        Convergence Effect of Simulation Training on Bleeding Amount Estimation in Trauma

        본 연구의 목적은 응급구조학과 학생들을 대상으로 출혈성 쇼크와 관련된 출혈량을 시각적으로 평가하는 것이다. 마네킹 시뮬레이션 교육을 통해 응급구조학과 학생들은 병원 전 환경에서 출혈량을 추정하는 데 자신감을 가질 수 있었다. 세 개의 구조용 훈련 마네킹을 바로누운자세로 놓고 인공 혈액을 복부와 골반 사이에 부운 후 시각적으로 측정하게 하였으며 출혈량 관련 시뮬레이션 교육 전과 후에 700mL, 1200mL 및 1700mL의 출혈 평가를 수행하도록 하였다. 응급구조학과 학생들은 출혈량을 과소 평가했고, 한 번의 출혈량 시뮬레이션으로는 정확한 출혈량을 평가하는 것이 어려웠다. The purpose of the study is to examine the visual evaluation of bleeding amount in hemorrhagic shock in paramedic students. Through manikin simulation training, paramedic students were able to have confidence with estimation of bleeding amount in the prehospital settings. Three rescue training manikins were placed in supine position and artificial blood was poured between the abdomen and pelvis. The bleeding evaluations of 700 mL, 1200 mL, and 1700 mL were performed before and after simulation training. Paramedic students underestimated the amount of bleeding in the trauma situation, and it was found that it was difficult for the students to evaluate the accurate amount of bleeding with a single simulation.

        노벨엔지니어링을 활용한 피지컬 컴퓨팅 융합수업이 초등학생의 학습몰입도와 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향

        미래 사회를 위한 대비로 교육과정은 시대의 흐름에 맞게 변화하고 있으며 4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래하면서 새로운 2015 개정 교육과정의 목적이 창의적인 융합인재를 육성하는 것으로 제시되었다. 소프트웨어 교육의 목적은 창의성 증진이며 나아가 실생활과 연계하여 문제해결력을 기르도록 하는 것이다. 또한, 학습에 대한 몰입도는 뛰어난 교육 성취로 이어진다. 그러나 여전히 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육에서는 학생들이 쉽게 몰입하고 창의적인 문제해결력을 증진하기 위한 융합수업 모델의 개발이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 교육 여건에 맞는 융합수업 모델인 노벨엔지니어링(novel engineering)을 활용한 컴퓨터 융합교육을 설계하고, 이를 수업에 적용하였다. 그리고 학습 몰입도와 창의적 문제해결력 증진에 미치는 영향을 측정하기 위하여 초등학교 6학년을 대상으로 노벨엔지니어링 기반 컴퓨터 수업을 실험 집단에 적용하였고, 일반적인 컴퓨터 수업을 통제 집단에 적용하였다. 집단 간 사전-사후 검사 결과 노벨엔지니어링을 활용한 컴퓨터 수업은 학습몰입도와 창의적 문제해결력 신장에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. In preparation for the future society, the educational curriculum is changing according to the trend of the times, and with the advent of the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the purpose of the new 2015 revised curriculum was suggested to foster the convergence creativity of students. The purpose of software education is to promote creativity and further develop problem-solving skills in connection with real life. In addition, flow in learning leads to outstanding educational achievement. However, in elementary school computer education, there is still a lack of development of a convergence class model for students to easily immerse themselves and promote creative problem-solving skills. Therefore, in this study, we designed convergence computer education using Novel Engineering, which is a convergence class model suitable for these educational conditions and applied it to classes. Further, to measure the effect on the improvement of learning flow and creative problem-solving ability. the Novel Engineering-based computer class was applied to the experimental group for 6th graders, and the general computer class was applied to the control group. As a result of the pre-post test between groups, it was found that computer classes using Novel Engineering had a positive effect on learning flow and creative problem-solving ability.

        SHPB인장 시험에서 알루미늄 합금의 진응력-진변형률 관계

        The split Hokinson pressure bar(SHPB) test has been used to find the mechanical property of materials at high strain rate. A tensile split Hopkinson pressure bar test system is developed and the threaded tensile specimen and the split collar are placed between elastic bars. When the compressive elastic wave generated by a striker is transferred from the transmit bar to the incident bar, some elastic wave is reflected at the threaded parts of the specimen and the transmit bar. This reflected wave can interfere with the transmitted wave. A proper length of elastic bars and the location of strain gage in these elastic bars are determined to avoid this interference. In order to avoid the interference of elastic wave reflected at the threaded parts of specimen and elastic bar, the length of transmit bar must be longer than that of incident bar. Strain gage in transmit bar must be located as close as possible from the interface of a transmit bar and specimen. In the developed tensile SHPB test system, A12011-T3 and A17075-T6 are tested to get the true stress-strain relation in the range of strain rate at $10^3/sec$

        일반대학생에 의한 자동제세동기 사용 능력 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of the study was to compare the ability of college students to use automated external defibrillators (AED) and to provide a basic data for helping laypersons easily apply the AED. Methods: The subjects were randomly assigned to instruction groups. One group was instructed by pictures (group P), one by videos (group M), and one by telephone dispatchers (group D), Without employing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, a single rescuer was asked to apply defibrillation to a mannequin for practice in accordance with the instructions assigned to each group. Results: Regarding the proper pad attachment of the AED, group P followed the instruction $0.31{\pm}0.47times$, group M, $0.81{\pm}0.40times$, and group D $0.69{\pm}0.47times$. Regarding the instruction of taking the hand off a patient for analyzing cardiac rhythm and the instruction of taking the hand off a patient before defibrillation, group P did not follow the instruction; group M followed the instructions $0.50{\pm}0.51times$; and group D followed all instructions at all times. Conclusion: If a dispatcher gives real-time instructions for using an AED to laypersons wtih no experience at the time of AED use, the quality of laypersons' AED use will greatly improve.

        반건식 세정기의 산성가스 제거성능에 관한 실험적 연구

        A pilot-scale Spray Drying Sorber (SDS) system was set up to evaluate the effect of spray characteristics on the desulfurization yield. The size distribution and the Sauter Mean Diameters of slurry droplets were measured in advance using the optical size measurement system, Malvern 2600. The desulfurization yield of the drying chamber by size was measured for the conditions of inlet gas and spray injection. As a reagent, 10% limestone slurry of $Ca(OH)_2$ was treated with flue gas containing $SO_2$, and the combustion gas analyzer and gas detectors were attached to measure the $SO_2$ concentration. With a flow rate of 144 Nm3/h and a temperature range of $200{\sim}300^{\circ}C$, the experiments were performed for the Stoichiometric Ratio (SR) of 1.0 to 3.0 and droplet mean diameter of 6.5 to $34.3{\mu}m$. In case of smaller spray droplets, the desulfurization efficiency improved due to the increase of total droplet surface area, while the reduction in evaporation time reduced the contact time between the droplets and $SO_2$ gas. In some typical region of droplet diameter, this negative effect, reduction of contact time, became dominant and the desulfurization yield decreases the desulfurization yield in spite of the expansion in absorption area. These results revealed that there exists the optimal size of spray droplets for a given state, which is determined by the compromise between the total surface area of slurry droplets and the evaporation time of droplets. The measurements also indicated that the inlet temperature of flue gas changes the optimal injection condition by varying the driving force for evaporation. The results confirm that the effect of the evaporation time of slurry droplets should be considered in analyzing the desulfurization yield as well as the total surface area, for it is a significant aspect of the correlation with the capabilities of $SO_2$ absorption in wet droplets. In conclusion, the optimal condition of spray can be determined based on these results, which might be applied to design or scale-up of SDS system.

        Effect of pre-educational evaluation on CPR education of the General population

        본 연구의 목적은 사전 평가 수행 여부가 심폐소생술 수행 능력 결과에 미치는 영향을 확인하 는 것이다. 사전 평가그룹(PTG)의 경우 교육 전 1분 동안 사전 평가를 수행하였으며 사전 평가를 수행하지 않은 그룹(NPTG)은 정규교육만을 진행하였다. 두 그룹 모두 교육 후 1분 동안 술기 평가를 수행하였다. PTG의 사전 및 사후 평가를 비교한 결과, 가슴 압박의 깊이, 속도, 압박 후 이완에서 통계적으로 유의하게 변화하였다. 두 그룹의 교육 후 가슴 압박 수행 결과에서는 가슴압박 속도에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 교육 후 자심감 결과에서는 두 그룹 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 훈련 전에 실시한 사전 평가는 가슴 압박의 결과뿐만 아니라 자신감 향상에도 좋은 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 일반인을 대상으로 하는 심폐소생술 교육의 집중도를 높이기 위해서는 교육 전 평가 등의 추가적인 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to determine how the pre-test performed before training affects the results of CPR performance. In the case of the pre-test group(PTG), a pre-evaluation was performed for 1 minute before training, and the group that did not perform the pre-test(NPTG) performed only regular education. In both groups, skill test was performed for 1 minute after training. As a result of comparing the pre and post-test of PTG, there were statistically significant changes in chest compression depth, rate, and compression recoil. There was a statistically significant difference only in the chest compression rate in the chest compression performance results of the two groups after training. There was a statistically significant difference in the results of confidence after training in both groups. It is judged that the pre-test conducted before training has a good influence not only on the results of chest compression, but also on confidence improvement. Therefore, it is judged that it is necessary to develop additional programs such as pre-education test in order to increase the concentration of CPR education for the general population.

        This study analyzed the characteristics of Permanent Rental Welfare-Housing through the survey of approved housing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the objective effect of the residential welfare project by conducting the user consciousness survey on the two complexes that have been moved in. As a result of the study, it is possible to increase the satisfaction of the users due to the construction of housing welfare agreements. However, satisfaction of the parking lot was very low as individual factors. In the future study, the parking facility was considered as a priority item for consideration, and the location, location and area of the facility were also considered as important factors. Finally, it is analyzed that total remodeling is needed to improve the permanent rental housing complex as a whole.

        남북 교류ㆍ협력과 로컬거버넌스구축방안 : 강원도, 경기도, 경상남도 사례비교

        남북교류 로컬거버넌스는 지방간 남북교류ㆍ협력 사업에서 지방정부뿐만 아니라 민간단체(NGO), 지역기업, 주민 등 다양한 행위자가 상호 협력하는 네트워크를 의미한다. 이러한 남북교류 로컬거버넌스는 남북 및 통일문제에 대한 접근채널과 교류방식을 다양화하면서, 또한 중앙정부 중심의 획일성을 지방차원의 유연성으로 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 주목되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역간 남북교류에 대한 기존 연구와는 달리 지방정부뿐만 아니라 민간단체, 기업, 언론, 지역주민 등 다양한 행위자들로 구성되는 로컬거버넌스 시각에서 분석한다. 본 연구의 목적은 남북교류 로컬거버넌스의 발전방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 현재 비교적 사업이 활발히 진행되고 있는 강원도, 경기도, 경상남도를 사례지역으로 하여 사례분석을 하였다. 또한 사례분석은 남북교류 로컬거버넌스가 갖는 특성을 고려하여 민간단체의 자율성(autonomy), 지방정부의 전문성(specialization), 네트워크(network)을 주요요인으로 하였다. 마지막으로, 분석결과에 나타난 요인에 따른 사례별 특성을 비교분석하고 논의 함으로써 남북교류 로컬 거버넌스의 발전방안을 제시하였다. Local governance in the section of inter-korean cooperation has a framework in which various parties such as local governments, NGO, local companies and local residents carry out inter-Korean exchange by cooperating with each other. This inter-Korean exchange local governance is very useful in that it can improve the effectiveness of business by diversifying the approaching channels and exchanging methods on the affairs of South-North and their unification. The purpose of this research is as follows; First, it verifies the importance of local role and the usefulness of the local governance in the section of inter-Korean exchange and cooperation. Second, this research aims at drawing factors determining the features of local governance in the section of inter-Korean exchange and cooperation, and catches the features of inter-Korean exchange local governance by analyzing cases on the ground of the outcomes of this research. Third, based on the case analysis, this research suggests the improving proposals of inter-Korean exchange local governance. The regions which were analyzed in the study were Kyunggi-do, Kyungsangnam-do and Kangwon-do. The features of each region were analyzed by its own analysis variables such as autonomy, specialization and network. In addition, by comparing the features shown in each region, this research discusses some factors which should be considered in inter-Korean exchange local governance and finally proposes desirable directions toward success.
