옛이야기 그림책은 이미 존재하던 옛이야기를 그림책으로 재창조한 분야이다. 옛 이야기가 말과 손짓․발짓 같은 신체 표현에 의해 내용을 전달하는 데 비해, 옛이야 기 그림책은 글과 그림이 담긴 일정한 개수의 화면으로 내용을 전달한다. 이때 그림 책 작가는 원화(채록된 옛이야기)의 선별과 재화, 그림 작업을 통해 원화에 대한 일 정한 해석과 관점을 드러내게 된다. 특히 ‘재화’의 문제는 중요한데, 재화에 의해 원 화와는 상당히 달라질 수도 있기 때문이다. 이 글은 1980년대 말부터 지금까지 출간 된 주목할 만한 옛이야기 그림책을 대상으로, 원화와 그림책에 실린 재화의 관계를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 옛이야기 그림책의 재화유형을 ① 화소동일형 재화, ② 화소첨 가형 재화, ③ 화소변형형 재화, ④ 창작형(화소무관형) 재화로 나눌 수 있었다. 아 울러 옛이야기 그림책이 고유의 미의식과 현대 미술의 새로운 표현양식이 실험되는 장이며, 전통과 현대가 만나는 접점임을 확인할 수 있었다. Folktale picture-books are what recreates folktales into picture-books. Compared to the folktales that communicates their contents by words and gestures, folktale picture-books communicates their contents in numbers of screen filled with words and pictures. In this way, a picture-book writer reveals his own interpretation and perspectives on it by selecting, retelling and picturing an original text(collected and recorded tale). It is especially important to retell tales, because the retold text were very different from a folktale(an original text) by retelling. On this paper, I analyzed the relationship between some folktales(oroginal texts) and some retold texts represented in picture-books, in the notable Korean folktale picture-books published from the late 1980’s until now. As a result, the ‘retold’ types of folktales in Korean folktale picture-books could be classified as ➀ identical motif type, ➁ added motif type, ➂ transformed motif type and ➃ creative type(regardless of motif) of retelling. Also we confirmed that Korean unique aesthetic and modern paintings were conjoined in this folktale picture-books, and the retelling represented a contact point which met the traditional and the modern.
행동조절이 어려운 소아환자의 Deep sedation을 이용한 치과치료

It is one of difficulties to control children who show defintely negative behavior in dental clinic. In such a case, the pharmacologic management has been used to provide quality care, minimize the extremes of disruptive behavior, promote a positive psychologic response to treatment and patient welfare and safety. Deep sedation can be defined as a controlled, pharmacologically-induced state of depressed consciousness from which the patient is not easily aroused which may be accompanied by a partial loss of protective reflexes. In this retrospective report, the sedation records of 200 pediatric dental patients of ASA Class Ⅰ&Ⅱ Who were not successfully treated under conscious sedation were used for analysis. Most frequently used regimen of deep sedation was the co-medication of midazolam(0.3mg/kg), enflurane(1.0-2.0 vol%) and 50-70% N₂O-O₂. The average age and weight of the patients was 4.6 yr (S,D:2.72) and 18.7kg(S.D:6.35)respectively. The average operative time was 52 minutes and midazolam (0.1-0.2㏄) was additionally administered intranasally to prolong the operative time as needed. The episodes of untoward side effects were reported during and/or after the procedure in 58 patients. Serious adverse reactions such as cyanisis or laryngospasm were even reported in 7 patients but without mortality. deep sedation is a very effective way of completing the dental treatments for those who failed to respond well to the conscious sedation. This technique has many practical advantages over general anesthesia case but the demands for the rigid monitoring criteria limit its use in general practice setting. The continuous efforts to improve the safety of the medication and the technique are required for the benefits of the patients and parent.

For children`s literature and children`s books. everyone can be a subscriber, specially in picture books. Many of adults got be interested in reading picture books while they are reading for their children. For picture books, kindorgartener teachers. school teachers and baby sitters usually get them to cooperate with children they care of. They usually go to workshop or seminal about picture books, mot only by reading them to became a writer. For children books, people think it seems to be easy, but it includes lots of meaningful contents. Children and adults live together. That`s why it shows us various characters and indicates us what life goes on. What is the most efficient things while reading children`s books? Children and adults can be situated in same level with same thoughts which mean they can make an one happy family. To be with a book, it can be a pleasure. Johan Huizinga prescribes there are three things about `play`. Firstly. it has to be done spontaneously and it isn`t usual or factual thing. That`s what Kant said with a word, `Disinterestedness`. Finally, the place which `play` occurred is separated and it also has time limits. After `play` is over. people are in `play` situation should be back to the situation when they`re placed. Regarding all these things. it`s not that easy for adults to join in children`s world. But more and more people like to read children`s books to be a writer of picture books. In this time, there are still lack of programs for people to know more about children`s books. I hope there should be many of special programs for them in addition to cultural institutions and education facilities.
