Case Study of Healing by the Tran Message of Body for ADHD

This is a narrative case study on the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD), which occurs when the body is out of balance, through Tran Message of body, which is healing through the balance of the body. The necessity of research is that the disease comes when the balance of the body is broken, so the study of healing through the balance of the body is urgently needed. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to study self-healing in order to recognize physical, psychological, and mental and environmental problems, and to educate and restore the inherent potential. The purpose of this study is to help the pain and healing of children with ADHD disorder. Through The Tran Message of body healing, it was confirmed that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder of 5 and 6 year old children came from anxiety. We may have to think that it was difficult to breathe because of anxiety and that we had been overactive by taking a rough breath all over our body. It was also found that empathy in humans has the power to tear down even the thickest and hardest parts. The two children struggled, but no one knew the pain of the child, but only scolded and condemned. Empathy was a healing energy for two children. In conclusion, through The Tran Message of body healing, it can be seen that although the diseases are the same, the causes are different and the healing principles are also different. The Tran Message of body healing can be said to be a guide of life that guides how to do for the restoration of humanity and life, which is the task of mankind through obstacles. Since there are only 2 participant, I think more research is needed.

The purpose of this study were to review the relationship among Downsizing, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance of Local Airline Industry. In addition to provide useful evidence for developing strategies to minimize the negative impact of downsizing for both employee and organizations. To achieve the purpose of this study, Total 230 survey questionnaires were distributed among the employees who are working for local airline industry from 10th August, 2020 to 5th Sep, 2020. Due to the reliability of data, 13 samples were discarded and 217 samples were put to actual analysis. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed by using SPSS Ver. 26.0 statistics package. The results of the study are as follows. First, the Downsizing is negatively related to organizational commitment & job performance. second, the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance was significantly positive. This study shows that it is very important to restore the organizational commitment of the remaining members from job instability and employment environment changes caused by downsizing.

사용자 프라이버시 보호를 위한 BBS+서명 기법 기반 시뮬레이션 환경구축

디지털 전환 시대를 맞아 일상생활 대부분이 온라인으로 이동하면서 온라인상에서 자신을 나타내는 신뢰할 수 있는 신분증의 필요성이 커지게 되었다. 신원 확인 방법은 중앙 집중식 모델에서 현재는 자기주권신원 모델로 변화하는 과정에 있으며 사용되는 핵심 기술은 탈중앙 식별자 DID(Decentralized Identifier)이다. DID는 기존 신원 체계와 달리 개인의 데이터 소유권을 개인에게 돌려줘 데이터 주권을 지킬 수 있게 해줌으로써 개인의 정보 공유 범위를 결정하는 SSI(Self Sovereign Identity)를 실현하는 기술이다. DID를 이용하면 데이터의 무결성, 투명성을 보장하는 자격 증명(Verifiable Credential, Verifiable Presentation) 발급이 가능하며 이를 검증하는 데이터는 모두 블록체인에 올라가 있는 것이 특징이다. 본 논문에서는 실제 서비스와 유사한 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축하여 자격 증명의 사용자 프라이버시를 보호하는 방법인 BBS+서명 기법에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

오이코노미아(οἰκονομία) - 맘몬 세상과 하나님의 나라 사이를 서성이다

이 연구는 예수의 비유들에서 하나님의 나라와 ‘오이코노미아’(οἰκονομία)의 관계를 조명한다. 이 목적을 위해 예수의 ‘모든’ 비유를 범주별로 평면적으로 늘어놓고 연속적으로, 통합적으로 읽되 특히 공간과 인물을 주목한다. 그 결과, 이 연구는 다음의 중요한 점들을 발견한다. 첫째, 예수의 많은 비유는 인간에게 삶과 살림의 현장인 ‘오이코스’(οἶκος/집)를 배경으로 삼고, ‘오이코노미아’를 소재로 한다. 둘째, 그럼에도 불구하고 모든 비유에서 바탕은 땅이다. 땅에서 농작이 이뤄지고 곡식이 생산되며, 거기서 재화가 창출되고 인간의 삶과 문화가 형성되기 때문이다. 셋째, 서른대여섯개를 헤아리는 예수의 모든 비유들은, 인간의 삶과 하나님의 나라 사이에서, 다음의 네 가지 범주로 분류되고 상호 관련되며 하나님 나라의 상징을 발전시켜나간다: (1) 땅과 농사의 자연 비유, (2) 돈과 살림의 경제 비유, (3) 잃은 자를 찾는 사람의 비유, 그리고 (4) 빵과 먹임의 식탁교제 비유. 넷째, 이런 범주를 따라 예수의 비유를 연속적으로, 통합적으로 읽으면 집안어른(소유자 계층)에게서 특질(traits)의 변화를 감지할 수 있다. 재물에 완전 집착하던 그가 변하여 채무자의 이자를 변제하고, 큰 빚을 탕감하며, 실적이 미달돼도 후히 삯을 쳐준다. 하나님의 나라는 맘몬 세상에서 배불리는 경제학으로 나아간다. The study sheds light on the relationship between the kingdom of God and the Oikonomia (οἰκονομία) in the parables of Jesus. For this purpose, all the parables of Jesus are laid out side by side in categories, read consecutively and collectively, but especially noting spaces and characters. As a result, the study finds the following important points: First, many parables of Jesus are based on the oikos (οἶκος/ home), the locus of everyday life, and the subject of Oikonomia. Second, nevertheless, in every parable, the basis is the land. For it is the land where crops are produced, goods are created, and human life and culture are formed. Third, thirty-five or thirty-six parables of Jesus, which are located between human life and the kingdom of God, can be categorized into four groups, and they are interrelated to develop the symbols of the kingdom of God: (1) the nature parables of land and agriculture, (2) the economy parables of money and property, (3) the parables of human beings in which the lost are found, and (4) the table fellowship parables of bread and food. Lastly, consecutive and collective reading of Jesus’ parables along with these categories can detect changes in traits of the characters (of the owner class). He, who was totally obsessed with wealth, is changed to reimburse debtors’ interest, write off large debts, and pay well even if one doesn’t perform well. The kingdom of God moves on from a Mammonism to the economics of the Kingdom of God.

저비용항공사 관계마케팅이 고객신뢰, 고객만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was the effect of relationship marketing on customer briefs, customer satisfaction and reuse intention of low cost carriers. For the purpose of study, 185 survey questionnaires were distributed from 15th NOV, 2018 to 30th NOV, 2018. Due to the reliability of data, 11 samples were discarded and 174 samples were put to actual analysis. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed by using SPSS Ver. 20.0 statistics package. The results of the study are as follows. First, the relationship marketing had significant effects on customer briefs. Second, the relationship marketing had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Third, customer briefs had significant effects on reuse intention. Fourth, customer satisfaction had significant effects on reuse intention. Fifth, the relationship marketing which is consist of customer orientation and service restoration had significant effects on reuse intention. Lastly, the relationship marketing which is consist of relationship orientation did not affect on intention. This study shows that in order to have competitive advantage, LCC has to develop marketing strategies that promote relationship with current customers with focus on their long-term relationship with their customers.
