality. However, with the recent opening of arrival duty-free shops, revenue from airline in-flight duty-free shops has continued to decline, and it is important to understand the expectations, needs, and characteristics of air travelers to improve the management performance of airlines through in-flight duty-free sales. The results show that both duty-free catalogs as a central route of information and the crew members as a peripheral route exert positive effects on perceived informativeness and persuasiveness in the process of selling in-flight duty-free goods. Both perceived informativeness and persuasiveness positively affect brand attitude, linking the positive relationship between brand attitude and purchase intention. This study is meaningful in examining Korean airline travelers’ consumption behavior to use in-flight duty-free service adopting the Elaboration Likelihood Model(ELM). In particular, the relationship between the ‘inclusiveness’ of the central route and the ‘trustworthiness’ of the peripheral route among the lower factors of the Elaboration Likelihood Model turned out to be significant predictors in explaining the process of air travelers' buying behaviors for goods for in-flight duty-free. Furthermore, it will be a meaningful study in that it provides implications that can have a positive effect on the airline's collateral income operation.

        보험투자자의 고빈도 알고리즘매매 분석

        Insurance investors who use investment strategies that match the duration between debt and assets are representative long-term investors. In terms of liquidity and risk management, it was analyzed whether insurance investors also use these short-term strategies in a situation where high frequency trading is spreading According to the analysis results, some insurance investors used a swing trading strategy to predict the continuity of the short-term trend and sell the quantity purchased by repeated short-term orders as repeated short-term orders the next day. In addition, despite the use of similar HFT algorithmic strategies between HFT life insurance investor and HFT non-life insurance investor, the impact on the liquidity, volatility, efficiency of individual stocks was different. As one of these causes, it was confirmed that there was a difference in the submitting order strategy. The algorithm used by HFT life insurance investor is an active submission strategy that reduce spreads formed in the market. but it is a passive trading strategy that is non-initiated by the other traders’s orders. On the other hand, the algorithm used by HFT non-life insurance investor directly submits buying order to the lowest selling price or selling order to the highest buying price. If the order exhausts the remaining amount of the lowest price, it can expand the spread formed in the market and is an active trading strategy to initiate the other traders’ orders Unlike general insurance investors who use contrarian strategies and act as market stabilizers, HFT insurance investors used momentum strategies to increase liquidity, reduce volatility and contribute to market efficiency. However, it was also confirmed that although similar algorithms are used between HFT life-insurance investors and HFT non-life insurance investors, they show different results in influence on individual stocks price and the prediction of stock price. This study can find its contribution in that HFT insurance investor, who recognized as long-term investor, also use a HFT strategy and confirm that there is a difference in market influence between HFT life insurance investor and HFT non-life insurance investor.

      • 유아교사의 성교육에 대한 어려움과 성교육의 내용에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 유아교사의 성교육에 대한 어려움을 알아보고, 그들이 제안하는 유아 성교육의 내용에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해서 서울 및 경기지역에 소재한 사립유아교육기관의 유아교사 10명을 심층 인터뷰하였다. 유아 성교육이 어려운 이유로는 성교육에 대한 지식 및 이해의 부족, 성교육 실시 중의 수줍음과 당황스러움, 체계적인 성교육 프로그램과 자료의 부족, 성교육 실시 후의 부작용을 이유로 어려움을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 유아교사들은 현재의 유아 성교육의 내용 외에 ‘내 몸의 소중함’에 대한 내용 강화, ‘친구의 몸을 소중히 여기기’에 대한 태도 첨가,‘유아들의 눈높이에 맞는 성교육’의 내용 실시를 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 유아교사들이 유아 성교육에 대해 갖고 있는 어려움과 요구를 보다 깊이 이해할 수 있었으며, 향후 유아 성교육을 위한 프로그램 또는 교사교육 프로그램 개발의 유용한 기초 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 본다.. The purpose of the study is to examine difficulties in sex education of kindergarten teachers and to investigate the content of sex education which they suggest. To investigate the variables concretely in which they feel difficulty, 10 kindergarten teachers, who had experience in teaching sex education to children, in Seoul and the Gyeonggi region were interviewed regarding their views of difficulties in sex education. The content consisted of difficulties in sex education and requirements that needed to be added in the field. All interviews were recorded with the permission of the teachers, their kindergarten and the content of the interviews were written and analyzed. The findings indicate that teachers have difficulties in sex education because they have a lack of knowledge, programs and materials relating to sex education, and feel shy and embarrassed during sex education with children. Emphasizing the importance of one's body, having a right attitude toward their friends' body and managing the content that the children are curious about are the requirements that should be added to the current content of sex education. Through this study, we can understand the difficulties of sex education that kindergarten teachers have and find out the sex education content that they need. This can be used as preliminary data for future sex education programs.
