        도심재생 측면에서 본 고속철도 역세권 개발(계획) 분석

        This study aims to find out the development strategy of high speed railway station areas in terms of city center regeneration. It consists of four parts. The first part of this paper reviews the concept and role of the high-speed railway station area in the city center. In addition, it includes the strategies of city center regeneration as a theoretical review. The second part is a case studies that analyzes the features of the six development cases with respect of four critical aspects like urban housing, mixed-use development, public transportation network, and open spaces in city center including pedestrian malls. The third part is a priority analysis above mentioned strategies in city center regeneration through the questionnaire. In particular, we take questions to three expert groups of urban planning fields: architect, urban planner, public official in urban planning. The last part is a synthesis of case studies and questions, which find out the crucial development strategies of the high speed railway station areas on city center for city center regeneration.

        노인의 건강지식 및 행위가 건강상태에 미치는 영향 요인

        As the problem of the elderly stands out to be a big social problem, it become mare and rmme important to devise a policy and a measure for the ahed. And this study conducted from November 15, 1995 through February 15, 1996, for about 4 months objective of providing basic data to solve this problem. This questionnaire was prepared by 1,500 subjects; 400 were from big cities like Seoul, Taejeon, and Taegu, 300 were from agricultural districts like Ichon, Pohang, Kimcheon, Kumi and Youngcheon. All of the subjects who selected were interviewed by trained graduate students. The summary and conclusions are as follows. 1. Health Imowledge level was 10.73 ±2.41 of a perfect score 16(66.1/100). And high level was 25.1%(81.0 and over/100), low level was 19.8%(50 and below/100). 2 Health behavior level was 6.02 ±1.64 of a perfect score 9(66.7/100). In the group of high level, 19.1% were 8 and over (80/100), in low level, 17.3% were 4 and below(44/100). 3. The prevalence rate was 44.6%. The rate was significantly high when the age was older, when the monthly pocket money was less(p<0.001). 4. Health status by self-decision of the respondents ; 27.9% were healthy, 42.8% were unhealthy. 5. According to the resuly of multiple regression analysis, the factors which have an effect on health status were disease experience, health behavior, sex, occupation. And it could explain 19.4%. The factors which have a significant effect on health knowledge were education level, health behavior, a monthly pocket money, and marital status. And it could explain 16.0%. The factors which have a significant effect on health behavior were health knowledge, health status, a place of residence, sex, education level, disease experience, marital status. These variables could explain 20.5%. The health knowledge(66.0/100) and health behavior level(66.7/100) of the aged were low. Based on the above results, so in health education and in sociology, the health pormotion program need to be developed immediately for the elderly to heighten this level. Especially the disease and health status of the elderly have an effect on the health knowledge and health behavior level of the aged. So the program including health education, preventive health services should be developed for the elderly, to prevent a disease and to keep being healthy. To do this, government, related group, specialist on health care and problem of the elderly related welfare should try to prevent a disease and to expand welfare facilities for the aged with great interests.

        노후 아파트단지의 주요 개선 요구와 재생요소 도출에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 지속가능성 측면에서 노후 주거단지의 재생을 위한 주요 노후문제와 이에 대한 중점재생요소 도 출을 목적으로 한다. 기존의 단지 재생은 주거환경 개선 측면에서 추진되거나, 부동산적 가치 상승을 기대하며 추진 되는 경우가 대부분이다. 때문에 실제로 단지의 노후문제를 바탕으로 재생계획이 수립되기 보다는 용적률 상승, 주차 장 확보 등과 같은 편의시설의 개선, 단지 브랜드화 등을 주된 목적으로 추진하고 있어, 단지 및 주변지역에 잠재된 도시의 사회문제를 개선하는데 한계를 가지고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 노후되어가는 단지의 재생을 통해 단지 및 주변지역이 가지는 노후의 문제를 개선하고 적절한 대응방안 마련을 위해 중점재생요소의 도출이 필요하다고 판단된 다. 이를 위해 세 단계의 연구과정을 통해 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 첫째, 지속가능성 측면에서 기존 선행연구에서 제시하고 있는 주거단지 노후의 문제들과 대응 계획기법을 정리하고, 둘째, 전문가와 단지 주민을 대상으로 설문조사 및 분석을 통해 노후 아파트단지에서 나타나는 주요 노후의 문제와 개선요구에 대한 각 그룹별 중요도를 파악하고자 한다. 셋째, 분석된 노후문제와 개선요구에 대해 전문가를 대상으로 노후문제와 대응기법의 상대적 중요도 파악을 통해 노후 주거단지가 갖는 주요 노후문제와 개선요구를 파악하고, 이 에 대한 중점재생요소를 파악하고자 한다. This study intend to analysis the main issue of deterioration of old housing complex for reproduction and derive the solution. Most of existing reproduction of hosing complex pushed to improve residential environment or expected rise real estate in value. For that reason, there was a limit to improve social problem of urban area behind hosing complex and surrounding area. Because government propel to make brand of city, have parking facilities and rise floor space index rather than established reproduction plan based on the aging problem of housing complex. Therefore, city need to deduct major reproduction issue to improve aging problem and prepare effective counterplan in complex and surround area by reproduction. This study progress through three steps of research. First, arrange problem of aging complex and way of response sustainably. Second, understand the importance by group toward improvement and aging problem that appear aging apartment complex through survey and opinion of expert. Third, comprehend major reproduction issue over this.

        스마트 그린시티 개념을 적용한 고층주거단지 계획기법에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 스마트 그린시티로 전환을 위한 설계 및 건설 측면과 지원시스템 측면의 통합적 계획의 필요성을 인식하고 고층주거단지를 대상으로 공간위계별로 적용 가능한 계획기법과 적용실태를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위한 연구의 방법은 다 음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌 및 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 스마트 그린시티의 개념을 정립하고 3개 공간 위계, 7개 기본방향, 17개 주요특성으로 분류된 고층주거단지 계획체계를 설정한다. 둘째, 선행연구 검토와 전문가 FGI를 통해 스마트 그린시티 개념 을 적용한 고층주거단지 설계 및 건설 측면의 계획기법 28개와 스마트 시스템 측면의 계획기법 28개를 도출한다. 셋째, 행정 중심복합도시 2-1생활권 4개 고층주거단지 계획안을 대상으로 계획기법의 적용실태를 분석한다. 연구의 결과 스마트 그린시 티 개념을 적용한 고충주거단지 계획의 주요특성 중 ‘교통네트워크 연계’, ‘친환경 단지배치’, ‘녹색교통 활성화’, ‘신재생에 너지 효율적 활용’, ‘범죄 및 재해 안전 성능’, ‘고성능 고효율 설비 활용’에 해당하는 계획기법이 사례에서 적극적으로 적용 되었음을 확인하였다. 또한 고층주거단지 계획 시 공간 위계별로 설계 및 건설 계획기법과 스마트 시스템 계획기법 적용의 시사점을 확인할 수 있었다. The goal of this research is to identify the planning techniques of high-rise housing estates applying a smart green city concept in order to understand the necessity of integrating 'planning & building' planning techniques and 'smart system' planning techniques and to analyze the current status of application. For the research, firstl, the definition of smart green city was established and high-rise housing estates planning was categorized according to a three space hierarchy, seven planning directions and 17 major features through literature review. Second, 28 'planning & building' planning techniques and 'smart system' planning techniques were derived through literature review and FGI analysis. Last, four cases in Multi-functional Administrative City were analyzed for the current status of application of planning techniques. In conclusion, planning techniques in 'Transportation Network', 'Environment-friendly layout planning of housing', 'Revitalization of green transportation', 'Utilization of new & renewable energy', 'Crime prevention and accident reduction', 'Use of high performance, and efficiency facility' main feature were identified as important planning techniques for Smart Green City and its implications were estimated.

      • 우리나라 수산발효기술의 특색

        The evolution of Korean fish fermentation technology was reviewed from the old literature. and the on going proceses were surveyed. The principles involved in the traditional fermentation methods were explained by the recent acientific findings. The fish fermentatlon technology can be classified into two groups: jeot-kal process, where salt is the only material added to the fish for fermentation and aik-hae process, where cooked cereal, garlic and red pepper powder are added to the salted fish. A total of 46 kinds of jeot-kal was identifed in a survey, depending on the raw materials used. The characteristic feature of Korean jeot-kal process is to produce fermented products which still has original shape after 2·3 months of fermentation to be used for add-dishes of rice meal, as well as fish sauce by keeping these products for longer time(over 6 months) for severe enzymematic hydrolysis to be used for the subingredient of Kimchi(Korean fermented vegetable food). The taste of Jeot-kal is formed by the protein hydrolysates due to the action of salt-tolerant Pediococcus, Bacillus, Halobacterium etc. When the taste of joet-kal deteriorates, yeasts appear to dominate. In aki-hae fermentation, the safety of preserved fish is kept by the rapid decrease in pH resulting from the acid fermentation of added cereals. The roles of cid forming bacteria and proteloytic bacteria are important. The fermentation is completed in 2 weeks and the excess production of acid during prolonged storage limits the taste acceptability. The fish fermentation technology in Korea stands at important position in Korean food science and technology, since the processes of jeot-kal and soysauce have same root in the principle of microbial proteolysis and the processes of aik-hae and Kimchi in the microbial acid production principles.

        저탄소 녹색도시의 주요 계획기법과 적용실태 비교분석

        본 연구는 저탄소 녹색도시의 조성을 위해 주요 계획부문과 계획기법을 살펴보고,그 적용실태를 파악해 봄으로서 저탄소 녹색도시 구현에 요구되는 계획적 주안점이 무엇인지 살펴보고자 하였다.이를 위해 저탄소 녹색도시 및 유사 개념에 대한 문헌 및 선행연구 고찰을 통해 주요 계획부문 및 계획요소를 정리하고,전문가 FGI분석을 통해 적합성을 검정하여 계획기법을 도출하였다.또한,전문가 설문조사와 AHP분석을 통해 계획기법의 중요도를 파악해 봄으로서 저탄소 녹색도시 계획의 주요 특성을 파악해 보았다.이와 함께 국내외 사례를 선정하여 도출한 계획기법의 적용실태를 분석하여 계획기법의 중요도와 비교해 봄으로서 계획과 실제의 차이를 살펴보고자 하였다.주요 계획기법으로는 5개 부문,15개의 계획기법을 도 출할 수 있었다.또한,이에 대한 중요도 분석과 사례분석을 종합해 보면,분산집중형 압축개발,보행친화적 교통체계,신재생 에너지 적극 활용,폐기물의 재활용 시스템 구축이 저탄소 녹색도시 계획의 주요한 요소로 파악되었다. The main objective of this study is to find out the main fields and methods to create a low carbon green city. Through the findings, we hope to figure out the matters that must be focused on in order to realize a low carbon green city. In order to accomplish this, we organized the main fields and methods of fulfilling this accomplishment by taking a look at recorded documents and past studies related to the creation of low carbon green cities and related concepts. Then a FGI analysis was performed in order to examine suitability and deduct a planning technique. Also, through professional surveys and AHP analysis, we figured out the importance of planning techniques to understand the main characteristics of planning a low carbon green city. We also selected domestic and foreign cases, analysed the actual conditions of applying the deducted planning techniques, and compared the importance of planning techniques in order to see the difference between our plans and real results. 15 planning techniques were deducted and divided into 5 groups. The importance analysis and case analysis showed the following to be the main elements in planning the creation of a low carbon green city: compact high-density development, a traffic system revolving around pedestrians, active utilization of new and renewable energy, and establishment of a recycling system for waste.

        본 논문에서는 산업환경 변화속에서 침체기를 맞고 있는 국내 조명산업이 내부적으로는 친환경 조명제품 개발에 주력하고, 외부적으로는 환경규제로 인한 피해를 최소화시킴과 동시에 적극적인 세계시장공략으로 고부가가치산업으로 성장할 수 있도록 선진국을 중심으로 제도화되고 있는 조명분야의 환경규제 동향을 조사, 분석하여 조명산업 전반에 널리 홍보함으로써 국내 조명산업의 지속적인 경쟁력 및 성장가능성 확보에 목적을 두고 있다.
