저온공정을 이용한 AlN 박막의 우선배향성과 모폴로지에 관한 연구

In this paper, we investigated the (002) preferred orientation and morphology characteristics of AlN thin film by using reactive rf sputtering. Additionally, AlN thin films grown in the range from 150 to 300 W were studied under room temperature without substrate heating and post annealing. Sputtered AlN thin films were well grown on Si substrates and the (002) main peak in XRD patterns showed the highest intensity at 300 W with $0.25^{\circ}$ degree of full width at half-maximum (FWHM). As increased RF power, the surface roughness was increased from 1.0 to 3.4 nm. In Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), $A_1$ (TO) and $E_1$ (TO) mode closed to AlN thin film confirmed the changes with increasing the intensity rate. From these results, we could confirm a chance of the growth of AlN thin film by only low temperature.
RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 증착한 ZnO 박막의 증착온도에 따른 구조 및 전기적 특성

In this study we investigated the variation of the substrate temperatures using RF sputtering to identify the effect on the structure and electrical properties by c-axis orientation of ZnO thin film. ZnO thin films were prepared on Al/Si substrate. In our experimental results, ZnO thin film at $300^{\circ}C$ was well grown with (002) peak of ZnO thin film, the thin film showed the high resistivity with the value of $5.9{\times}10^7\;{\Omega}cm$ and the roughness with 27.06 nm. As increased the substrate temperatures, the grain size of ZnO thin films was increased. From these results, we could confirm the suitable substrate temperature of ZnO thin films for FBAR(film bulk acoustic resonator).
Ga doped ZnO 박막의 열처리 조건에 따른 구조 및 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

In this study we present the effect of annealing temperatures on the structural, electrical and optical characteristics of Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) films. GZO target is deposited on coming 7059 glass substrates by DC sputtering. and then GZO films are annealed at temperatures of 400, 500, $600^{\circ}C$ in air ambient for 20 min. in this case of as-grown film, it shows the resistivity of $6{\times}10^{-1}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and transmittance under 85%, whereas the electrical and optical properties of film annealed at $500^{\circ}C$ are enhanced up to $1.9{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and 90%, respectively.
과산화수소로 유도된 산화성 간세포 손상에 대한 소시호탕(小柴胡湯)의 효과

Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the hepatoprotective effect of Soshiho-tang (SSH) in mouse primary liver cells against hydrogen peroxide ($H_2O_2$)-induced oxidative stress. We also elucidated the molecular mechanism of hepatoprotective effect by SSH. Methods : Cell viability, level of ALT, AST and LDH, intracellular ROS level, mRNA expression and activity of antioxidant enzymes were used to evaluate hepatoprotection of SSH against $H_2O_2$. Target gene expressions were analyzed by real-time PCR. Results : Pre-treatment with SSH for 1 hour prevented cytotoxicity against $H_2O_2$. $H_2O_2$-induced ROS level decreased under SSH pre-treatment. mRNA expression of GPx and SOD increased in SSH-treated cells. In addition, HSP72 and HSP40 gene expression were elevated under SSH-treatment. Conclusions : These results indicate that SSH protects mouse primary liver cells from $H_2O_2$-induced oxidative injury. This hepatoprotective activity of SSH is mediated by decreasing intracellular ROS and increasing antioxidant enzyme expression (GPx and SOD) and stress response protein (HSP72 and HSP40).
지역축제 자원봉사자의 참가만족과 재참가의사에 미치는 영향요인

The purpose of this paper was to examine the antecedent variables affecting the volunteers` participation satisfaction and re-participation intention in the tourism festival events. To attain the research purpose, volunteers participated in four tourism festival were used on the samples of this study. The proposed model contained the causal relationships among volunteers` job satisfaction, their benefits sought, participation satisfaction, re-participation intention. To seek pathways for significant causal relationship among the variables, this study employed the path analysis. The findings revealed that their volunteers` job satisfaction strongly affected their participation satisfaction and re-participation intention compared with their benefits sought. Also it was found their satisfaction of volunteer activities mediated between the job satisfaction and participation satisfaction, re-participation intention in these causal relationship.
소청룡탕(小靑龍湯)의 과산화수소로 유도된 간세포 독성에 대한 보호효과

Objectives: Socheongryong-Tang (小靑龍湯, SCRT) has been widely used to treat respiratory disease. In this study, we investigated the protective effects of SCRT on hydrogen peroxide-induced hepatotoxicity. Methods: In the mouse primary liver cells, SCRT was pretreated for 1 h, and 1 mM H2O2 was treated to mouse primary liver cells. Cell viability was analyzed by using 3- 4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Also, the activity of AST, ALT and LDH were measured for the evaluation the protective effect of SCRT on H2O2-induced hepatotoxicity. Intracellular ROS level was analyzed by FACS. Results: SCRT pretreatment decreased H2O2-induced hepatotoxicity and intracellular ROS production. Pretreatment of SCRT significantly reduced the cytotoxic effect induced by H2O2, associated with reducing DNA fragmentation and AST, ALT, LDH activities. Conclusions: These results suggest that SCRT has protective effect against H2O2-induced hepatotoxicity.
Li<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>:ZnO를 이용하여 제조한 FBAR의 제작 및 열처리에 따른 구조적, 전기적 특성

In this study, we fabricated FBAR(film bulk acoustic resonator) by using $Li_{2}CO_{3}:ZnO$ as a function of annealing temperature and concentrated on effect of frequency characteristic of FBAR. The results show that the annealing affects resistivity and crystallity. The optimum properties were observed for film annealed at $500^{\circ}C$. The resistivity was $1.5{\times}10^{11}\;{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and the roughness was 21.10 nm. And the return loss is improved from -24.9 at $300^{\circ}C$ to -29.8 at $500^{\circ}C$ without the resonant frequency change. We finally confirmed the improvement on the frequency characteristics of FBAR device by annealing process at the optimized condition.
다층박막을 이용한 Ga-doped ZnO 투명전도막의 특성

With development of electronic products the demands for miniaturization and weight-lightening have increased until a recent date. Accordingly, The effort to substitute glass substrates was widely made. However, polymer substrates have weak point that substrates were damaged at high temperature. In this paper, we deposited transparent conductive film at low temperature. And we inserted Au thin film between oxide to compensate for deteriorated electrical characteristics. Ga-doped ZnO(GZO) multilayer coatings were deposited on glass substrate by DC sputtering. The optimization of deposition conditions of both AZO and Au layers were performed to obtain better electrical and optical characteristics in advance. We presumed that the properties of multilayer were affected by the deposition process of both GZO and Au layers. The best multilayer coating exhibited the resistivity of $2.72{\times}10^{-3}\;{\Omega}-cm$ and transmittance of 77 %. From these results, we can confirm a possibility of the application as transparent conductive electrodes.
