        엘리트 선수들의 운동 대처기술과 자신감의 관계에서 정신력의 역할

        Pupose: The purpose of this study was to examine the model structural instructor’sAthletic Coping Skills, Mental Toughness Confidence perceived by Elite Athletes. Methods: 324 Elite Athletes participated in the study. Exploration and confirmatory factor analysis and reliability test were conducted to examine the validity and reliability of the measurement tools. Using AMOS, SEM, Multi-group path analysis was conducted for data analysis. Results: The results are as follows: Athletic Coping Skills positively affected Mental Toughness(t=3.123, p<.01) and Mental Toughness positively affected Confidence(t=2.365, p<.05). Also, the complete mediation effect of Mental Toughness was found in the path from Athletic Coping Skills to Confidence. finally, there are no game classification difference in test of the structural model invariance. Conclusion: Athletic Coping Skills is a key variable to increase Mental Toughness. Mental Toughness can mediate the relationship between Athletic Coping Skills and Confidence. 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 선수의 대처기술, 정신력, 스포츠 자신감의 인과관계를 규명하고 대처기술과 자신감의 관계에서 정신력의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구방법: 엘리트 운동선수 324명이 참여했으며 수집된 자료를 통해 탐색적/확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 분석, 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 대처기술은 정신력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며(t=6.936, p<.001), 정신력은 자신감에 정적인 인과관계 있는 것으로 나타났다(t=3.380, p<.001). 아울러 대처기술과 자신감의 경로에서 정신력의 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 운동종목 유형(구기종목, 투기종목, 기록종목)에 따라 집단 간 경로계수의 차이가 있는지 확인한 결과 운동종목 유형에 따라 경로계수 차이는 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 결론: 엘리트 운동선수들의 대처기술은 정신력과 향상시키는 핵심 변인이 되고, 정신력은 대처기술과 자신감의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하는 것을 확인하였다.

        The Effectiveness of Performance Routines on Competitive State Anxiety and Perceived Performance of Baseball Player

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of routine training on competitive state anxiety and the perceived performance of a university baseball player. The participant of this single-case experimental study was a university baseball player. Three measures (competitive state anxiety inventory-2, perceived performance inventory, and interview) were utilized to verify the effectiveness of the routine training program. The routine training was applied to the participant on 3 times a day, 3 times a week for 3 weeks (9 sessions). Competitive state anxiety and perceived performance were measured before/after 3-week performance routine application training. The results of this study were as follows. First, the routine training decreased the intensity of cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety of the participant. Also, the routine training increased the intensity of self-confidence of the participant. Second, the routine training positively changed the direction of cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and self-confidence of the participant. Third, the routine training increased the perceived performance of the participant. Lastly, the participant positively recognized competitive state anxiety and perceived performance through routine training.

        The development and validation of a rehabilitation capability questionnaire for injured athletes

        The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a Rehabilitation Capability Questionnaire (RCQ) that could measure the rehabilitation capabilities of injured athletes. A total of 240 injured athletes engaged in physical rehabilitation programs in Study 1 which followed a method proposed by Cohen, Montague, Nathanson, and Swerdik (1988). Fifty-two injured athletes who had been taking a physical rehabilitation program participated in Study 2. The convergent, discriminant, and predictive validities of the RCQ were analyzed. The results indicated that the RCQ retained four factors 22 items: emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social support factors. The RCQ showed good, external validity.

        고빈도 자기통제 피드백이 노인의 운동학습에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 노인들의 운동학습에서 고빈도와 저빈도에 따른 자기통제 피드백의 차별적 학습 효과가 나타나는지를 검증하고자하였다. 사용된 과제는 게이트볼 과제였으며 노인 60명(65세 이상)이 실험에 참여 하였다. 이들은 실험설계에 따라 중간빈도 20명이 제외된 후, 고빈도(range: 50%-72%, M=48.6%), 저빈도(range: 6-22%, M=16.7%) 자기통제 피드백 집단, 고빈도, 저빈도 동반집단에 각각 10명씩 배정되었다. 종속변인은 게이트볼 정확성 점수가 기록되었다. 습득단계는 4×5 요인설계로 반복측정에 의한 이원변량분석, 사전검사, 파지, 전이검사는 일원변량분석이 실시되었다. 실험결과, 습득단계에서 고빈도, 저빈도 자기통제 집단이 각각의 동반집단보다 우수한 수행을 보였다. 파지 및 전이검사에서는 고빈도 자기통제 집단이 다른 세 집단 모두 보다 우수한 학습을보인 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 노인들에게는 고빈도의 자기통제 피드백이 더 효율적이라는 것을 보여주는 결과라 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine different advantage of self-controled feedback on high frequency and low frequency. The task was gate ball stroke and the subjects were sixty older adults(over 65 years old). Twenty persons were excepted on experimental design. There were four groups consisting of ten persons in each group. The four groups were high frequency self-controled group, high frequency yoked group, low frequency self-controled group and low frequency yoked group. Gate ball stroke scores (accuracy score) were recorded. For the acquisition phase, those scores were analyzed in a 4 (group) ×5(block) ANOVA with repeated measures on the last factor. Pre-test, retention test, and transfer test scores were analyzed in one way ANOVA. The results of this study that the high frequency and low frequency self-controled groups was more effective for improving the gate ball stroke score in the acquisition. In addition to high frequency self-controled group was more effective for improving the gate ball stroke score in the retention & transfer test than the other groups. In conclusion, the analysis of gate ball stroke scores showed that the advantage of high frequency self controled feedback is applied up to the older adults.

        운동학습에서 사회적 비교 피드백을 통한 기대효과의 향상

        본 연구의 목적은 사회적 비교 피드백의 차별적 기대효과를 검증하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 오른손잡이 초등학교 남학생 30명이 참여하였다. 본 연구의 참여자들은 연구와 관련된 구제적 정보에 대해 전혀 제공 받지 못했다. 이들은 사회 적 비교 피드백 상위 10%집단, 사회적 비교 피드백 상위 30% 집단, 통제집단에 무선배정되었다. 본 연구의 과제는 일반적 인 골프퍼팅과제(3m)가 사용되었다. 종속변인은 전체오차 점수(E)가 선정되었다. 사전 검사는 일원분산분석을 실시하 였다. 습득단계는 분단요인을 반복 측정하는 3(집단)×6(분단)혼합 설계였고 파지단계는 일원분산분석을 실시하였다. 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 비교 피드백 상위 10% 집단은 습득단계에서 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 즉각적 파지검사와 지연된 파지검사에서 사회적 비교 피드백 상위 10% 집단은 사회적 비교 피드백 상위 30% 집단 과 통제집단보다 우수한 학습효과를 보여주었다. 이는 연습과 학습 모두에서 사회적 비교 피드백 상위 10% 조건이 가장 효율적으로 기대효과를 강화한다는 의미로 해석될 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to verify the discriminative expectation effect of social comparative feedback. To this end, 30 right-handed elementary school boys participated. No information related to the purpose of the study was provided to participants in this study and they were randomly assigned: 10% social comparative feedback, 30% social comparative feedback, and control groups. The task in this study was 3m golf putting task, and the dependent variable was total error score (E). One-way ANOVA was performed for the pre-test. The data analysis of the acquisition phase was carried out under 3 (group) × 6 (block) mixed design with repeated measures on the block. In the retention tests, a one-way ANOVA was conducted. The analysis of the results reached the following conclusions. First, the 10% social comparative feedback group showed the best performance in the acquisition phase. Second, in immediately and delayed retention tests, 10% social comparative feedback group showed superior learning effects than 30% social comparative feedback group and control group. This can be interpreted as meaning that the 10% social comparative feedback condition in both practice and learning enhances the expectancies effects most efficiently.

        심리 개입이 선수의 트라우마, 정서 및 스포츠 자신감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of psychological intervention on athlete’s trauma, emotion and sports confidence. Participant was a college baseball player who experienced trauma and negative emotions about injuries and performance, and the measurement tools were an trauma open questionnaire, profile of mood state scale, and sports confidence inventory. The psychological intervention program was developed by integrating prior researches, player interview, and expert opinions. Psychological intervention programs were doing thank, developing strengths, self-talk, relaxation, imagery, goal setting, and the effectiveness of the psychological intervention program was confirmed through a single subject design. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, psychological intervention decreased the trauma of the participant. Secondly, psychological intervention reduced the negative emotions of player. Finally, psychological intervention increased sports confidence of player. Various viewpoints were discussed for research method and results.
