        地方主導型 尖端科學技術團地의 開發戰略

        The purpose of this study is to review the development characteristics of technology parks and suggest a development strategy for developing technology parks initiated by local government. This study is consisted of three areas as followings: literature reviews of theory, analytical reviews of technology parks as a case study, and specific suggestions for development strategies. Followings are the proposed contents and methods of this study. First. basic policies related with the major elements of site planning will be investigated by a comprehensive reviews of related literatures. Theories which are relevant to this study are synthesized to set the research frames and are utilized to define the boundary of research from the early stage. Second, analytical reviews of technology parks, particularly case study of four local government-led parks in Japan which have been constructed for the regional development on technology innovation. will be implemented to find out the foundation features, physical elements, management and support mechanisms. A series of critical analysis includes field study and interviews with park's representative or general manager. Third. the result of analytical reviews will be synthesized and used to suggest the major strategies and guides for the future development of technology parks initiated by local government and the specified directions of site planning, including the practical ways of construction, operation and management.

        This study aims to draw up a desirable direction concerning the policy of the environmental improvement in squattered area. As s model of the case study, Sa dang dong, Dong jak koo, in Seoul was surveyed and the present policy were studied. By analyzing the relations of actual conditions and policy, the desirable direction of improvement method was taken.

        중국 상하이 도시재생 사업의 지속가능성 평가에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 현재 중국 상하이 도시재생사업의 지속가능성을 평가·분석하여 주요 전략을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위한 연구의 방법은 다음과 같다. 상하이 도시재생의 주요 흐름을 확인하고, 선행연구를 통해 지속가능성의 4개 주요 측면(물리·환경, 사회·경제, 역사·문화, 정책·관리)을 설정한다. 또한 상하이에서 진행되고 있는 4개 도시재생사업 사례를 지속가능성의 주요 측면으로 평가·분석하고 주요 전략을 도출한다. 그 결과, 상하이 도시재생사업의 주요 전략으로 복합고밀 토지이용, 대중교통 지향 교통체계, 도심주거 유형의 다양화, 녹색환경개선, 도심문화 산업의 육성 및 문화행사 개최, 도심의 문화적 정체성 강화 등을 확인할 수 있다. 또한 도시재생사업의 기대효과는 주민의 삶의 질 증대, 사회경제의 지속가능성 확보 및 파급효과 증대, 지역 정체성 확보, 재생 사업 추진의 효율성 증대 및 실현 등이 있다. The goal of this study is to identify the main strategies through the evaluation on sustainability of urban regeneration projects in Shanghai. To achieve these goals the following specific objectives was carried out; First, 4 main sectors of Sustainability are categorized by literature review; Physical·Environment, Social·Economy, History·Culture and Execution·Management. Second, 4 cases are evaluated in terms of main sectors and main strategies are derived. Lastly, the implication and its conclusion are estimated. In conclusion. ‘Mixed & high-density land use’, ‘Improvement in green environment’, ‘Induction of specific Industry and facility’, ‘Preservation of Regional Cultural heritage’, ‘Strengthen cultural identity in the Central area’ and etc. are main strategies to improve sustainability of urban regeneration.

        지속가능한 자원절약형 도시재생 프로젝트에 관한 연구

        This study attempts to draw out the practical lessons towards sustainable development from the urban planning of using the resource-efficient strategies by analyzing the urban regeneration project('channel hamburg') in Hamburg, Germany. The analysis framework for case study consist of 5 factors which is spatial restructuring, physical restructuring, self-contained city, social & political restructuring, cultural resources. This case study aims to analyze the following four parts : ⅰ) extraction and evaluation of valuable resources in the city area ⅱ) analysing the strategies for using the resources ⅲ) feasibility analysis of resource-efficient strategies in the urban planning ⅳ) system-approach of resource-efficient strategies for urban regeneration. The major findings of this research can be summarized as follows. It is essential to set a context for any proposed resources-efficient action - this context should consider the historic evolution and the previous identification of an area. The resource-efficient urban regeneration is a comprehensive and integrated action which seeks to bring about a lasting recycling in physical environmental, economic and social-cultural condition of area that has been subject to change. Furthermore this research highlights the need for establishing the comprehensive plan for the recycling the resources in city area towards sustainable regeneration project in Korea.

        에너지 측면의 스마트 그린시티 계획기법에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 스마트 그린시티의 목표를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 에너지 측면의 계획기법과 적용기술을 정리하고, 국내에서 가장 먼저 스마트 그린시티 계획을 수립한 행복도시를 분석함으로서 스마트 그린시티 계획의 실현방안을 정립하는 데 목적 을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 선행연구 고찰을 통해 스마트 그린시티의 개념을 정의하고, 3개 목표, 3개 부문, 6개 기본방향 을 설정하였다. 둘째, 선행연구 분석과 스마트 그린시티 목표와 계획기법의 기대효과의 연관성을 고려한 전문가 브레인스토 밍을 통하여 18개 계획기법을 도출하였다. 셋째, 행복도시를 대상으로 도출된 계획기법의 적용실태를 기반여건 조성과 기술 및 시스템 도입 측면으로 파악하였다. 그 결과, 스마트 그린시티 조성을 위한 주요 계획기법은 ‘도시 에너지 통합관리 센터 구축’, ‘건축물 에너지 관리 시스템’, ‘빌딩 자동화 시스템’, ‘녹색교통 체계 구축’, ‘지능형 교통 시스템’, ‘친환경 교통수단 보급’, 등 건축물 에너지 소비 절감과 지능형 녹색 교통 시스템 구축에 관련된 계획기법으로 도출되었으며 향후 개선 방안을 확인할 수 있었다. The goal of this research is to identify the energy planning techniques of Smart Green City and to establish the realized plan through the analysis of Multi-functional Administrative City. For the research, eighteen planning techniques were derived and categorized into three sectors and six basic direction through literature review and Brain-storming analysis considering correlation between three goals of Smart Green City and expectation of planning technique. And Multi-functional Administrative City was analyzed for the current status of application of planning techniques focus on two application aspects. In conclusion, ‘Establishing Integrated Management Center for Urban Energy’, ‘Building Energy Management System’, ‘Building Automation System’, ‘Green Transport System’, ‘Intelligent Transport System’, ‘Introduction of Eco-friendly Transportation’ planning techniques in reduction of building energy consumption sector and green-intelligent transport system sector were identified as important techniques for Smart Green City.

        한국 · 일본의 지방주도형 첨단과학기술단지 개발전략 비교연구

        This study aims to find out the fundamental ways of establishing the development strategies of technoparks initiated by local government. In particular, we attempt to suggest the critical strategic points which will be useful for practical development of technoparks through the analysis of case parks in Korea and Japan. This study consists of three stages: Firstly, After understanding the concept of technoparks which have been reviewed through relatedtheories and prostudies the main components of development are classified as 「planning concept」, 「main activities and facilities」, 「physical development model」, 「major type of industry and support system for venture firms」. We suggested the analytic framework for case study based on above mentioned components and factors. Secondly, 6 cases in Korea and Japan ( 「Kumamoto Technopolis」, 「Kanakawa Science Parks」, 「Fukuoka Softresearch Park」, 「Taegu Technopark」, 「Kyoungbuk Technopark」, 「Chungnam Technopark」 ) have been analyzed according to the framework. As a result, we understood the specified features of technoparks development and the difference between the Korean technoparks and Japanese.
