The nature of molecular mechanisms governing embryonic cell block is largely unknown, but recent reports have demonstrated that proper execution of programmed cell death is crucial for this process. The main objective of this study is to determine effects of programmed cell death on porcine oocytes development in vitro after parthenogenesis. Among the blastocysts matured in 3MA, MAP1LC3A and ATG5 RNA gene expression level increased in the order of Cyst < 3MA < RP. However, Casp-3 and TNF-r RNA gene expression level decreased in the order of RP < 3MA < Cyst. Expression of mTOR within the RP-cultured blastocyst was the most highly to the inner cell mass, while 3MA-cultured blastocyst showed very lowest expression in inner cell mass. The expression of mTOR showed a pattern opposite to that of MAP1LC3A. That is, its expression was the lowest in Cyst group. When the enzymatic activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9 was assessed in culture, the level of active MMP-9 was higher expression in the medium of each RP treatment group, with the level of another treatment group being relatively higher. Analyses of TIMP-2 and TIMP-3 revealed that their expression was higher in groups that did not receive RP treatment. More specifically, the level of TIMP-2 was not affected by Cyst treatment, while the level of TIMP-3 was higher in 3MA and RP treatment group. There was highly cell division activation efficiency of parthenogenesis on cultured system of RP supplement IVC medium. Therefore, these results suggest that embryo development was significantly increased in conditional culture medium with active autophagy as compared to common cultured condition. Further investigation of this distinction may enable the development of innovative improvements for the production of porcine somatic cell nuclear transfer.

A nuclear emulsion system is a very suitable detector for recognizing very short tracks (∼several µm) of S = −2 nuclei, such as double-Λ hypernuclei, twin-Λ hypernuclei, and Ξ− hypernuclei, because of its submicron spatial resolution. The S = −2 nuclei can provide special experimental information on the Λ-Λ and Ξ−-N interactions in the nuclei. The attribute of the S = −2 nuclei is their three vertices around the Ξ− stopping points. The Ξ− hyperons are generated from the quasi-free 'p'(K−, K+)Ξ− reactions. By following the Ξ− tracks plate by plate and observing the Ξ− capture points carefully in the emulsion, S = −2 nuclei can be found. In this work, two methods for emulsion scanning developed to search for S = −2 nuclei are presented, namely, the “track following method” and the “overall scanning method”, as well as the recent results of the event analysis.
LiNbO₃ 단결정을 이용한 압전진동자 제작의 최적 조건

We studied the method to find the optimal manufacturing conditions for the longitudinal and the transversal piezoelectric vibrators with LiNbO₃ single crystal. We calculated the magnitude of strain due to the antipiezoelectric effect at spherical coordinates. And then it is projected to the plane by the stereographic projection method. From these charts, we found the directions with the maximum value of vibrational efficiency and with the minimum value of vibrational noise for the applied electric field. The optimal directions with minimum noise for the longitudinal piezoelectric vibrator are (10.0°, 19.3°), (10.0°, 139.3°), (10.0°, 259.3°). Strain of longitudinal mode of these optimal directions is ??. The ratio of noise to the signal of this vibrator is 0.68%. The optimal directions with minimum noise for the transversal piezoelectric vibrator are (76.2°, 70.1°), (76.2°, 190.1°), (76.2°, 310.1°), and strain of transversal mode is ??. In this case, the ratio of noise to the signal is 0.68%.

BaTiO₃단결정의 전왜효과와 압전특성을, 임의의 방향으로 가하는 전기장에 대한 역압전변형분포의 SGP(stereographic projection) 그림과 전왜효과에 의한 전왜변형분포에 대한 SGP그림을 그려 분석하였다. 상유전상에 있을 때 인가된 전기장에 의한 변형은 전왜효과에 의해서만 생기며. 강유전상에 있을 때 인가된 전기장에 의한 변형은 역압전효과와 전왜효과의 중첩 영향을 받는다. 각 상에서의 종적 변형과 횡적 변형의 최대 값과 최소 값을 갖는 방향 및 크기를 구하였고 압전변형과 전왜변형의 크기가 같은 등변형전기장을 계산하였다. The electrostriction and the piezoelectric properties of BaTiO₃ single crystal were analyzed by the SGP(stereographic projection) diagram of the electrostriction strain and the converse piezoelectric strain to the applied electric field. In paraelectric phase the strain is only due to the electrostriction, but in ferroelectric phase it is affected by the converse piezoelectric effect with the electrostriction effect. We obtained the directions and the magnitudes with the maximum value and the minimum of the longitudinal strain and the transversal strain at each phase, and calculated the electric field of the equivalent strain which has the same magnitude of the piezoelectric and the electrostriction.
고장력강판(DP980) 적용 자동차 roof frame 제작 금형 개발을 위한 성형 해석

Advanced high strength steels are widely used for lightweight automobile parts. With advanced high strength steels, automobile parts are formed thinner and lighter than normal steels keeping structural strength. However, the advanced high strength steel causes serious problems in forming process, such as springback and low formability. In this study, forming simulation for the automobile roof frame, applied advanced high strength steel (DP980), is conducted by using the commercial code PAM-STAMP, based on Finite Element Method (FEM). Results of the simulation are quantitatively analyzed, and shape deviations caused by springback phenomenon are mainly observed. To reduce the deviation, restriking and bending processes are added after drawing process. Through the FE simulations, it is found that the newly designed forming process is more effective to improve the shape accuracy.
