      • 원판형 압전변압기의 감압특성

        고전력 압전특성이 우수한 Pb[(Mn_1/3Sb_2/3)_0 05Zr_0 475Ti_0 475]O_3 조성을 선택하여 합성하고 원판형 감압용 압전변압기를 제작하였다. 그리고 출력 단의 간격을 일정하게 한 후, 입출력전극 면적 비에 따른 감압용 변압기 특성을 조사하였다. 변형 ring/dot 형의 전극구조가 감압용 변압기 특성을 나타내었다. 전압이득은 구동주파수 및 부하저항에 크게 의존하며, 공진주파수에서 전압이득이 최대가 되었다. 입력전압이 증가함에 따라 출력전압은 선형적으로 증가하였다. 출력부에 비하여 입력부의 전극면적이 작을수록 감압특성이 우수하게 나타났다. Disk-type step-down piezoelectric transformer was manufactured by using Pb[(Mn_1/3Sb_2/3)_0 05Zr_0 475Ti0_ 475]O_3 ceramics, which have excellent high power piezoelectric properties. The characteristics of step-down piezoelectric transformer as a function of the ratio of area between input and output electrodes were examined when the area of the output electrode is fixed. Modified ring/dot type electrode configuration showed characteristics of a step down piezoelectric transformer. Voltage gain was greatly dependent on driving frequency and load resistance, and the maximum voltage gain was obtained at the resonance frequency. The output voltage was linearly increased as the input voltage increased. When the area of the input electrode is decreased comparing to the output electrode, enlarged step down characteristics of the piezoelectrictransformer was observed.

        ZrO<sub>2</sub>의 혼합방법 차이가 ZTA의 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향

        In this study, intermediate-mixed powders were prepared by loading zirconia powders initially in a ball-mill jar and loading alumina powders afterward; the initial-mixed powders were produced by loading zirconia and alumina powders together in the ball-mill jar. The effect of such differences in mixing method on the mechanical properties was investigated. In intermediate-mixed powders, the volume fraction of large particles slightly increased and, simultaneously, zirconia particles formed agglomerates that, due to early ball-mill loading of the zirconia powders only, were more dispersed than were the initial-mixed powders. For the intermediate-mixed powders, zirconia agglomerates were destroyed more quickly than were initial-mixed powders, so the number of dispersed zirconia particles rose and the inhibitory effect of densification due to the addition of a second phase was more obvious. In the microstructure of intermediate-mixed powders, zirconia grains were homogeneously dispersed and grain growth by coalescence was found to occur with increasing sintering temperature. For the initial-mixed powders, large zirconia grains formed by localized early-densification on the inside contacts of some zirconia agglomerates were observed in the early stages of sintering. The intermediate-mixed powders had slightly lower hardness values as a whole but higher fracture toughness compared to that of the initial-mixed powders.

        An Implementation of Automotive Parking Assistance System using Qplus-Auto OSEK Edition

        Traditional implementation schemes for automotive electronic control units look simple, but the tradition schemes need so many coarse works to satisfy the user requirements regarding time constraints whenever their microprocessors are changed. Recently, a movement toward using middle-wares, such as OSEK operating system, has risen in automotive industry. In this paper, we describe how to use the features of operating systems to replace traditional firmware based softwares in points of views of services, such as multitask support, preemption, and realtime property. To show an example, we implemented a parking assistance system as a prototype.

        ZrO<sub>2</sub>의 분말크기가 ZTA의 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the microstructures and mechanical properties of zirconia toughened alumina (ZTA) ceramics prepared from two kinds of 3Y-TZP powders. ZTA composites were prepared by adding two kinds of 3Y-TZP powders, 3YEH (BET = $7m^2/g$) and 3YEM (BET = $16m^2/g$), to ${\alpha}$-alumina in the range of 5-25 wt%. It was found that the microstructure photographs of the ZTA composites showed that the average grain size of alumina decreased as the content of zirconia increased. In our present study, specimens containing 3YEM zirconia exhibited smaller grain sizes compared to those of 3YEH zirconia. The Vickers hardness of the ZTA composites that were sintered at $1600^{\circ}C$ for 2 hrs was found to smoothly decrease with increasing zirconia content because of the low Young modulus in zirconia. The Vickers hardness of the ZTA containing 3YEH zirconia was greater than that of the 3YEM zirconia. In substance, the fracture toughness ($K_{1c}$) of the ZTA composites increased as the content of zirconia increased. The fracture toughness ($K_{1c}$) of ZTA containing 3YEM zirconia was greater than that of 3YEH zirconia.

        기업 SCM 특성이 공급망 파트너십 민첩성에 미치는 영향: 건설기계 부품 제조 및 유통업을 중심으로

        최근 기업 경영 패러다임은 개별 기업 간의 경쟁에서 공급망 간의 경쟁으로 변화하고 있다. 즉, 치열한 글로벌 경쟁 속에서 단일 기업의 경쟁력만으로는 성장에 한계가 있기 때문에, 핵심 역량을 결합해 공급망을 구축하고 전체 공급망 관점에서 통합과 최적화를 추구하는 기업만이 생존하고 성장할 수 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 기업들은 지속적인 경쟁 우위를 확보하기 위한 전략적 수단으로, 파트너십 기반의 통합적인 공급망 관리에 주목하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업의 SCM 특성이 민첩성을 통하여 공급망 파트너십에 미치는 영향을 설명할 수 있는 연구모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 연구대상은 건설기계 부품 제조 및 유통업의 종사자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 분석에는 총 99부의 설문이 이용되었다. 모형검증을 위해 본 연구에서는 Smart PLS 4.0을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약되었다. 첫째, 신뢰성은 민첩성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 몰입성은 민첩성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 SCM이라는 환경에서 몰입성도 중요한 요소가 된다. 셋째, 지향성은 민첩성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 정보공유는 민첩성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 내부협력은 민첩성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 민첩성은 공급망 파트너십에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 SCM 특성요인인 신뢰성, 몰입성, 지향성, 정보공유 순으로 민첩성을 통해 공급망 파트너십을 높여주는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 기업은 변화하는 환경 속에서 거래처의 요구 변화에 유연하게 대응하고 문제를 신속하게 해결할 수 있으며, 파트너와의 신뢰와 몰입, 우수한 정보 공유를 바탕으로 거래처의 현황과 업무 진행 상황을 정확히 파악함으로써 공급사슬의 불확실성을 완화시킬 수 있을 것이다. In recent years, the corporate management paradigm has been changing from competition between individual companies to competition between supply chains. In other words, since the competitiveness of a single company is limited in the face of fierce global competition, only companies that combine core competencies to build supply chains and pursue integration and optimization from an overall supply chain perspective can survive and grow. In this environment, companies are paying attention to integrated supply chain management based on partnerships as a strategic means to secure a continuous competitive advantage. This study aims to present a research model that explains the influence of a company's supply chain management (SCM) characteristics on supply chain partnerships through agility. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting workers in the construction machinery parts manufacturing and distribution industry, and a total of 105 questionnaires were analyzed. Smart PLS 4.0 was used in this study to verify the model. The research results were summarized as follows: First, reliability had a significant effect on agility. Second, immersion had a significant effect on agility. This means that immersion is also an important factor in the SCM environment. Third, orientation had a significant effect on agility. Fourth, information sharing had a significant effect on agility. Fifth, internal cooperation had no significant effect on agility. Sixth, agility had a significant effect on supply chain partnerships. Therefore, this study confirmed that the SCM characteristics of a company, such as trust, immersion, orientation, information sharing, and internal cooperation, order enhance supply chain partnership through agility. Through this study, companies can respond flexibly to changes in customer needs and solve problems quickly in a changing environment. This will enable them to alleviate uncertainty in the supply chain by accurately grasping the current status and work progress of customers based on trust, commitment to partners, and excellent information sharing.

        빠른 문맥전환을 위한 임베디드 시스템 구조

        In real-time embedded systems, the responsibility is the most important thing because it is related to human life. Context switching is a part of which can slow down the responsibility. We therefore should minimize the amount of state that needs to be saved during context switching. In this paper, we introduce a new architecture (Register Farm) for context switching which can exchange two contexts in one cycle time. Although it might increase the cost of MCU design and the complexity of circuit, it cannot miss any interrupt during context switching. Consequently, Register Farm architecture can make embedded systems spread out in human life because it can increase reliability and responsibility in real time embedded systems.
