A Subjectivity Study on the Speech Language Therapy ofChildren with ASD of Speech Language PathologistMiseung Song, Soyoung Choi, & Soop Choi Abstract: This study was conducted to explore the strategy method for improvement about professional competence of speech language pathologist by identifying the perception types and characteristics of speech language pathologist who works in children with ASD. The research method was applied with Q-methodology, and 30 speech language pathologist with experience of speech language therapy for children with ASD were to be forced to distribute 40 Q-samples. The collected data was treated with principle component factor analysis by the PC QUANL program. The types of speech language pathologist are classified in three types. Type 1 was identified as an ‘academic knowledge-based expert pursuit type’ that aims to continuously develop expertise based on an academic knowledge base with a sense of mission to speech language therapy. Type 2 was identified as a ‘professional job performance complacency type’ that did not study the latest literature or introduce new treatment methods, and did not feel the need for introducing new policies. Finally, the type 3 was identified as a ‘guardian of an expert system based on communication type’ who recognizes the importance of collaboration with other disciplines and communication with parents. An exploratory study is needed to find a systematic device for cultivating the professional competence of speech language pathologists who treat ASD children and a way to establish an expert system for each speech and language disorder. 입원환자를 다룬 국내 간호논문 분석

The purposes of this study were to describe systemically 12 year of nursing research in Korea and suggest it's direction in future. 115 nursing studies published from 1990 to 2001 were selscted for the present study. There were examined the source and the design of study. type of subjects. measurement variables, the intervention outcome of experimental research, and theme of qualitative research. The results were as follows ; 72 of 115studies were composed of master thesis and dissertation of graduate school. There were 30 quasi-experimental design. 56 survey research. 9 record analysis, 6 comparisons. 5 correlations. 9 qualitative studies. According to the findings, hospitalized researcf had increased since 1990 nd done mostly by experimental studies. As recommendations for the future, it is necessary to study the comparison of hospitalized nursing internationally, and the replication to proceeding establish of hospitalization concept.

남자간호대학생의 남자간호사에 대한 이미지

While the numbers of males entering nursing university is increasing, the whole issue of research on male nursing students is a relatively recent undertaking. The purpose of this study was to identify the images of men as nurses held by male nursing students, and to provide basic data about the desirability of nursing as a career choice for them. Q-methodology which provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used: The 45 male nursing students classified 31 selected Q-statements into a normal distribution using a 9-point scale. The collected data were analyzed by the pc-QUANL program. Among the male nursing students, three types of images of men as nurses were identified. Type ; Blueprint confident type, Type ; Afterimage Ⅰ Ⅱ possessed, Type Ⅲ; Expected an image of the future type. The results of this study suggested that specific strategies should be developed to promote the choice of nursing among male nursing students. 본 연구는 남자간호대학생들의 남자간호사 이미지에 대한 주관성을 파악하고, 유형별 특성을 살펴봄으로써 남자간호대학생의 직업 적응에 도움을 주기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법은 Q-방법론을 적용하였고, 남자간호대학생 45명을 P-표본으로 하여, 이들이 31개 9점 Q-표본 분포도상에 강제분포 하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC QUANL program에 의한 주요인분석법으로 처리하였다. 연구결과 남자간호대학생들의 남자간호사에 대한 3가지 유형의 이미지를 발견하였으며, 이들에 의해 설명된 전체 변량은 55.2%였다. 남자간호대학생의 남자간호사 이미지에 대한 주관성은 남자간호사는 남성들의 강함, 추진력 등의 남성성을 발휘하여 조직을 잘 이끌어나갈 수 있으며, 향후 남자간호사들의 전망이 매우 밝은 직업군으로서 진취적 비전의 이미지의 ‘청사진 확신형’, 간호직은 여성이 대다수인 직업으로서의 이미지가 확고하여 남자간호사의 승진 등의 직업적 역할이 제한적이고, 현재 사회적 지위도 높지 않다는 부정적 이미지가 주를 이룬 ‘잔상 소유형’, 아직까지는 간호에 대한 일반인들의 사회적 편견으로 인해 남자간호사를 불편해하는 경향 등이 남성성의 단점으로 작용하고 있는 부분을 인정하면서도 최근의 다양성을 추구하는 사회적 변화에 따라 앞으로의 전망을 매우 밝게 예견하는 ‘미래상 기대형’으로 확인되었다.

시뮬레이션을 기반으로 한 간호대학생의 통합실습에 대한 주관성

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the structure and characteristics of nursing college students subjectivity study on simulation-practice based nursing comprehensive practice. Method: A Q-methodology was used to identify factors in nursing college students subjectivity study on simulation-practice based nursing comprehensive practice. The 30 nursing students classified 25 selected Q-statements into a normal distribution using a 9-scale. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Result: The analysis identified two types of the subjectivity study on simulation-practice based nursing comprehensive practice among nursing college students. The categories were labeled ‘positive acceptance of integrated and organic practice’ type, ‘fear of acting alone’ type. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that specific strategies should be developed to promote the choice of simulation practice-based program considering the individual characteristics of the learner to maximize the effect of training.

고등학교 특수학급 교사의 진로와 직업교육 경험 분석

연구목적: 본 연구는 고등학교 특수학급 교사들의 진로와 직업교육 경험을 분석하여 근거이론에 의한 패러다임 모형을 개발하고, 진로와 직업 교육 경험의 유형과 경험 과정을 도출하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 고등학교 특수학급 진로와 직업교육의 경험이 있는 교사 8명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층면담을 하였다. 심층면담을 통해 수집된 자료는 Strauss와 Corbin(1998)의 근거이론을 바탕으로 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩을 거쳐 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 고등학교 특수학급 교사의 진로와 직업교육 경험은 인과적 조건인 ‘현실충격‘에 따라 중심현상인 ‘전환교육 전문가 진입: 사명감 형성’이 나타났다. 중심형상의 강도에 영향을 미치는 맥락적 조건은 ‘교육적 가치관’, ‘장애정도’, ‘인정’, ‘취업태도’로 나타났다. 중재적 조건인 ‘사회적 기반’, ‘학교지원’, ‘도전정신’에 따라 상호작용 전략인 ‘사회화 주력’, ‘자립교육’, ‘구태의연’을 선택하는 것으로 나타났다. 상호작용 전략의 사용을 통해 ‘당당함’, ‘다짐’, ‘씁쓸함’, ‘안주’의 결과가 나타나는 것으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 고등학교 특수학급 교사의 진로와 직업교육 경험은 5가지 유형으로 나눌 수 있다. 셋째, 고등학교 특수학급교사의 진로와 직업교육 경험은 ‘전환교육 전문가 진입: 사명감 형성’을 중심으로 대응기-형성기-적용기의 단계를 거친다. 결론: 본 연구는 고등학교 특수학급 특수교사의 진로와 직업교육 경험에 대한 근거이론적 분석을 통해 교육 현장에서 실제 필요한 지원이 무엇인지 파악하고 향후 고등학교 특수학급 진로와 직업교육 정책 수립에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the career and vocational education experiences of high school special class teachers. Method: The research participants were 8 teachers working in high school special classes in Gyeongnam province. Data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed through open coding, axial coding, and selective coding based on the grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin (1998). Results: The research results were as follows. First, the phenomenon in the career vocational education experience of high school special class teachers was 'entering transition education specialist: formation of a sense of mission'. The causal condition acting on the phenomenon was 'reality shock', the contextual factors which were influenced on the phenomenon were ‘educational values', 'degree of disability', 'recognition', and 'employment attitude'. The 'social foundation', 'school support', and 'challenging spirit' were the mediation conditions influenced on the interaction strategies such as 'focus on socialization', 'self-reliance education', and 'old-fashioned way'. As a result, the high school special class teachers showed the results such as 'confidence', 'commitment', 'bitterness', and 'comfort'. Second, the career and vocational education experiences of high school special class teachers was divided into five types. Third, the career vocational education experience of high school special class teachers showed the process going to 'entering transition education experts: forming a sense of mission' through the stages of responding, forming, and applying. Conclusion: This study presented a substantial theory of the career and vocational education experience of special education teachers in high school special classes. The result of this study will provide lots of information for career and vocational education of high school special class students.
