OECD 회원국의 녹색생산성 비교분석을 통한 녹색정책경로 모색

The green policies have actively been paid attention to as the green growth is one of global issues from the economic and environmental perspectives. This paper analyzes the green productivity growth index for the OECD countries over the period 1991-2009 in order to explore the trajectory of the green policy, aiming at effective policy implication. We used the macroeconomic and CO2 emissions indicators for the empirical investigation. We also decomposed the green productivity growth index into efficiency change and technical change indexes. The empirical results tell us that i) in a short term Korea needs to focus on catching up with the Northern European countries, and ii) in a long term she needs to spur the green innovation. We believe that this research is helpful for the policy makers to develope policies about the green growth.

퍼징은 입력값을 무작위로 생성해 소프트웨어를 테스팅하는 방법으로, 처음 고안된 이래로 다양한 방식의 퍼징이 연구되고 있다. 그중 변이기법을 적용한 퍼징은 확률에 따른 비트 반전이나 특별 값 치환과 같이 비교적 간단한 접근법을 사용함에도, 많은 버그를 발견해온 만큼 효율적인 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 인터프리터는 문법, 시맨틱이 올바른 입력값을 요구하기 때문에 일반적인 변이기법을 적용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 동적 데이터 흐름 분석을 통해 변이기법을 인터프리터 퍼징에 적용할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 JMFuzzer는 문법, 시맨틱의 올바름을 고려해 자바스크립트 인터프리터에서 오류 없이 정상적으로 동작하는 다양한 유형의 테스트케이스를 생성할 수 있다. 최종적으로 본 연구에서는 최신 버전의 자바스크립트 인터프리터에서 알려지지 않은 취약점들을 찾았으며, 이를 각 회사에 제보했다. Fuzzing is a method of testing software by randomly generating test cases. Since its introduction, a variety of fuzzing techniques have been studied. Among them, mutation-based fuzzing is an efficient method that finds real-world bugs even though it uses a simple approach such as probabilistic bit-flipping and character substitution. However, the interpreter fuzzing has difficulty in applying general mutation techniques because the interpreter requires grammar and semantic correctness input values. In this paper, we present a novel mutation-based fuzzing on JavaScript interpreters with a dynamic data flow analysis. To this end, we implement JMFuzzer that can generate various types of mutated test cases that operate normally without runtime errors in JavaScript interpreter considering syntax and semantics. As a result, we found numerous unknown vulnerabilities in the latest JavaScript interpreters. We reported all of them to the vendors.
창업 단계의 기업가정신 제고 방안: 효율성 분석 방법론을 중심으로

The goal of this study is to develop policy suggestions in order to increase the efficiency of entrepreneurship. First, regression analysis is carried out to examine how input variables affect output in each phase of startup development. Then, data envelopment analysis(DEA) estimates efficiency in each development process in 26 countries and identifies where South Korea locates herself in terms of entrepreneurial efficiency. The empirical results in the regression analysis implies the following. First, in terms of entrepreneur, more young people should become self-employed to achieve business opportunities in the market. Second, in terms of regulatory environment, government programmes should be diversified and differentiated in order to meet the various needs of startup companies. Third, in terms of market, startups should be tenacious, equipped with global competencies to survive. Fourth, in terms of financial support, it should be easier for startups to enter into market with accessible unsecured loans. Fifth, in terms of knowledge infrastructure, it is critical to encourage substantial investments on R&D. Sixth, in terms of education/training, vocational and lifelong education/training produces more effective result than the one at universities. Last, in terms of cultural environment, society needs to show more respects to entrepreneurs, and media should pay more attention to their entrepreneurship. DEA addresses benchmark countries for South Korea to improve efficiency in each stage of development phases. While the efficiency of Korean startups is above average in the phase of pre-startup, early-stage startup, and growth, it is far below average in the phase of failure/recovery. Among the entrepreneurship in benchmark countries on the efficiency frontier, it is highly suggested that the one in China should be extensively analysed to carry implications to Korea.

Typically, a public housing estate has been had a uniform plan like a city, estate and housing unit. The purpose of this study was to design the new public housing estate through an intermediation to communicate between city, estate and housing unit. As analyzing the housing type through references about intermediation space and antecedent studies about public housing estate, we draw up plans for an extension to the space by using an intermediation. In the 1960s, housing shortage was happened by the economic growth and population growth so that the public housing estate with the bulk housing type has been suggested. A public housing estate showed a disconnection between city space and life space because the public housing estate has set up the only life space without consideration of outside conditions (situations). Thus, the change of the public housing estate is required. In this study, we proposed the new housing space that is possible to communication between life space and city.

With the development of autonomous driving of automobiles, auto parts the help autonomous driving are also rapidly being developed. Due to the rapid development process and frequent design changes caused by complex electrical equipments, it is becoming increasingly difficult to proceed with Design Validation in line with customer requirements and improvement product application schedules. Therefore, in this paper, a reducing test duration method was presented according to the accelerated life theory for three types of test with the longest test was verified by obtaining failure date through the deterioration of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor actually mounted on the evaluation product.
결정질 실리콘 태양전지 Ag 전극의 소결 조건에 따른 특성 분석

태양전지의 전극은 가장 마지막 공정으로 태양전지의 효율에 큰 영향력을 끼치는 중요한 역할을 한다. 결정질 실리콘 태양전지에서 전극은 건조와 소성 과정을 걸쳐 반사방지막을 뚫고, 이미터와 접촉하여 우수한 전기적 특성을 보이게 된다. 본 연구에서는 결정질 실리콘 태양전지의 전극을 스크린 프린팅 방식으로 형성하고, 소성 온도와 벨트 속도를 변경하여 전기적 특성 분석을 진행했다.
