저탄소 도시관리를 위한 도시공간조직의 재구조화 과정에 관한 연구

        염인섭(Yeom, In-Sup),오덕성(Oh, Deog-Seong) 대한건축학회 2014 대한건축학회논문집 Vol.30 No.2

This paper aims to identify the relationship and relative importance of the elements in a Green City planning, which are based on the spatial restructuring for qualities of urban form such as accessibility, efficiency, viability, security and amenity and the physical restructuring of the fabric and metabolism at various scale of urban system. What we find is that the linkage between quality of spaces in urban form and its planning elements (of a Green City) are generally complex and indirect. With these considerations, we find out the planning directions and practical lessons through pairwise comparison matrix of "quality of spaces (Q)" and "planning elements(G)" using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Also, this paper describes how to define impact on restructuring of urban system by connection between quality based goals-quality of spaces (Q), strategy planning-planning elements (G) and performance indicator-planning indicator (T) in urban system by applying QFD(Quality Function Deployment) methodology. The analysis in this paper is completed by the following processes: i) extracting major components on quality of spaces(Q) the planning elements(G), ii) understanding the co-operative relationship or effects between them, iii) analyzing the relative importance of planning elements with relation to quality of spaces, iv) and then determining the impact on planning elements by performance indicator in relation to quality of spaces implicated in urban system. It thus draws implications for spatial and physical restructuring of urban system at various scale in the planning process for a Green City. Finally, it is very important for an urban system as an engine of a city to be tuned or re-engineered for greater efficiency with good match or linkage between planning elements in relation to its qualities of urban space.

지속가능한 자원절약형 도시재생 프로젝트에 관한 연구

        오덕성(Oh Deog-Seong),염인섭(Yeom In-Sup) 대한건축학회 2008 대한건축학회논문집 Vol.24 No.1

This study attempts to draw out the practical lessons towards sustainable development from the urban planning of using the resource-efficient strategies by analyzing the urban regeneration project('channel hamburg') in Hamburg, Germany. The analysis framework for case study consist of 5 factors which is spatial restructuring, physical restructuring, self-contained city, social & political restructuring, cultural resources. This case study aims to analyze the following four parts : ⅰ) extraction and evaluation of valuable resources in the city area ⅱ) analysing the strategies for using the resources ⅲ) feasibility analysis of resource-efficient strategies in the urban planning ⅳ) system-approach of resource-efficient strategies for urban regeneration. The major findings of this research can be summarized as follows. It is essential to set a context for any proposed resources-efficient action - this context should consider the historic evolution and the previous identification of an area. The resource-efficient urban regeneration is a comprehensive and integrated action which seeks to bring about a lasting recycling in physical environmental, economic and social-cultural condition of area that has been subject to change. Furthermore this research highlights the need for establishing the comprehensive plan for the recycling the resources in city area towards sustainable regeneration project in Korea.

기존도심 활성화사업의 기초적 평가와 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 대전광역시 기존도심 활성화사업을 중심으로 Basic Evaluation and Improvement

        오덕성,염인섭 대한건축학회 2004 대한건축학회논문집 Vol.20 No.5

At present there happen to be unbalanced development between old town center and urbanized areas. Therefore we tried to make efforts to solve the problem of the declined town centers through the urban regeneration projects and programs The urban regeneration is a comprehensive and integrated vision and action which leads to the resolution of urban problems and which seeks to bring about a lasting change n economic, physical, social and environment condition of area that has been subject to change. With these consideration in mind, we focused on the basic evaluation of urban regeneration strategies in old-town center. The purpose of this study is to find out characteristic and system of strategies in urban regeneration project, and to evaluate by using the post-evaluation framework(① strategic objectives, ②inputs and expenditure, activity measures output and outcome measures, ③gross and net impact measures). The analysis of regeneration project in Daejeon metropolitan city consists of following 3 parts: First we extract factors of the urban decline in terms of 3aspects in the urban regeneration(physical-environmental),second we have the measurement and monitoring of progress and the evaluation of urban regeneration strategies in project Third we find out the relation between the 3 aspects and projects in the urban regeneration The evaluation is concerned and efficiency are interrelated issues in evaluation.
