도시균형발전 차원의 재래시장 분포특성에 관한 연구

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of distribution of the conventional retail market and to suggest some lessons under consideration of urban balanced development in Korea. The contents of this study are consisted of following three sections. In the first section, the preceeding researches regarding characteristics of location and development pattern of the conventional retail market and urban balanced development are reviewed as a theoretical review. In the second section, the distributional characteristics of the 41 conventional retail markets located in Daejeon in the aspect of urban spatial structure, living area and development action plan are analyzed. As a conclusion, the policies and planning directions for development of the conventional retail market are organized and the some lessons for urban balanced development through the future planning of the conventional retail markets are suggested.

탄소배출 저감형 도시 그린필드의 조성 및 관리방안

본 연구는 대도시의 공원 및 녹지를 탄소배출 저감형으로 변화시키기 위한 도시 그린필드의 조성 및 관리방안을 제시함으로서, 저탄소 사회실현 및 녹색성장을 위해 국내 도시가 나아가야 할 공원녹지의 계획방향을 제안하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 순서로는 먼저 이론고찰을 통해 탄소저감형 도시계획 및 도시 그린필드의 개념과 특성을 검토함으로써 탄소저감과 도시 내 그린필드의 관련성을 고찰한다. 이어서 국내 도시 그린필드의 문제와 과제에 대하여 파악하고, 탄소저감형 그린시티계획을 수립한 대전광역시를 대상으로 공원녹지 상황을 도시계획을 통해 파악함으로서 도시 그린필드의 여건을 분석한다. 끝으로 대전광역시 그린필드의 조성 및 관리방안을 광역 그린네트워크, 그린필드 보존 및 확충 그리고 법 및 제도적 측면에서 연구함으로서 그린필드의 확보에 중점을 두고 공원 및 녹지계획을 수립하고 있는 국내 대도시의 미래 탄소저감형 그린필드의 계획방향을 제시한다. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the method of creation and management of urban green field based on carbon emission reduction. For a case study, Daejeon Metropolitan City in Korea was chosen. For the study, the relevant concepts of green field and carbon emission plans are reviewed as a theoretical research, and current problems of the urban green field are surveyed focused on metropolitan cities in Korea. Implementation plans of park and green in Daejeon Metropolitan City were analysed in the aspect to carbon emission reduction, climate change responding and urban green field expansion. Finally, as a result of the study, the method of creation and management of urban green field based on carbon emission reduction in the perspectives of urban structure change, green field network, conservation of green field and relevant institutions are suggested.

도시균형발전측면의 지속가능한 도심활성화방안 연구

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the contents of established or partly pursued downtown revitalization in sustainability and to suggest the future direction of downtown planning for the balanced urban development. This paper is composed of four main parts. In the first part as a theoretical review, the concept of the balanced urban development and the way of the downtown revitalization are reviewed in general. The second part studies the balanced urban development with reference to the urban spatial structure, landuse planning and development density of Daejeon Metropolitan City which, with a population of 1.45 million, is Korea's fifth largest city. Subsequently, the already established approaches to downtown revitalization in Daejeon city are analysed. The last part arranges the considerable subject for the sustainable downtown revitalization for the balanced urban development through the synthesis of the analysis.

도시재생 관점의 재래시장 입지 및 업종특성 분석

Conventional market is directly connected with daily life of citizens and occupy an important position for organization of the urban functions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of distribution and industrial classification of the conventional market in a viewpoint of urban regeneration. The contents of this study are composed of following four parts. In the first part, as a theoretical review, former researches regarding the conventional market related with distribution and industrial classification are reviewed. In the second part, the relation between the conventional market and urban regeneration are studied. As a case study, the market location in the downtown, accessibilities to the market and industrial classification are analyzed in the third part. In the last part, the ways for revitalizing conventional market are organized and planning directions for the future conventional market under consideration of the urban regeneration are suggested.

물리환경적 도심재생 관점의 특화거리 활성화 방안 연구

This study aims to review the revitalization of the specialized street in a viewpoint of downtown regeneration, and to suggest some lessons under consideration of the situation of commercial function in the downtown area. For the study, the planning which have being planned related to the revitalization of the food specialized street in Daejeon Metropolitan City is analyzed. The contents of this study are consisted of following four sections. In the first section, the basic planning directions for the downtown regeneration based on the theoretical research are studied. In the second section, the characteristics of the specialized street and the relationship of the previous studies regarding the specialized street are reviewed as a theoretical review. In the third section, as a field survey, the current problems of the food specialized street focused on commercial function and community recovery in the aspect of physical environment are analyzed. As a conclusion, the revitalization ways of the specialized street in a viewpoint of downtown regeneration are organized and the some lessons for the downtown revitalization in the future are suggested.

스마트 그린 복합단지의 개발유형 및 토지이용 모형에 관한 연구

본 연구는 저탄소 사회실현 및 녹색성장을 주도하기 위한 스마트 그린 복합단지의 조성을 위하여 복합단지 의 개발유형을 검토하고 유형별로 토지이용의 모형을 설정함으로써 스마트 그린 복합단지의 미래적 개발방향을 제시 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 순서로는 이론고찰을 통해 스마트 그린 복합단지의 개념과 개발측면에 대해 검토하 고 복합단지의 개발유형을 단지규모와 기능배분 등 두 가지로 구분하여 설정함으로써 토지이용모형의 준거를 마련한 다. 이를 토대로 국내에서 수용 가능한 복합단지 유형을 단지규모에 따라 세 가지로 구분하며, 스마트 그린 복합단지 의 개발유형별 토지이용 모형을 설정하기 위한 기준을 이론과 사례단지의 분석결과를 토대로 제시하고 유형별 토지 이용 모형을 구축함으로서 스마트 그린 복합단지의 미래 개발방향을 국내의 시사적 관점에서 제시하였다. The aim of the study is to suggest the development type and the land-use model of smart green multi complexes focused on the lesson for future smart green complex in Korea. For the study, the concept and the development aspects are reviewed as a theoretical research and the development types of smart green multi complexes are surveyed based on its functional distribution. The types of multi-complexes are classified in three categories of small city, neighborhood and small housing estate regarding its size. As a result of the research, the land-use model of smart green multi complexes according to its types are suggested under consideration of Korean situation.

스마트 그린 복합단지 계획요소 도출 및 평가에 관한 연구

본 연구는 저탄소 녹색성장을 주도하기 위한 스마트 그린 복합단지 계획요소를 도출하고 이를 국내외 기준 을 토대로 평가함으로써 탄소배출 완화에 기초한 스마트 그린 복합단지 계획요소의 개발방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 스마트 그린 복합단지의 관련개념을 고찰하고, 계획요소를 도출하기 위한 기본전제로서 탄소완화 방안을 탄소흡수 및 탄소저감 등 두 가지 요소로 구분하였다. 이어서 기존의 생태환경과 관련된 국내연구를 중심으로 저탄소 녹색성장을 주도하기 위한 스마트 그린 복합단지 계획요소를 도출하였다. 또한 계획요소의 평가를 위해 영향성, 용이성, 경제성을 중심으로 스마트 그린 효과를 검토 한 후 계획요소별 적용 우선순위를 설정하였으며, 이상의 평가결과를 토대로 탄소완화방안에 기초한 스마트 그린 복합단지의 개발방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of the study is to find out a development direction of planning element for smart green multi complexes through suggestion and evaluation focused on carbon mitigation and adaptation. For the research, the concept and characteristics are reviewed as a theoretical study and planning elements are surveyed based on the former research regarding low carbon green growth. The effects of individual planning elements are evaluated focused on its impact, easiness, cost and the development directions based on priority of planning element for smart green multi complexes are suggested. This study will provide the basic frame for the practical ways of the multi complex construction and the systematic formulations of its operation and management focused on smart green.

해외 노후 공동주거단지의 재생특성 및 국내 관련성 검토

After a series of large scale housing projects a few decades ago, physical & social deterioration has been a serious problem in apartment complexes. As a view of resource-efficient and environmental conservation, remodeling is becoming necessary as a strategy of old apartment's regeneration. The purpose of this study aims to find out the regeneration characteristics of deteriorated old apartment estates through a comparative research between Germany and Japan and the relevance to domestic methods. In this study, the established or partly pursued regeneration plans for old apartment estates are introduced and reviewed in a case study of two countries. As a result, the regeneration approaches are analysed from both a physical and a socio-economic aspect, and some lessons for the future direction of regeneration planning for old apartment estates are suggested under consideration of the housing situation in Korea.

신도심 상업기능회복을 위한 상점가 활성화 방안 연구

This study aims to review the revitalization methods of shopping area for commercial recovery in new downtown, and to suggest some lessons under consideration of the Korean situation of commercial function. For the study, the planning which have being planned related to shopping area revitalization of the Tanbangdong, Daejeon Metropolitan City are analyzed. The contents of this study are consisted of following four sections. In the first section, the characteristics of shopping area and the relationship of new downtown revitalization and commercial reinvigoration are reviewed as a theoretical review. In the second section, the basic framework for the research based on the theoretical review are studied. In the third section, as a field survey, the current problems of shopping areas and revitalization methods focused on the aspect of institutions, commercial facilities and management are analyzed. As a conclusion, the revitalization strategies of the deteriorated shopping areas in new downtown are organized and the planning directions in the future are suggested.
