Single crystals of nanocomposite [GaO4Al12(OH)24(H2O)12][Al(OH)6Mo6O18]2(OH)${\cdot}$30H2O, 2, were obtained by the reaction between [GaO4Al12(OH)24(H2O)12]7+ and [Mo7O24]6- clusters in an aqueous solution, analogously to the [AlO4Al12(OH)24(H2O)12][Al(OH)6Mo6O18]2(OH)${\cdot}$29.5H2O nanocomposite, 1. The crystal structure of 2 was determined by single crystal x-ray diffraction; space group $C2}c$ (No. 15), a = 27.418(2) $\AA$, b = 15.647(2) $\AA$, c = 23.960(4) $\AA$, $\beta$ = $102.850(9)^{\circ}$, V = 10,021.5(20) $\AA3$ , Z = 4. Detailed analysis of the structural data show that the clusters are held by intimate hydrogen bondings of the surface O2- and OH- groups of the clusters as well as the ionic interactions between the oppositely charged cluster ions.

Ju-Hui(; Chu-Hsi) was a philosophical educator who gave a comprehensive survey of Confucianism in a new fashion in the 12th century. He fervently devoted himself to education all his life. All his teachings contributed to the cultivations of morality in the minds of people. His philosophy can be approached from a variety of angles. Considering that Confucianism was put together from a new standpoint, his philosophy is called Neo-Confucianism. In consideration that his pursuit generally related to studying what the essence of the universe and the essence of human beings are, his philosophy is called Seong-Ri Theory. IT is East Asian Metaphysics; one of East Asian philosophies that dwell on the essence of the universe and of human beings. By a further investigation into the ideologic sources of Seong-Ri Theory, we can find that it is not a science as improvised all at once. It refers a comprehensive science that was synthesized on the basis of understanding about contemporary thoughts related to truth as propagated around the society, i.e. the individual thoughts of Ju Don- yi, So Gang-jeol, Jang Jae, Jeong Ho and Jeong Yi. Noteworthily, Ju Don-yi & So Gang-jeol's thoughts had great impact on the formation of Ju Hui's Taegeuk Philosophy. In addition, Jang Jae & Jeong Yi's ideas also had significant influence on the formation of Ju Hui's ethology, and Jeong Yi's thoughts had great effects on the formation of Ju Hui's Ri-Gi Theory & and Geogyeong-Gungri Theory respectively. On the other hand, thoughts of various ancient thinkers as well as the thoughts of Buddhism and Taoism affected the formation of Ju Hui's thoughts much from diverse angles. As described above, Ju Hui completed a brilliant East Asian science called Seong Ri-Hak by a formulated synthesis based on conventional great thoughts as handed down from ancient days. According to this science, the universe is created by Gi(氣; energy), the knowledge of truth about the universe refers to Ri(理), and corresponding mind cultivation refers to Gyeong(敬).
프레임 릴레이 망에서 QoS를 고려한 그룹 핸드오버 알고리즘

최근 통신환경의 급속한 발전과 함께 점점 복잡 다양해지는 사회적 요구에 의해 유선망을 무선환경으로 옮겨 가기 위한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Frame Relay 망과 WATM 백본 망과의 연동 환경을 제안하였고, 이 망에서 Frame Relay 망의 이동으로 인하여 발생하는 망의 이동성 지원 방안과 QoS를 보장하는 단말들의 멀티 핸드오버를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 G-CAC알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 G-CAC알고리즘은 망 단위의 이동환경에서 Frame Relay의 트래픽 특성, DE/CLP 맵핑, 트래픽 파라미터 변환 방식을 이용하여 핸드오버 블락킹 율과 손실 율을 감소시킨다. 또한 여러 Frame Relay망과 통신하고 있는 백본의 WATM에서는 다른 Frame Relay망들의 할당된 자원 중에 CLP비트가 세트된 셀들을 드롭하여 그 자원을 새로운 핸드오버를 요청하는 Frame Relay망에 접합된 WATM에 제공하는 QoS를 고려한 핸드오버 CAC(connection admission control)알고리즘을 제안한다.

A network CD changer was implemented adopting MOST (Media Oriented Systems Transport) technology. It is controlled through network remotely and also conveys digital audio. The MOST CD changer is configured as a timing slave node. It has six CD slots and generates 16-bit resolution stereo audio at 44.1 ㎑ sampling frequency. Its response time regarding control message communication is within 30 ㎳ on average. Its functionality and dynamic behavior was investigated thoroughly. For that, a general and adaptable test environment was set up utilizing a commercial analysis tool. A few manual test programs were made and run in the environment.
횡단류 내 평판 위에 놓인 원형 실린더 주위의 유동장 및 열전달에 관한 연구

The present study is concerned with the heat transfer enhancement associated with a symmetrical or asymmetrical horseshoe vortex in front of and around the circular cylinder centered between the side walls of a wind tunnel. The static pressure measurements and the flow visualization in front of and around cylinders have been performed to determine the existence of horseshoe vortex. The hue-capturing method using the thermochromatic liquid crystals with great spatial resolution was used to obtain the local information of the endwall heat transfer coefficients. In case of one cylinder, the convective heat transfer coefficients of the region where the horseshoe vortex exists are larger than those of any other region. In case of two cylinders with tandem arrangement, the heat transfer rate of gap spacing (d/D= 1.5) is higher than that of gap spacings (d/D=2.0 or 2.5).
얄칼리-토류이온 치환에 따른 PIN 세라믹스의 상발달 및 유전특성

Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3 (PIN)세라믹스에서 Pb+2이온 대신에 Ca+2, Sr+2, Ba+2 이온을 부분적으로 치환하여 상합성 과정 및 유전특성을 조사하였다. 페로브스카이트 PIN을 얻기위한 최적조건을 도출하기위하여 하소, 치환 이온의 종류 및 그량, 소결민돌, 유전특성의 관점에서 관찰하였다. 페로브로스카이트 PIN상을 합성하기 위해서는 Ba+2이온의 치환이 가장 효과적이었다.
폐광산 주변 오염토양 정화를 위한 실규모 토양세척공정 적용

중금속으로 오염된 폐광산지역 토양을 정화하기 위해 실규모 토양세척공정을 적용하였다. $H_2SO_4$을 이용한 토양세척시 Cd의 경우 정화목표를 달성할 수 있었지만 낮은 세척효율을 나타내었으며, Zn은 낮은 세척효율로 인해 세척 후 토양의 농도가 토양오염우려기준 미만으로 저감되지 않았다. Cd 및 Zn은 토양세척 후 농도가 저감되는데 반해 As의 경우 세척 전에 비해 세척 후 토양의 As 농도가 지속적으로 증가되는 경향을 보였다. NaOH를 사용하여 세척효율을 평가한 결과, Cd와 Zn의 농도는 저감되었으나, 세척 전에 비해 세척 후 As의 농도가 더 높게 나타나 황산으로 세척한 경우와 유사한 경향을 보였다. 이러한 세척효율을 저하시키는 원인은 처리대상 토양의 입도분포 및 실규모토양세척으로 확대 적용함에 따라 발생하는 여러 가지 문제점으로 요약할 수 있으며, 세척 후 As의 농도가 증가하는 현상은 토양 내 As의 존재형태에 기인하는 것으로 판단되었다. This study was carried out to evaluate the applicability of the full scale soil washing processes for reducing heavy metal contamination level of soil around an abandoned mine. In the results of soil washing of the target soil with $H_2SO_4$ and NaOH, the As concentrations of treated soil continuously increased compared with contaminated raw soil. Also, removal efficiencies of Zn and Ni were low. This problems might be caused by chemical partitioning of As in soil and its geologic origination, soil particle size, and scale up of washing plant.
