RF 마그네트론 스터터링에 의한 ZnO박막증착 및 SAW 필터 특성 분석

rf 마그네트론 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 7059 유리기판 위에 ZnO압전박막을 증착하고, 공정변수인 rf 인가전력, 반응기 압력, $O_{2}$/Ar의 조성비등이 증착되는 박막의 결정성 및 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 증착된 ZnO박막은 문헌에 보고된 증착속도보다 높은 값(200-1000$\AA$/min)을 가졌으며, XRD(002)피크의 rocking curve 표준편차가 SAW 필터로의 응용이 가능한 $6^{\circ}$미만의 값을 가졌다. $O_{2}$Ar 유입비가 25%이상의 경우에는 매우 높은 저항치를 가짐을 알 수 있었다. ZnO박막의 두께와 파장의 비, $\frac{h}{\lambda}$=0.25인 조건에서 필터를 제조하였다. 측정한 주파수 응답특성과 이론치에 의해 계산한 주파수응답특성은 비교적 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 이때 중심주파수는 39.08MHz였으며, 상속도는 \ulcorner 2501m/sec, 삽입손실은 약 29dB였다. Piezoelectric ZnO thin films were deposited on 7059 glass substrate by rf magnetron sputtering. The effects of deposition parameter, such as rf power, gas pressure and $O_{2}$/Ar gas ratio, on the crystallinity and electrical properties of the deposited ZnO thin films were studied. It was found that the deposition rate was higher than the previously reported values. ZnO films were suitable for SAW filter since a standard deviation of XRD (002) peak rocking curve was less than $6^{\circ}$. ZnO thin films, which were deposited at $O_{2}$/Ar ratio larger than 25%, showed high resistance. SAW filter was fabricated using ZnO film, of which thickness was 0.25 of the wavelength of the propatating surface acoustic wave. The measured frequency response was consistent with the calculated one. The SAW filter had center frequency 39.08 MHz, phase velocity 2501 m/sec and insertion loss 29 dB.
야생식용버섯인 까치버섯(Polyozellus multiplex)의 암예방 효과

까치버섯(Polyozellus multiplex) methanol 추출물과 그 분획물은 인간유래의 여러 암세포주들에 대해 성장 저해효과가 높게 나타났으며, 특히 까치버섯 water fraction 은 위암세포인 SNU668에 대해 가장 높은 저해활성을 나타내었다. 또한 까치버섯 water fraction은 MNNG를 투여한 다음 감소된 glutathione S-transferase와 superoxide dismutase의 활성과 glutathione의 함량을 높여주었으며, 위 조직내에서도 PCNA의 발현을 저해하여 종양세포의 비정상적인 세포 증식을 억제하였다. 이상의 결과로 까치버섯은 위암예방 및 항암에 좋은 효능을 나타내는 자원으로 그 활용성이 기대된다고 하겠다. Methanol extract and its fractions of Polyozellus multiplex inhibited the growth of several tumor cell lines and its water fraction showed a higher cytotoxicity effect on the human gastric carcinoma cell, SNU668 than on the other cell lines. The glutathione S-transferase (GSH) content was decreased by MNNG treatment but increased by adding Polyozellus multiplex water fractions. Also the activities of GSH and superoxide dismutase were increased by more the treatment of Polyozellus multiplex water fractions than by N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) alone. Polyozellus multiplex water fraction caused a significant reduction in the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) labelling index in the glandular stomach epithelium as compared with the value of MNNG alone.
혈관화 개재 골막-결합조직 이식술을 이용한 치조제 증대술 증례보고

A total of three patients underwent vasculized interpositional periosteal-connective tissue grafting for alveolar ridge augmentation. All patients had a Seibert Class III alveolar defect in which the alveolar ridge was retracted horizontally and vertically in maxillary anterior area. Fixed prosthetics were planned in order to restore missing teeth. Scaling and root planing were completed 1 month before the ridge augmentation. For proper restoration of alveolar ridge, vasculized interpositional periosteal-connective tissue grafting with or without alloplast (synthetic bone) was performed, followed by primary closing of the surgical site and soft tissue augmentation. Stitches were taken out 2 weeks after surgery, and no complications were observed such as infection or inflammation. Alveolar ridge became vertically and horizontally thicker compared to before surgery, which made it possible to restore esthetic prosthetics. These cases show that it is possible to restore esthetic alveolar ridge for fixed prosthetics using vasculized interpositional periosteal-connective tissue grafting.

Lately, interest into aesthetics has increased both personally and socially, making the topic of maxillary anterior teeth especially important to patients. The aesthetics of maxillary anterior teeth involve position, length of lips, frenum`s position, facial symmetry, occlusal vertical dimension, as well as harmony between teeth and gingiva. There are numerous problems associated with improper aesthetics of maxillary anterior teeth. For instance, short teeth can result in altered passive eruption, exposed gingiva create a so-called gummy smile, there can be an imbalance in the teeth-gingiva ratio, and it is difficult to obtain sufficient teeth length to conform stable prosthetics despite a need to recover from caries and fractures. These problems can be resolved by gingivectomy with bone reduction and various crown lengthening techniques such as forced eruption. We report diverse methods using gingivectomy only, gingivectomy with osteoplasty, and forced eruption in patients with aesthetic problems in their maxillary anterior teeth in Department of Periodontology, Chosun University Dental Hospital.

Various biomaterials are used in dental surgeries, including oral maxillofacial, periodontal, and implant surgeries. There is currently much research on synthetic bone grafts. Since synthetic bone lacks an osteo-induction effect despite having osteo-conduction, efforts have been made to increase the rate and quantity of bone formation as well as accelerate the rate of regeneration of damaged tissues by using a mixture of synthetic bone and materials having bone-inducing effects, such as growth factors and bone-formation proteins. The representative material among these is platelet-rich fibrin, which contains osteo-inducing growth factors from autogenous blood. Ten males in their 20s who do not smoke and are healthy without any systemic diseases were selected for the extraction of 20 mL of blood. After centrifuging blood, platelet-rich fibrin was obtained. Exudates were extracted by putting the blood in a bowl for 10 minutes. After preserving the extracted exudates at -70oC, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analysis was performed for quantitative evaluation of three growth factors, platelet-derived growth factor BB, insulin-like growth factor-1, and vascular endothelial growth factor. In this study, basic evidence about the clinical use of platelet-rich fibrin in various dental surgeries was obtained, and the role of platelet-rich fibrin was also elucidated by examining the roles of the three growth factors.

Alkoxysilanes were synthesized by me alcoholysis of trichbromethyhilanc having trifunctional group with corresponding alcohols under sodium alkoxide or HCl acceptor. The yields of the products were more than 80%. It was found that the rate of the hydrolysis of ethoxysilane was faster than methoxysilane. Hexamethyldisilazanes were synthesized by the reaction of chlorotrimethylsilane with ammonia gas or ammonium liquid solution. The yields of the products were 86% and 26% respectively. As the results of hydrolysis of disilazanes prepared under acidic, neutral, and alkali solutions, the rate of the hydrolysis was increased with the order of alkali, neutral, and acidic solution. After synthesizing α,ω-dichloromethylsiloxane by the reaction of diethoxydimethylsilane with dimethyldichlorosilane, α,ω-dichloromethylsiloxanol with terminal hydroxyl group was prepared by the hydrolysis of the product. p-Phenylene-bis-dimethylchlorosilane was prepared through Grignard reaction of p-dibromobenzene with dimethyldichlorosilane, and then p-phenylene-bis-dimethyltydroxysilane was synthesized by the hydrolysis of p-phenylene-bis-dimethylchlorosilane. α,ω-dichloromethylsiloxane
삼백초(Saururus Chinensis (Lour.) Bail) 열수추출물의 암세포 저해 효과 및 항산화효소 활성에 미치는 영향

삼백초(Saururus Chinensis (Lour.) Bail)열수추출물의 항암활성 검색을 위하여 여러 암세포에 대한 저해효과와 항산화효과를 측정하고 발암물질인 MNNG를 투여한 동물조직내의 항산화 효소 활성변화에 미치는 영향 등을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 삼백초 열수추출물은 특히 혈액암 세포인 U937에 대해 가장 높은 저해 활성을 나타내었고, 또한 Chinese hamster V79 cell을 이용한 H2O2로 유도된 세포독성에 대한 억제효과도 나타내었다. 그리고 삼백초 열수추출물은 MNNG를 투여한 다음 감소된 glutathione S-transferase와 superoxide dismutase의 활성과 glutathion의 함량을 높여주었다. 이상의 결과로 삼백초 열수추출물은 항산화에 관련하여 발암을 예방하리라 사료된다. Chemoprevetion effects of Saururus Chinensis (Lour.) Bail water extracts on several tumor cells, Chinese hamster V79 cells and antioxidant enzymes in Wistar male rats were investigated. The water extracts of Saururus Chinensis (Lour.) Bail showed a higher cytotoxicity effect on the human histiocytic leukemia cells(U937) and protective effects against the cytotoxicity of H2O2. The glutathione content was decreased by MNNG treatment but was increased by adding Saururus Chinensis (Lour.) Bail water extracts. Also the activities of glutathione S-transferase and superoxide dismutase were increased by the treatment of Saururus Chinensis (Lour.) Bail water extracts more than with MNNG alone. These results suggest that the water extracts of Saururus Chinensis (Lour.) Bail inhibit the growth on U937 and has a protective effect on liver and stomach damage by the activities of free radical generating enzymes.
