        요가수련 참여 성인여성의 객체화된 신체의식이 긍정적 사고와 자기표현에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how the objectified body consciousness of adult women participating in yoga training affects positive thinking and self-expression. This emphasizes the importance of physical, psychological, and emotional health in yoga movement, establishes a correct appearance and body view, and promotes the continuous growth and activation of yoga, which is evidence material that helps modern people maintain physical, psychological, and emotional health. The subjects of this study were adult women in their 20s or older who are practicing yoga at seven yoga centers located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gwangju, and Gangwon, and a convenience sample method was used. A total of 400 questionnaires were collected and 367 copies were actually analyzed. Cronbach'a and exploratory factor analysis were conducted to verify the reliability and validity of the measurement tools. To verify the research model, frequency analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, there were differences in objectified body consciousness, positive thinking, and self-expression according to sociodemographic characteristics. The objectified body consciousness showed differences in age, number of training sessions, and training time. The higher the age, the higher the monitoring, and the higher the training frequency and training time, the higher the control belief. There was a difference in positive thinking in terms of academic background, training period, and number of training sessions. Positive thinking was higher when the education level was high and the training period and number of training were high. Self-expression showed differences in age, educational background, training period, and number of training sessions. Self-expression was high when the age was small, the educational level was low, and the training period and number of training were low. Second, the higher the shame of the objectified body consciousness of adult women participating in yoga training, the lower the goal pursuit, and the higher the monitoring, the higher the subjective satisfaction. In addition, the higher the control belief, the higher the goal pursuit and subjective satisfaction, which are sub-factors of positive thinking. Third, it was found that the higher the control belief, a sub-factor of objectified body consciousness, the more it affected self-expression in adult women participating in yoga training. Fourth, it was found that subjective satisfaction, a sub-factor of positive thinking in adult women participating in yoga training, affects self-expression. Based on this, yoga program and meditation through emotional and psychological approaches through the physical part of the yoga program that young adult women can easily access along with yoga that can approach the psychological part from the physical purpose to modern people. It is necessary to actively activate yoga so that more participants can participate in the diversity of programs and continuous yoga training.

        중년기 여성의 복합외상경험이 분노에 미치는 영향 - 자기용서와 자기체계손상의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

        Having developed defensive and avoidant attitudes from the experiences of desperate childhood with a thirst for survival, women in the midlife stage of a typical life cycle face an identity crisis. This research empirically examines how the factors of middle-aged women’s complex traumatic experiences affect anger, moderated by self-forgiveness and deleterious effects on the self-system. The data was analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 25.0 based on 157 units of the survey collected out of 170 units distributed among middle-aged women residing in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. First, the research found that middle-aged women’s complex traumatic experience has a negative relationship with self-forgiveness. Second, the complex traumatic experiences of middle-aged women have a positive relationship with deleterious effects on the self-system. Third, middle-aged women’s self-forgiveness has a negative relationship with anger. Fourth, the deleterious effects on the self-system of middle-aged women have a positive relationship with anger. Fifthly, middle-aged complex traumatic experience has no relationship to anger. As a result, it is crucial to propose a development plan for a recovery program from complex traumatic experiences in consideration of various psychological elements that can relieve anger through self-forgiveness, and this research deems advantages to counseling families of middle-aged women. 생존을 위해 사는 절박한 어린 시절을 경험한 중년기 여성은 상처, 불안, 긴장을 가지고 자신을 방어하고 회피하면서 굳어진 마음으로 역할상실과 함께 정체성의 위기를 맞이하게 된다. 본 연구는 중년기 여성의 복합외상경험 영향요인이 자기용서와 자기체계손상을 통하여 분노에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 서울·경기 소재 중년기 여성을 대상으로 2020년 4월 27일부터 5월 10일까지 170부의 설문지를 배포하였고 157부를 SPSS/WIN 25.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 중년기 여성의 복합외상경험이 자기용서에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중년기 여성의 복합외상경험이 자기체계손상에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중년기 여성의 자기용서가 분노에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중년기 여성의 자기체계손상이 분노에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 중년기 여성의 복합외상경험이 분노에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 중년기 여성의 심리적 요소를 고려하여 분노를 낮출 수 있는 자기용서를 통한 복합외상치유 프로그램 개발 방안을 제시하는 것이 중요하며, 이는 중년기 여성 가족의 행복 추구를 위한 상담과 교육에 긍정적인 기여가 될 것으로 사료된다.

        요가수련 참여 성인여성의 객체화된 신체의식이 긍정적 사고와 자기표현에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 요가수련 참여 성인여성의 객체화된 신체의식이 긍정적 사고와 자기표현에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하여 요가운동의 신체적, 심리적, 정서적 건강의 중요성을 강조하여 올바른 외모와 신체관을 정립하고 요가의 지속적인 성장과 활성화와 함께 현대인들에게 있어 신체적, 심리적, 정서적 건강을 영위하는데 도움이 되는 근거 자료제공에 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2015년 전국에 소재한 상업체육시설 7개의 요가원에 요가수련 참여 성인여성을 모집단으로 설정한 후 편의표본 표집방법을 이용하였으며, 총 400부의 설문지를 회수하여 367부를 실제분석에서 사용하였다. 이상의 절차를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 요가수련 참여 성인여성의 객체화된 신체의식의 수치심이 높을수록 목표추구는 낮게 나타났으며, 감시성이 높을수록 주관적 만족은 높게 나타났다. 또한, 통제신념이 높을수록 긍정적 사고의 하위요인인 목표추구와 주관적 만족이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 요가수련 참여 성인여성의 객체화된 신체의식의 하위요인인 통제신념이 높을수록 자기표현에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요가수련 참여 성인여성의 긍정적 사고의 하위요인인 주관적 만족이 자기표현에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 현대인들에게 신체적인 목적에서 더 나아가 심리적인 부분까지 접근할 수 있는 요가와 함께 성인여성들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 요가프로그램의 신체적인 부분을 통해 정서적 심리적 접근을 통한 요가 프로그램의 다양성과 지속적인 요가수련 참여자들이 더 많은 참여가 이루어질 수 있도록 적극적인 요가 활성화가 필요하다. This study investigated how objectified body consciousness of grown-up women participating in yoga training affects optimism and self-expression, and emphasized on importance of physical, psychological and emotional health of yoga training, hence aimed to set up the right appearance and a view of body, continuously develop and vitalize yoga, and at the same time provide base data that helps leading physical, psychological and emotional health for modern people. In order to achieve the above study aim, grown-up women aged over 20 who were taking yoga training at 7 yoga centers of commercial sports facilities located in Korea in 2015, were set as the population, and using convenience sampling method, total of 400 questionnaires were collected and 367 were used in the actual analysis. The results were as follow. Firstly, as higher the shame of objectified body consciousness of grown-up women participating in yoga training, pursuit of goal appeared to be low, and as higher the monitoring, subjective satisfaction appeared to be high. In addition, as higher the control belief, pursuit of goal and subjective satisfaction which are sub factors of optimism, appeared to be high. Secondly, as higher the control belief which is a sub factor of objectified body consciousness of grown-up women participating in yoga training, self-expression appeared to be affected. Thirdly, subjective satisfaction which is a sub factor of optimism of grown-up women participating in yoga training, appeared to affect self-expression. Based on this, on top of yoga that can approach modern people not only with a physical goal but also with psychological aspects, enthusiastic yoga vitalization is necessary, for diversity of yoga programs through emotional and psychological approach through physical aspects of a yoga program that grown-up women can approach easily, and for more active and continuous participation of yoga training participants.

        마인드맵 노트활동이 수학개념구조 형성과 수학적 창의력에 미치는 효과분석

        본 연구에서는 개념의 조직화, 사고의 창의가 가능한 마인드맵 노트활동이 수학학습에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 마인드맵 노트활동을 적용한 수업방식과 기존의 교사주도식 수업방식에서의 수학개념구조 형성과 수학적 창의력에 대한 효과를 분석* 주제어 하였다. 중학교 3학년 학생을 대상으로 약 3개월 동안 31차시의 마인드 맵 노트활동을 적용하여 수업을 한 후, 수학개념구조 검사지와 수학적 창의력 검사지, 그리고 면담자료로 평가한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마인드맵을 활용한 수업방식이 기존의 교사주도식 수업방식에 비해 학습자의 개념구조형성 신장에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마인드맵을 활용한 수업이 기존의 교사주도식 수업에 비해 학습자의 수학적 창의력 신장에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 특히 수학적 창의력의 하위 요소 중 유창성과 융통성 신장에 효과가 있었다. 따라서 수학개념구조 형성과 수학적 창의력 신장을 위해서 학교수업에서 마인드맵 노트활동의 도입을 제언한다. This study was carried out to investigate effects of the mindmap note-taking for the formation of the mathematical concepts structure and the matjematical creativity. Two classes were randomly chosen for this study from the third grade students of a middle school located in a medium size city. Thirty one lecture hours of the mindmap note-taking on the quadratic equation and functions were administered to the experimental class of 41 students, while same lecture hours of the ordinary instruction on the same contents were administered to the control class of 40 students. It was shown from this experiment that there ware significant evidences of improvement both in the formation of students' mathematical concepts structure and mathematical creativity through the mindmap note-taking lecture. Hence, the mindmap note-taking lecture is suggested for the improvement in the formation of student's mathematical concepts structure and mathematical creativity.

        We are urgently need to improve our dietical living for the health of peoples, improve of one's physical condition and promotion of nations development with strong strength, without behind from compare with the developed countries. The improvement of dietical life is mainly objected for the nutrition improvement of peoples. For the achievement of this goal, the report was not satisfied for the detail research that based only genearal on peoples' nutrition. Therefore, examination should be made on the particular areas for their conditions of take nutriments and compare with general areas and particular areas for the nutrition differences, when the take correction of lacks of nutrition aport ion, it is possible to improve the peoples livehood. The particular areas that I have selected for examination was; Fisher Woman Village, Buk chon-ri, Bukchon-myon, Buk-kun, Chejoo-do, Korea, and general area was selected at Mae-gok-ri, Nam-myon, Yangjoo-kun, Kyunggi-do, Korea, and it's result was evaluated with comparision of two areas in particular general areas. Each area has their particular production crops and their consurntions of large nutriment foods and appetite has been studied. I belief this would be good references of research materials for the improve of dietical living that we urgently needed. Also physical examination was based for the evaluation on the height, weight, girft of head, thickness of skin, etc. but blood, urine, excrement examination was not able to conduct the examination due to the lacks of prepared facilites for the biological examinations.

      • 김치 成分에 關한 硏究

        Kimchi is group designation for salted and fermented acidic vegetables produced with the participation of microorganisms. Kimchi is akin to Sauerkraut, pickles and Chinese or Japanese stayled pickles in some aspects, but has many differences in its low acidity, taste and method of processing as well as a large variety of its ingredients. Also it may be implicated to involve different mechanism of fermentation. The winter Kimchi is made at the end part of November, from large rooted radish (Rephanus-Sativus), Chinese cabbage, salted fishes (fermented), and many kinds of spices and flavorings, including liberal amounts of leeks, onions, garlic, red pepper, ginger, water cress, certain kinds of sea weeds and salt. Added to these are frequently chestnut, mashrooms, oyser, sugar, cooked starch solution, and beef or octopus extracts as well. Individual cabbage is kept not to have their leaves seperated, and allowed to be shredded by adding salt or salt brine for one or two days. Sliced radish, spices and flavorings previously mixed and seasoned, are then sandwiched between their leaves of the shredded cabbages, and any air in the cabbage is excluded by tying up the impregnated cabbage with the outer most leaf. And cabbages are packed as tightly as possible, and appreciable amounts of salt, fresh salt brine or fermented fish filtrates are added. The mixture is allowed to fermented keeping an anaerobic condition for several days or weeks before being served as Kimchi (including its juice) throughout the next four or five months. The consumption of the kimchies per capita per day is ranging 200 to 300 gr. or more and consequently the amoun of the nutrients derived from Kimchi may be significant It has been obsered by one of the author" that the participation of many microorganisms is involved in the process of Kimchi fermentation, and about 200 kinds of anaerobic bacteria and several species of aerobic bacteria have been isolated and characterized. The acids found in Kimchi are citric, succinic, lactic, pyruvic gluconic, malic, fumaric, and unidentified acids in contrast with sauerkraut in which lactic acid is predominant In the present study an attempt has been made to clarify the nature of microbial incorporation as well as the variation of vitamins in the Kimchi processing. Four strains of lactic acid forming microorganisms isolated from Kimchi in this laboratory, have also been used in the sauerkraut fermentation as the starters by Pedkson and a Pseudomonas species. isolated also from Kimchi and layer," an edible sea weed, were inoculated in Kimchi as the starter the latter organism being proved to be responsible for their exceptionally high contents of vitamin B_(12) in both Kimchi and layer. During the course of Kimchi fermentation, the variations of total acid, pH, glucose, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, carotene, ascorbic acid and vitamin Bn have been investigated. After slight decrease in vitamin contents at the early stage of the fomentation, all of the B-vitamins heve increased and reached their maximum level, twice the contents of the original raw Kimnchies when the fermentation proceeded to the points showing the best taste and flavor. It has been followed by the decrease of the vitamins with the sudden development of acids. No significant differences between the inoculates and the control has been obtained in both the rate of fermentation and the nature of the components of the products, but an appreciable variation of the vitamins has been observed. Pseudomonas inoculate has been shown to have a significant capacity of the vitamin B_(12) biosynthesis as well as appreciable accelerating effect of an accumulation of the other B vitamins.
