        생쥐에서 과배란 유도시 인간융묘 성선자극 홀몬 투여 방법이 체외수정 및 배자의 체외성장에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of the timing and dose of human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) on oocyte recovery, in vitro fertilization, and preimplantation development in superovulation of mouse. F1 hybrid($C57BL{\times}CBA$) mice were obtained and superovulation was induced in female mice by sequential intraperitoneal injection of PMSG and hCG. In the first series of experiments, mice received 5 IU of PMSG given intraperitoneally, and 48 hours later were injected 1 IU, 5 IU, or 10 IU of hCG respectively. In the second series of experiments, mice received 5 IU of PMSG given intraperitoneally and were injected 5IU of hCG 36, 48, or 60 hours later respectively. 1. When the mice received 5 IU of PMSG given intraperitoneally and 48 hours later were injected 1 ItT, 5 IU, or 10 IU of hCG respectively, there were no differences in the total number of the oocytes obtained from the three experimental groups. When the cultures were examined 48 hrs after the termination of insemination the proportion of unfragmented oocytes which had developed over two-cell stage was observer to be lowest in 10 IU hCG group. When the cultrues were examined 120 hour after termination of insemination the proportion of embryos which had developed to the blastocyst stage was observed to be significantly higher in 10IU hCG group than 5IU hCG group(p<0.05), but there was no difference between 10 IU hCG group and 1IU hCG group. 2. When the mice received 5 IU of PMSG and were injected 5 IU of hCG 36, 48, or 60 hours later respectively, there were no differences in the total number of oocytes obtained from the three experimental groups. When cultures were examined 48 hour after the termination of insemination the proportion of unfragmented oocytes which had developed over two-cell stage was observed to be significantly lower in 36 hour interval group than 48 hour interval and 60 hour interval group(p<0.05). When the cultures were examined 120 hour after termination of insemination the proportion of embryos which had developed to the blastocyst stage was found to be higher in 60 hour interval group than 36 interval or 48 hour interval group (P<0.05), and the proportion of hatching blastocyst was found to be higher in 60 hour interval group as well. In this study, it was concluded that the administration of adequate dose of hCG, and long (60 hour) PMSG-hCG interval were necessary in superovulation of mice($C57BL{\times}CBA$) in order to get a large number of oocytes which had an early oocytes which had an early embryonic developmental capability when fertilized in vitro, and especially it had better have been avoided to administer a large dose of hCG.

        관원(關元).중완(中脘).족삼리(足三里) 애구(艾灸)가 수송(輸送) Stress를 준 Rat의 혈액상(血液狀)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Effects of moxibution at the Gwanweon, Jungwan and Joksamlee on the blood picture in rat with transportation stress were determined. Counts of RBC showed a tendency to increase from 6 hours to 12 hours after transportation stress, however in the moxibution group, showed no changes in counts of RBC after transportation stress and the tendency of fluctuation was similiar to those of none stress group. The changes in Hb after transportation stress showed no difference among moxibution group and none moxibution group, however the changes in PCV showed a tendency to increase from 3 hours to 6 hours after transportation stress in two stress group. In the mean values of erythrocytic blood during experimental times, counts of RBC showed a high values (P<.05) in the stress only group, however in the other groups, these values showed no difference (P>.05) among treatment and the values of Hb and PCV showed no difference among 4 treatment groups. In the two stress groups, counts of WBC and Neutrophils showed a tendency to decrease after transportation stress, however the moxibution group was recovered to normal Leukocytes condition on short time compared with those of none moxibution group. In the mean values of Leukocytes during experimental times, counts of WBC and Neutrophils showed a high values and Lymphocytes showed a low values in the stress only group compared with those of other groups, however the stress group with moxibution showed no difference in Leukocytes values compared with those of normal condition group. Monocytes, Basophils and Eosinophils showed no difference among 4 treatment groups(P>.05). Results from this study indicate that the moxibution can tolerate the effects of transportation stress in rat.

        연구개발비 회계처리에 대한 테마감리의 효과: 제약·바이오 산업을 중심으로

        본 연구는 2018년도 실시된 금융감독원의 연구개발비 회계처리에 대한 테마감리 이 후 감리 대상인 제약·바이오 기업의 연구개발비 회계처리 및 연구개발비 관련 정보의 가치 관련성이 어떻게 변화하였는지 살펴본다. 2015년부터 2019년까지 국내 상장기업을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 테마감리 실시 이후 제약·바이오 기업의 연구개발비 자본화율은 기타 기업의 자본화율에 비해 유의하게 낮아졌다. 이러한 효과는 금융감독원이 테마감리를 사전예고한 2017년부터 나타났으며, 2018년 중 감독지침이 발표됨에 따라 2018-2019년에도 자본화율 감소 효과가 지속적으로 발생하였다. 동 기간 제약·바이오 기업이 제공하는 연구 개발비 정보의 가치관련성은 유의하게 향상되어, 테마감리가 개별 회사들의 자의성과 유연성을 지나치게 제한할 수 있다는 우려에도 불구하고 투자자 입장에서의 정보의 유용성이 높아졌음을 확인하였다. 추가적인 횡단면 분석 결과, 테마감리 이전 연구개발비 자본화율이 높았던 기업일수록, 그리고 재무보고품질이 낮은 기업일수록 자본화율의 감소가 두드러지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연구개발비 회계처리를 자의적으로 활용할 유인이 강한 기업의 경우 테마감리 이전에는 기회주의적 회계처리 행태를 보였으나 테마감리 이후에는 그러한 행태가 나타나지 않아, 테마감리의 실효성에 대한 추가적인 증거를 제공하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 금융당국이 실시한 테마감리가 일정 부분 기대한 효과를 거두었다는 증거를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study investigates whether and how bio-pharmaceutical firms’ R&D accounting and the value relevance of these firms’ R&D-related information have changed following the Financial Supervisory Service’s thematic audit review of the R&D accounting. Analyzing Korean listed firms for the period 2015-2019, we find that the R&D capitalization ratio of bio-pharmaceutical firms has been significantly reduced after the audit review. This effect takes place since 2017 when the Financial Supervisory Service released the advance notice regarding the thematic audit review and persists in 2018-2019 due to the release of the supervision guidance in 2018. Investigating changes in the value relevance of R&D information, we find that the value relevance of capitalized R&D expenditures has improved following the thematic review. In additional cross-sectional analyses, the results show that the effect of the audit review is more pronounced for firms with higher pre-audit review capitalization ratio and firms with lower financial reporting quality. We also show that while firms with strong incentives to use a discretion in R&D accounting used to opportunistically capitalize R&D expenditures, such behavior was no longer observed in the post-review period. Collectively, these findings suggest that despite the concern that the audit review would excessively limits firms’ discretion and flexibility in R&D accounting, the informativeness of R&D capitalization has increased.

        온라인 게임의 초반 사용자 경험 향상을 위한 진입 과정 디자인 개선 방향 연구

        현재 게임 산업의 규모는 급성장하며 주목받는 산업으로 자리 잡고 있다. 따라서 게임 분야에 대한 체계적인 사용자 경험 디자인의 중요성 또한 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상대적으로 사용자 유입과 유출이 빈번한 온라인 게임에서 사용자 접근과 유지를 위한 진입 과정에 대한 분석을 수행하여, 진입 과정의 개선 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 첫째, 문헌 고찰을 통해 사용자의 게임 초기 경험인 진입 과정을 발견, 학습, 몰입의 3단계로 정의하여 구분하였고, 이를 경험 디자인, 게임 디자인 요소로 분석하여 진입 과정의 단계별 영향을 미치는 UX 요소를 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출된 UX 요소를 바탕으로 게임 경험 및 인지 요소 분석 프레임을 제시하였고, 이를 통해 5가지 국내 대표 온라인 게임을 정성적으로 분석하였다. 사례분석을 통해 게임들의 진입 과정 구성과 핵심 인지 요소를 도출할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 발견 단계는 선택적 주의집중, 학습 단계에선 작업 기억과 능동적 학습, 그리고 몰입 단계는 참여와 동기가 핵심적 인지 요소로 작용하였다. 마지막으로 도출된 핵심 인지 요소를 중심으로 진입 과정의 단계별 개선 방향성을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 온라인 게임에서 사용자 진입 과정의 중요성을 강조하고, 진입장벽을 낮출 수 있는 개선안을 제안하였다. As the game industry is steadily becoming the spotlight industry, the importance of user experience design in game industry is increasing. This study tried to approach game from the viewpoint of user experience design and aimed to analyze the onboarding process focusing on user accessibility and retention in an online game. First, through literature review, onboarding process was devided into three stages. Then each stages were analyzed into experience design, game design elements to derive the key UX factors. Second, based on the UX elements, the game experience and cognitive element analysis frame was presented. With this frame, five domestic online games were qualitatively analyzed and cognitive elements of each game’s onboarding process were derived. Key cognitive factors in each stages were, selective attention in the discovery stage, working memory and active learning in the learning stage, and participation and motivation in the immersion stage. Finally, improvement direction were presented, focusing on the key cognitive factors. These studies highlight the importance of the user entry process in online games and suggests improvements to lower entry barriers.

        전공적응학습 역량강화를 위한 기초학습능력 평가척도 개발 및 타당화

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop a basic learning ability contents scale for adaptation to majors strengthening learning capabilities through a theoretical review of concepts and componests widely used at home and abroad, such as self-concept, academic motivation, study skills, and self-regulation learning strategies. Methods: In order to develop the constituent factors of basic learning ability and a valid and satisfactory assessment scale, this study promoted through 9 steps from analysis of basic learning ability elements suggested in previous studies to standardization of assessment scales. A structural model of 20 items at 8 levels was established and 200 questions were extracted. A group of pedagogical experts and psychology experts were formed to calculate content validity and question discrimination for 200 questions, and 121 questions were selected, and finally through an item analysis process based on the data of 699 students from S University in Seoul. 83 items were confirmed. Results: The basic learning ability contents scale was divided into 16 questions on self-concept, 22 academic motivation, 22 study skills, and 23 self-regulatin learning strategies. For standardization of the basic learning ability contents scale, Seoul Metropolitan City, metropolitan cities and small and medium-sized cities A total of 6,000 first- and second-year students were selected from five universities in the University of Korea (actual analysis using data from 3,948 people), and the standard score and percentile score for the original score were calculated to establish a standard. Conclusion/Implications: This scale which consists of 83 items has not only high reliability but also is qualified in terms of content validity, construct validity, and concurrent validity. The scale was standardized by providing nation-wide norms with raw scores, percentiles, and standardized scores.

        보육교사 직무만족도와 보육시설 근무환경과의 관계 분석

        This study aims at an investigation of relationship between teachers' job satisfaction and working environments of childcare center. It focuses on the importance of efficient working environments to improve the teachers' job satisfaction. The study analyzed questionnaires, which were administered by 716 teachers from public and private childcare centers. The questionnaires used in this study were referred to Nam(2001), Kim(2002), and Kim(2005)'s studies, and redesigned for the purpose of this study. Results showed that teachers' working environments worked as an important variable in their job satisfaction. This study suggests that an analysis of relationship between teachers' job satisfaction and working environments of childcare center presents a new issue on improvement of teachers' job satisfaction.

        어린이집 자유선택활동시간에 나타나는 영아의 구어 발달 경향에 관한 연구

        The study shows the developmental tendency of toddler's verbal language during free choice activities time in childcare, which impacts on toddler's verbal language later on. Major outcomes of the study is as follows. Firstly, regarding development of grammar, the first part of speech that toddlers most frequently use is noun and following noun on the list are postposition, verb, pronoun, adverb, adjective, exclamation, determiner, and rhetoric. As for postposition, predicative postposition occurs most frequently, and nominative postposition, topical postposition, conjunctive postposition, adverbial postposition, complemental postposition, vocative postposition, and restrictive postposition are used in order. However, prenominal and objective postposition do not occur. In the case of pronoun, first person singular pronoun most frequently occurs, and it is followed by first person plural pronoun and second person singular pronoun. To further add to first person singular pronoun, what toddlers most frequently use is possessive, while they do not use third person pronoun or reflexive pronoun. Moreover, the result of development of argument structure shows that one-place predicate shows up most frequently, which followed by two-place predicate and three-place predicate. Regarding sentential type, declarative is most frequently used and interrogative and negative sentences are followed. Thirdly, the study also found that subject is more frequently omitted than other constituents of sentence. As for complex sentences, toddlers tend to use main clause and adverbial clause that expresses reason, condition, or intention.

        통일교육이 유아의 평화개념에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study investigates the effect from the application of the peace education developed to help the children understand about the concepts of peace and help them improve their strategies for the peaceful solution under the daily conflict situations. Methods: The peace education program is intended to introduce the concept of peace from the fear of war, in consideration of the special situation of the children who cannot perfectly understand the concept of the peace education. The subjects of this study were five-year-olds of two classes in the S daycare center located in th Seoul. Each class consisted of 20 children, so there were a total of 40 subjects. One of the two classes assigned to the experimental group and the other class assigned to the comparison group. The experimental group was provided with peace education program in the activity area while the comparison group was not. The study was carried out over a period of 16 weeks. Results: As a result of the study, children who are provided with peace education showed significantly better understanding about the concepts of peace than those who are not provided with peace education. Conclusion/Implications: The result also shows a significant relation between the childrens understanding about the concepts of peace. Children provided with peace education showed a significant improvement of their expression and behavior with their conflict solution strategies.
