        At the time of research, middle school students gave rise to lots of social problems. It might be remedied by the proper education and leisure in a way. It was the physical activity that they liked most to any other. But the lack of physical education and facility could not be adequate to their needs. So this research was carried out to employ the urban park in the physical education and leisure space. And the followings were the things which were connected with the solution. It was not what all kinds of park should be physical park but the park which had completed facilities or not could be used as it, because there was a physical park in the current urban park act. A self-governing body had to realize the lack of physical education space and facility so as to establish an ordinance. And the problems which could be occurred during school hours could be solved by grouping schools which lay adjacent to a park. So walking and shuttle bus could help it.

        인터넷과 슬라이드를 이용한 경관평가방법의 비교

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare the validity and the reliability of the visual simulation method using the internet. For this. the evaluation of the artificial and natural landscape through the medium of color slides are compared with the internet survey. Data is analysed through the comparison of t-test between the two media by landscape type, and spatial image is analysed by factor analysis algorithm. Principle component analysis using Varimax Method is applied for extraction and factor rotation respectively. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; There are no statistical differences between the two methods with artificial and natural landscape in the total data that included second tests. Factors covering the spatial image are found to be \`aesthetic\`, \`spatial shape\`, and \`familiarity\`. Total variance is obtained as 66.4%. There are no statistical differences between the two methods in 2/3 of the cases. In the case of far view of artificial landscape, the results of the t-test show that the two methods are exactly the same. Especially in the case of the artificial far landscape shows no difference of all factors between two methods. There are no differences between first and second tests of the same media and the same landscape type. And it shows the reliability of this method. These results suggest that the probability that the internet can be used as a medium of landscape evaluation and gathering information on anyone\`s landscape image. Simulation techniques with the internet survey method should be further developed for practical application.

        미래 융합산업 표준 전략: 전기 자동차 충전 표준과 스마트그리드 통신 표준 충돌 사례

        본 연구는 2012~2013년 국내 전기차 시장에서 크게 논란이 되었던 콤보 전기 자동차 충전 표준과 국내 스마트그리드 표준 간 충돌 사례를 이해관계자 이론을 활용하여 분석하였다. 사례 연구를 위해 문헌 조사 및 복수의 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 전기 자동차는 충전을 위해 전력망과 연결될 때 데이터 교환을 한다. 따라서 통신 표준 문제가 대두된다. BMW는 글로벌 전기 자동차 시장에서 업계를 대표하는 사실상 표준의 지위를 얻어 가고 있던 콤보 충전 기술을 채택하여 국내 전기차 시장에 진입하였는데, 그 과정에서 국내 스마트 그리드 전력망의 원격검칭용 통신 기술과 상호 주파수 간섭을 일으키는 문제가 발생하였다. 이 문제를 둘러싸고 이해관계자들의 대립이 계속되면서 국내 전기 자동차 충전 기술 관련 표준(국가표준 및 단체표준)화를 위한 의사결정들이 지연되었고, 이 논란은 2014년 1월 콤보 기술이 한국자동차공학회의 단체표준(KSAE SAE 1772-2040, 2014.1)으로 인정되면서 일단락되었다. 이 사건은 전기 자동차 표준 그 자체만이 아니라, 융합산업 시대에 있어서 타 산업 표준과의 충돌 및 조정의 필요성을 부각시키는 의미있는 사례이다. 본 연구는 전기 자동차 충전 표준과 스마트그리드 표준이라는 이종 산업 간의 표준 충돌의 복잡한 역학 관계를 이해 관계자 이론을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 표준화 과정을 둘러싼 경험적 및 이론적 연구가 충분하지 않다는 점에서, 이해관계자 이론을 활용한 사례 축적과 방법론 정립에 기여하고, 또한 표준화 과정에 참가하는 이해관계자들이 이 과정에 영향을 미치기 위한 행위 양식 정립과 전략 수립에 유용한 시사점을 제공한다. Based on the stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes a clash of standards in Korea's Electric Vehicle(EV) market, particularly between an EV charging standard and a smart grid communication standard in 2012~2013. For charging, EV is connected with the electric power grid and simultaneously exchanges data regarding the charging status. When EV is connected with the power grid, a clash between two standards may arise. It actually happened when BMW entered into the Korean EV market with the DC Combo charging system. In that course, the frequency interference occurred between the EV data communication technology adopted by BMW and the AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure) for the smart grid system in Korea. Standardization of Korea's EV charging systems was required to solve this problem. However, it had been delayed due to the confrontation between various stakeholders involved in the process of standardization. It lasted until the DC combo was accepted as one of the Korea EV charging standards(KSAE SAE 1772-2040, 2014.1) by KSAE(The Korea Society of Automotive Engineers) in January 2014. This is an interesting case in the age of convergence. As it deals with the standard competition not among EV standards, but a clash between the EV industry and the smart grid, i.e. electric power industry, it addresses the necessity to consider standardization processes between different industries. This study draws on the stakeholder theory to analyse the dynamics of the standard clash between EV charging systems and the smart grid system, which is a unique example of standard clash between different industries. We expect such clashes to increase in the age of convergence.

        항공용 EO/IR 센서의 EO GRD 분해능 실험실 측정 연구

        EO GRD(Ground Resolved Distance) resolution of airborne EO/IR(Electro-Optical/Infrared) sensor is a critical factor in test and evaluation for EO sensor performance. We propose the laboratory measurement set-up for EO GRD by constructing optical collimator which includes integrated sphere, blackbody, equivalent 3-bar target and 6 DOF motion simulator. GRD is measured in the photographic imagery of bar targets by 3 different distances for 3 EO/IR sensors and the measured results were analyzed statistically. We found that at least 7 sheets of imagery are needed in order to obtain meaningful EO GRD. The result of statistical analysis shows that the distribution of the measured GRD is nearly symmetric about the average GRD, and the better imagery ratio above the average GRD is about 40~70%. Also from the best GRD analysis, it is estimated that the design goal for EO GRD should be 30% superior to the required GRD.

        토함산 불국사의 공간인식특성에 관한 연구

        To analyze in detail the cognitive factors in the sense of place in Korea traditional temples and their occurrence and significance, the questionaring was conducted about the actual condition of visitor's using of and preference for Pulkuksa Temple as an object of the investigation. The result from the analysis of the visitors' sense of respective factors forming the image of the temple is as follows: 1. While the male visitors for outnumbered the female, the female visitors are more satisfied with the senses of the temple than male. The younger visitors are larger in number while the older visitors have the more satisfaction. It took the largest number of the visitors at least three hours to come to the temple. The most numerous are the visitors who came to the temple. The most numerous are the visitors who came to the temple by their own cars. The visitors are coming not only from the Kyunsang Provinces but from all over the country and they made a family trip to the temple. 2. 86 people among the questionees replied that the Tower stands best for Pulkuksa temple. The second largest number of the questionees replied that the main sanctuary does. The third largest number of the questionees replied that the natural environment does. 3. The visitors who came to the temple for sightseeing showed their highest preferences for each of the main sanctuary and the tower. The buddhist visitors also showed the same tendency as non Buddhist ones in their preference. 4. On the whole, the space factors such as buildings and scenes which represent Pulkuksa Temple are the towers such as Sukka Tower and Tabo Tower, the sanctuary buildings such as main sanctuary, the natural scenery such as Toham Mountain, and the steps such as Chungwun-Kyo and Paekwun-Kyo. 5. The potential factors to explain the structural characteristics of the scenery in Pulkuksa Temple are revealed to be a factor of overall valuation, of orderliness, of individuality and of comfortableness, through hypothetical. T.V was 54.1% and the orderliness of Sukkatap was highly evaluated in factor score analysis.
