3D posture estimation is difficult to obtain accurate results because it is necessary to know the depth from the camera with a 2D image. In addition, if an occlusion occurs in which the two hands overlap or are covered, it becomes difficult for the computer to estimate the exact posture. Therefore, in order to solve Occlusion, which is the homework of many researchers, it must go through a lot of data and heavy networks. After all, the existing high-accuracy models are the result of heavy networks and numerous data. In this paper, we propose a methodology with compliant performance and high inference speed using an instance active map.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103, LGG) is one of the most researched probiotic strains in the world. It has been studied extensively in humans and experimental animals for a wide variety of uses. L. rhamnosus GG was isolated from an adult human in 1983, and it has a safe history of use in food products since 1990. The strain has most of the characteristics generally proposed for a good probiotic strain, including excellent survival in and transient colonization of the gastrointestinal tract, which is based on its adhesion capacity to intestinal mucus and epithelial cells. Successful recovery of the strain in stool samples has made dose-response studies possible and enabled the evaluation of effective dosing using food products. L. rhamnosus GG has also been found to have many beneficial health effects on gastrointestinal infection, antibiotic associated diarrhea, respiratory infection, viral infection and allergy.

It is well known non-drug therapy for hypertension patients can reduce blood pressure. These types of therapy include maintaining ones ideal body weight, quitting smoking, consuming large amounts of fruits and vegetables consuming low levels of saturated fat and salt and regular exercise. Fermented milk protein derived biologically active peptides such as isoleucine-proline-proline_(IPP) or valine-proline-proline_(VPP) have been shown to lower blood pressure in hypertensive subjects. This study was conducted to investigate the antihypertensive effects of medical nutritional therapy_(MNT) in accordance with the consumption of fermented milk enriched with IPP and VPP. To accomplish this, we conducted a randomized case-controlled study of 43 subjects who had blood pressure levels greater than 120/80 mmHg. The subjects in the study group were randomly allocated into two groups, an MNT + fermented milk (100 mL/day) group (n=21) and an MNT + L. helveticus fermented milk with tripeptides (IPP=2.2 mg, VPP=2.6 mg/100mL) group (n=22). The MNT included weight management, reduction of sodium, total fat and saturated fat intake, increased intake of fruits and vegetables, and increased intake of low fat dairy products. The treatments were administered for 12 weeks during which time no drug interventions were conducted. The daily intakes of total calories, fats, cholesterol and Na decreased significantly after 12 weeks of MNT in the control and the experimental groups. In addition, the systolic blood pressure decreased significantly in the control and experimental groups; however, the diastolic blood pressure only decreased significantly in the experimental group. Overall, the results of this study indicate that the intake of fermented milk containing IPP and VPP in conjunction with MNT exerted positive effects on the blood pressure of pre- and hypertensive subjects.
