        국내 호수에서 Microcystins의 생합성에 관여하는 mcyA 유전자의 염기서열 다양성 분석

        국내에서 분리된 독소생산 Microcystis 속과 조류 대발생 시기에 대청호, 충주호, 용담호, 소양호, 및 의암호에서 채취한 시료에서 조류 독소인 microcystins의 생합성에 관여하는 mcyA 유전자의 염기서열 다양성을 분석하였다. GenBank에 등록된 mcyA 염기서열과 비교한 결과, 국내 호소에서 분리된 Microcystis 속의 mcyA 유전자 염기서열은 매우 낮은 다양성을 나타내었다. 환경 시료 분석 결과, 2-3종류의 clone이 전체의 87-100%를 차지하였으며, Anabaena 속이나 Planktothrix 속의 mcyA 유전자와 유사한 염기서열은 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 대상 호소에서 microcystins는 주로 Microcystis 속에 의해 생산되며, 독소 생산에 관여하는 mcyA 유전자의 염기서열은 보존되어 있는 것으로 판단된다. The sequence diversity of mcyA gene involved in synthesis of microcystins was analyzed in Microcystis spp. isolated from the Korean reservoirs and in the environmental samples taken from the Daechung, Chungju, Yongdam, Soyang, and Euam Reservoirs at the cyanobacterial blooming season. It was estimated that the sequences of mcyA gene in the isolated Microcystis spp. were much conserved when compared with those in GenBank database. A few kinds of clones were dominant in the investigated environmental samples, occupying 87 to 100% of total clones. No mcyA sequences originated from Anabaena spp. or Planktothrix spp. was found. These results indicated that microcystins are produced mainly by Microcystis spp. and the sequences of mcyA genes are much conserved in the investigated Korean reservoirs.

        제주해협 HFR 자료의 유효 범위 산정과 M<sub>2</sub> 조류 특성 분석

        The effective range of surface current data observed by high-frequency radar (HFR) operated in the northern coastal area of Jeju Island by Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology was estimated and the distribution and variability of the M<sub>2</sub> tidal current of the Jeju Strait was analyzed. To evaluate the HFR data, the M<sub>2</sub> tidal current corrected from 25 hours current data observed by the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency (KHOA) was compared with the M<sub>2</sub> tidal current in the Jeju Strait analyzed from the surface currents of HFR. The reliability of HFR data was confirmed by analyzing the characteristics of the tide components of these two data sets, and the effective range of HFR data was estimated through temporal and spatial analysis. The observation periods of HFR used in the analysis were from 2012 to 2014, and it was confirmed that there is a difference in the effective range of HFR data according to the observation time. During the analysis periods, the difference between the M<sub>2</sub> current ellipses from the data of KHOA and the HFR was greater in the eastern than in the western part of the Jeju Strait, and represented a high reliability in the western and central parts of the Jeju Strait. The tidal current of the Jeju Strait analyzed using the HFR data revealed a seasonal variability a relatively weak in summer and a strong in winter, about a 17% fluctuations between the summer and winter based on the length of the semi-major axis of tidal ellipse. Appraisals and results of regarding the characteristics and seasonal variability of the M<sub>2</sub> tidal current in the Jeju Strait using HFR data have not been previously reported, so the results of this study are considered meaningful.

        정보보안은 조직의 거버너스와 사회적 책임의 기본적인 구성요소의 하나다. 조직이 정보보안을 구현하고 관리하는 것은 일반적으로 기대되는 관리자의 책임이며, 많은 선진국에서는 투자자와 고객의 이익을 보호하고 안전한 거래 기반을 마련하기 위해 정보의 보안관리에 관한 다양한 법적 규제를 수립하여 강제 또는 권고하고 있다. 이러한 조직의 책임을 지원하고 최적의 실무를 제시하기 위하여 여러 국제기구에서 보안관리 표준화를 진행하고 있다. 보안관리 표준화 분야의 국제 표준화를 주도하고 있는 대표적인 표준화 기구로는 ISO와 ITU-T가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 두 기구에서 진행되고 있는 보안관리 표준화 동향에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

        유아의 비교격조사 이해 - 어순 단서와 의미 단서에 따른 ‘보다, 만큼’을 중심으로

          본 연구에서는 4, 5, 6세 유아의 어순 단서와 의미 단서에 따른 비교격조사 ‘보다’와 ‘만큼’의 이해 정도와 어순 단서와 의미 단서가 ‘보다’와 ‘만큼’의 이해에 주는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 4, 5, 6세 유아 각 10명에게 3개의 그림을 한 장에 제시하고 비교격조사 ‘보다’ 또는 ‘만큼’을 포함한 문장을 들려준 후 문장과 일치하는 그림을 지적하도록 하여 검사를 하였다. 연구 결과, ‘보다’의 이해 정도와 연령 간의 관계는 유의하였고 5세에서 이미 획득 수준이 충족되었다. 그러나 ‘만큼’의 이해 정도와 연령 간의 관계는 유의하지 않았으며 6세 유아들의 이해도도 36%에 그쳐 그 이해 정도가 매우 낮았다. 또한 두 조사에 영향을 미치는 단서에서도 차이가 나타났다. ‘보다’의 경우 정치 문장에서보다 도치된 문장에서 이해 정도가 더 나았으나 ‘만큼’의 경우에는 정치된 문장에서의 이해 정도가 근소하게나마 높았다. 의미 단서의 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 검사에서 나타난 오류 유형을 보면 ‘만큼’ 문장의 주격조사 ‘가/이’를 단서로 채택한 오류가 가장 많았고, 다음으로 어순 단서에 의한 오류, 의미 단서에 의한 오류 순이었다. 이는 4세 이상의 유아들이 문장을 이해하는 데 조사를 가장 강력한 단서로 사용함을 보여주는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구와는 다르게, ‘보다’가 사용된 문장에서는 정치된 구조보다 도치된 구조가 유아들의 이해를 더 잘 돕는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 말이 늦은 유아들의 언어학습에서 특히 비교격조사를 가르칠 때의 다양한 프로그램을 모색해 볼 수 있겠다.   Background & Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate 4 to 6 year-old children"s interpretation of comparative marker "Boda, Mankeum" and the characteristic of the influence which may be caused by word order cue and semantic cue to interpret the markers. 10 children of each age of 4, 5, 6 were asked to choose a picture from three pictures shown on a sheet of paper which they thought described the sentence after they were given a sentence. The results show that the relation of age and the interpretation of Boda is significant and as children are older, the interpretation of "Boda" is better. 5 year-old children show 78% of interpretation and it meets the acquirement level. The relation of age and the interpretation of "Mankeum", however, is not significant. The interpretation of "Mankeum" is very low and even 6 year-old children understood about 36% of the sentences. Regarding the influence of cues, word oder cue functions in both of "Boda, Mankeum". In regard of "Boda", the children comprehended better in inverted sentences than in subject-go-first order. On the contrary, the children comprehended better in subject-go-first sentences slightly. It is considered whether subject marker "Ka/Ih" competes with comparative marker in a sentence and the distance between the adverb and the predicate affect the interpretation. The influence of semantic cue is not significant to interpretation of both of "Boda, Mankeum". It can be said that children older than 4 years old use makers as a stronger cue than semantic cue. Regarding error type, the error which was happened when children used subject marker "Ka/Ih" in "Mankeum" sentence as a cue was most frequent, and the word order error was secondly frequent, and the semantic error was least frequent. It also shows that children older than 4 years old use marker as the strongest cue for comprehending sentences.

        놀이 중심 유아교육의 향방에 관한 시론: 놀이정신과 자기배려교육을 중심으로

        This study aims to develop a discourse on the direction of play-centered early childhood education through awareness of play. To this end, the awareness of play, which has been discussed in earnest since modern times, was discussed. And it proposed the direction of play-centered early childhood education by talking about learning where the spirit of play can be raised and caring for oneself. The discussion is organized as follows. To this end, the discussion of play theory and the discussion of play spirit were approached from the initiative approach of self-caring education for learning alive. In two dimensions, the topic of discourse was classified as the dimension of the existential value of play and the dimension of its intrinsic value. the diversion of ideas on play and the fun and rule of play itself. Next, we have found that the direction of play-centered early childhood education should be practiced as educational act in which the spirit of play is alive and self-caring education. In the former case, we emphasized the role of the play world and play spirit of infants, the peculiarity of play and ‘field’ of learning, in the latter case, the subject of educational play and learning, the discourse play and the educational connotation of play-meeting.

        예비교사의 교직실무수업 경험에 관한 질적 연구

        This is a qualitative study of pre-service teachers’ experiences in a teaching practicum course which attempted to identify the characteristics of the course that has been recently revised as professional education course. Data were collected from college students who took the professional education courses including the teaching practicum course by using both a survey on the opinions and suggestions of the students on the teaching practicum and a in-depth interview with 12 students of them. The results are as follows. First, pre-service teachers’ perception of a teaching practicum course was divided into two sides : functional side and sociocultural side. The formal is that the professional education courses significantly handed to discipline practical jobs related to educational administration. The latter is that the professional education courses significantly handed to deal for teachers like pay step, extra pay, vacation, and leave of absence. Second, the pre-service teachers had suggestions that were divided into the ‘curriculum content’ and the ‘instructional method’. For instance, regarding the ‘curriculum content’ they suggested such things needed as ‘lessening and differentiation of content, sensitive about the scene, and lesson hands-on’, and as for the ‘instructional method’ they suggested such things needed as actively ‘doing, participating, assessing, coursework participating’. Based on these results, I have comprehended the pre-service teachers’ positive response. Untill now, we have perceived that the professional education courses is excessively theory-oriented one. But a teaching practicum course is different. Meanwhile, It is not identify what the teaching practicum course as teaching refinement education course is. Due to this cause, I have comprehended that ‘curriculum content’ and the ‘instructional method’ is plunged in confusion. As pointed out this, I did concrete proposals in response to such a confusion. This proposals have helped decided on a direction of a teaching practicum course.

        여성리더십교육: 교육적 경험, 그 특성에 관한 탐색

        This paper focuses on understanding what kind of experience the women leadership education can provide for adult learners and how the learners grasp a characteristic of a women leader. For this, the research interviewed learner who complete the women leadership course at the P center in Busan. To this end, it is discussed in two sides. One side is about educational experience, the other side is about leadership. In the aspect of former approach, the leadership education shows the characteristic which is much closer to the meaning of the education itself rather than that of leadership. It not only put much emphasize on the recovery to the self but also shows the relation-oriented characteristic like building up social net-work. In the aspect of the latter, by connecting the woman and leader, women expects they wish to be a trustful leader. For them, trustful leader is the true leader. In addition it also means charismatic leader, servant leader, the leader with member to growth and the leader with a rational and reasonable. Although women acknowledge that women leaders authority and power is important for the realization of the real equality of women, at the same time, however, they worry about the possibility that this leader become a kind of a power-oriented leader’ which causes conflict and suppress the weaker. This study argues that we need to concentrate more on the new perspective which focuses on the sharing and bordering occurred in inner gender rather than the former approach which focuses on the difference between genders.

        학부과정 교육학과의 교육 경쟁력 제고를 위한 차별화 전략

        This paper focuses on a differentiation strategy to improve educational competitiveness of education department. The reason is that education department stand now on the brink of a precipice because of low employment rate. For this, I researched on employment rate and curriculum nature of educational technology department of YW university and A university, lifelong education department of S university and D university, educational psychology department of SW university which are all related to pedagogy relation department recording relatively high-employment rate. Through the date, Id like to emphasize that competitiveness of education department depends on a differentiation strategy and that strategy must be based on the influence of education with the consideration of obligation and characterization. And we find that a influence of education can be demonstrated in two aspects : a rational schemes side and lively cultures side. In the rational scheme aspects, diversification and specialization of curriculum content considering department characteristics and curriculum management including mentoring and sense of realism are emphasized. On the side of culture scheme, positive involvement of members, outlook on the world defined by the concepts like challenge and passion to the future, a sense of community. These discussions will be a guide role on the future researches which focuses on improving competitiveness of education department.

        <문화,문학> : 경극과 가부키의 공연공간과 연출양식의 비교 연구

        This thesis seeks to compare China`s Jing-ju and Japan`s Kabuki for their common aspects and differences and examine how they are performed on the stage. Jing-ju is often called as Beijing Opera to a musical play completed during the mid-Ching era and developed around Beijing. Jing-ju is composite arts of music, dance and play which are remarkable in its strict patterns in move along with luxurious costume and heavy make-up. Kabuki which was developed during the Edo-period, is expressional arts also structured with music, dance and play coupled with extravagant costume as well as ever more strictly controlled move and emphasis on the beauty of form. The two plays seem very similar to each other in their time setting to gain popularity or features of play. It may look obvious that Jing-ju which had developed earlier than Kabuki, affected the latter`s formation. However, general social practices or cultural trends in China and Japan at the time of their development also influenced literature and arts thus affecting play contents and performance expressions. Although the two play have similar stage structure, they developed in different ways with detailed differences and actors` performance on the stage, way of using a stage and other ways of directing play are largely distinctive from each other. If a play`s primary goal is to gain recognition of audience and draw their positive response, the relationship between play and stage becomes essential. With this understanding, this thesis aims to identify where such similarities and differences between the two plays are from by comparing historical background, stage structural development and directing manner development at a basic level.
