Objectives : This study aims to report 3 cases of systemic atopic dermatitis improved by Korean medicine hospitalization care. Methods : Unlike outpatients, inpatients were supervised their lifestyle including dietary habits by physicians every morning and daily treated with acupuncture, herbal medicine including Bangpungtongseongsan-gagam, and Hwangryunhaedok-tang wet dressing therapy during all week. For dressing preparation, Hwangryunhaedok-tang was used to skin lesion except face. Mixed decoction of Lonicerae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus was used to facial lesion. Hwangryunhaedok-tang pharmacopuncture was injected to 2 patients. Western oral medicine and injection such as antihistamine or corticosteroids were prescribed by physician depending on each patient's condition. Symptoms were assessed with SCORAD index, IGA, and taking photos. Results : All patients showed the decrease in SCORAD index, IGA, skin lesion amelioration, and patient-subjective improvement. As time passes, dependence on western treatment also decreased and patients were able to endure pruritus without antihistamine injection during hospitalization. Conclusions : This study suggests that Korean medicine hospitalization care including acupuncture, herbal medicine, external therapy is effective for improving atopic dermatitis through decrease SCORAD index, IGA and ameliorating skin lesion.

Coal gasification is heading for a great future as one of the most renewable energy sources, which can produce not only electricity and heat, but also gaseous and liquid fuels from the synthesis. The work focuses on entrained flow gasification, especially Integrated coal Gasification Combined Cycle(IGCC) plant which is commercially available on a large scale plant. As constructing an IGCC plant is considerably complicated and expensive compared with a pulverized-coal power plant, it is important to determine optimum design factors and operating conditions using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model. In this study, we calculated various operation conditions and swirl injections : oxygen to coal ratios(0.66-1.08), steam to coal ratios(0.003-0.075), coal particle sizes(50-300㎛), and injection angles(0-6˚, clockwise). The results of numerical calculations show that O₂/Coal ratio, 0.83, Steam/Coal ratio, 0.05, coal particle diameter, 100㎛, injection angle, 4˚-6˚, are the most optimum in this research.

본 연구는 세월호 사고 관련 법령 조항들을 분석함으로써 행정입법(위임입법)의 문제점을 밝히고자 하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 수난구호법과 해운법은 행정입법을 통한 보완이 불가피하게 되어 있었다. 따라서 공무원들은 국회의 의결을 거치지 않고 하위 법령을 제정할 수 있었고, 이 하위 법령들의 한계가 세월호 사고의 제도적 배경이 되었다. 다시 말해 과도한 행정입법으로 인해 한국해양구조협회가 수난구호에 대해 독점적인 권한을 행사할 수 있었으며, 한국해양구조협회에 대한 운영 및 감독뿐만 아니라 안전운항 관리도 부실화될 수 있었다. 이로 말미암아 공무원과 관련 업계의 유착이 발생했고, 국민의 안전은 뒷전으로 밀리는 결과가 초래됐다. 따라서 국회의 전문성을 높여 과도한 행정입법을 지양해야 하며 이와 동시에 행정부 스스로의 자율통제 역시 강화해 나가야 함을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 이론적 함의는 추상적이고 규범적으로만 논의되던 행정입법의 문제점과 통제의 필요성을 경험적으로 밝혔다는 점이며, 정책적 함의는 세월호 사고가 발생하게 된 제도적 배경을 밝히고 보완할 지점들을 제시했다는 점이다. This study identifies problems of the administrative legislation (or the delegated legislation) by analyzing articles of laws, orders, and ordinances regarding the sinking of Sewol. According to the result, both of Rescue and Aid at Sea and in the River Act and Marine Transportation Act require to be complemented by additional administration legislations. Therefore bureaucrats enacted defective orders and ordinances, which became an institutional background of the sinking of Sewol. In other words, excessive administrative legislations enabled the Marine Rescue and Savage Association to exert exclusive authorities and caused insufficiencies of supervision over the Association and management for safe navigations. They resulted in corrupt relationships between bureaucrats and businesses and eventually brought citizens lifes in mortal danger. Consequently, specialty of congressmen should be improved to avoid these excessive administration legislations. At the same time, autonomous control of the administration itself should get enhanced to regulate them. The theoretical implication of this study is that problems of the administrative legislation and necessity of the control by the National Assembly, which have been discussed abstractly and normatively, are clarified empirically, and the practical implication is that the institutional background of the sinking of Sewol is clarified and solutions to improve the institutions are proposed.
Filter tuning 시스템을 가지는 5.8GHz 대역 DSRC 트랜시버용 Baseband Analog 설계

This paper introduces a design of baseband analog with Filter tuning and high IRR (Image Rejection Ratio) for DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) transceiver. In addition, an automatic filter tuning system has applied to in this circuit for higher PVT tolerance and accuracy of bandwidth. To reduce adjacent interferers and image signal in baseband circuit, Complex Band Pass Filter (BPF) is used in this system. Baseband analog has high performance of IRR 66.5 dB and the Intermediate Frequency (IF) is 10MHz. This circuit is designed in 130nm CMOS process. Power consumption is 7.46mW under 1.2V power supply.

미국의 경우 많은 대학에 직업교육(CTE)과 인력개발(HRD) 과정이 같은 학과에 오랫동안 공존하여 왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 두 학문 사이의 학문적, 실용적 관련성과 밀접성에 대한 의문이 끊이지 않았다. 이 연구는 학생들이 역량있는 인적자원개발 전문가가 되기 위하여 인적자원개발 관련 학과에 다니고, 대학들은 역량개발에 기반을 둔 교육과정을 운영하고 있음에 착안하여, 직업교육 및 인력개발 전문가들의 핵심역량이 서로 어떤 공통점과 차이점이 있는지를 살펴봄으로써 양 학문의 공존 가능성을 탐구하였다. 양 집단의 핵심 역량에 대한 비판적 비교와 종합, 그리고 개념적 추론화 과정을 거치는 통합적 문헌연구(Integrative literature review) 방법론이 활용되었다. 이 연구는 직업교육과 인력개발 전문가 집단에 있어 기본적 핵심역량과 요구되는 태도, 전문성 분야 등이 거의 유사하다는 점을 발견하였고, 따라서 직업교육과 인력개발, 양 학문은 동일한 학과에서 공존하면서 상호 발전할 수 있는 가능성이 있다는 점을 보여주었다. For decades Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Human Resource Development (HRD) have coexisted within the same university academic departments. However, the relevance or proximity between CTE and HRD has continued to be questioned. Given that students enroll in workforce education programs to develop competencies to be successful workforce educators/trainers and that many higher education workforce education programs adopt competency-based education models, our study seeks to find the reason for the coexistence of CTE and HRD in the same university departments by examining the commonalities in competencies between CTE teachers and HRD professionals. An integrative literature review is primarily used for providing a rational framework through critical comparison, synthesizing, and conceptual reasoning. The research findings are presented, followed by practical and theoretical implications, limitations, and future research suggestions. The study found that almost identical competencies are required for both CTE and HRD professionals in terms of basic core competencies, areas of expertise, and roles of strategic partners in each context -school versus business settings.
