        황산용액에 의한 전기로 제강분진으로부터 Zn의 침출

        The sulfuric acid leaching of electric arc furnace(EAF) dust was studied in an attempt to find a suitable hydrometallurgical method for the recovery of zinc. The effect of acid concentration, reaction temperature, stirring rate and solid-to-liquid ratio on Zn and Fe extraction from the solution was investigated. It was found that the leaching rate of Zn and Fe increased with increasing reaction temperature and sulfuric-acid concentration. Examination of data using a shrinking core model suggest that the leaching rate is controlled by mixture kinetics. The activation energy for the leaching reaction of Zn and Fe were calculated as 44.45 kJ/mol and 65.45 kJ/mol, respectively.

        군인의 역할로 본 군형법 제92조의 6

        본 연구는 군형법 제92조의 6에 대한 위헌성 논란과 관련하여 군인의 역할과 임무를 바탕으로 그 찬반 논쟁 및 헌재의 입장을 확인하고 군대 내에서의 동성간 성 접촉행위에 대하여 그 법적 보호가치 여부를 살펴보고자 한다. 헌법 제36조 제1항은 "혼인과 가족생활은 개인의 존엄과 양성의 평등을 기초로 성립되고 유지되어야 하며, 국가는 이를 보장한다"고 규정하고 있다. 또한 대법원은 헌법 및 민법상 이성간의 혼인만 허용되고 동성 간 혼인은 허용하지 않는다는 법리를 명백히 선언하고 있고, 헌법재판소도 군형법 동성애 금지조항을 합헌으로 판단하고 있다. 이는 우리나라는 성적 자기 결정권을 인정하면서도 성과 관련된 사회적 책임을 고려하여 동성애 성행위는 객관적으로 혐오감을 유발하고 선량한 성도덕 관념에 반하는 성행위라는 것이다. 헌법 제39조 제1항에 의해 대한민국의 건장한 남성들은 군복무 의무가 있으며, 이에따라 남자 병사들은 상명하복관계 하에 폐쇄적 공간에서 장기적인 공동생활을 하게 되어있어 정상적인 방법을 통해서는 성적 욕구를 해소할 수 있는 기회가 극히 제한되어 있다. 그렇다고 성 소수자 보호 내지 평등권 보장이라는 이유로 남성 군인간의 성적 행위를 허용한다면, 상급자의 하급자에 대한 추행이 행해질 경우가 많은 영내에서 동성 간의 성 접촉행위가 군의 기강해이는 물론, 다른 장병들에게도 사기에 악영향을 미쳐 군의 전투력손실을 가져올 것은 너무도 자명하다. 따라서 남성 군인간의 성적 행위를 처벌하는 규정인 현행 군형법 제92조의 6의 입법 목적은 정당하다 할 것이다.         공정위의 고발권과 의무고발요청제도

        본 연구는 현행 공정거래위원회의 전속고발권을 재조명하면서, 감사원장등 3개 기관에 새로 부여된 고발요청권의 성격 및 의무고발요청권 부여현황을 확인하고 의무고발요청권의 개선방향을 살펴보고자 한다. 최근 공정거래법이 개정되어 중소기업청장·조달청장·감사원장에게도 공정거래위원회에 요청하면 의무적으로 고발하는 의무고발요청제도가 도입되었다. 이로 인해 공정거래위원회의 전속고발권이 사실상 무력화됐다는 평가이나, 공정거래위원회의 전속고발권은 공정거래법 위반행위로 인해 피해를 입은 당사자의 고소권과 제3자의 고발권을 배제하는 형태를 유지하고 있고, 여전히 공정거래위원회의 고발을 소송조건으로 하고 있으므로 이를 전속고발권의 폐지로 단정할 수는 없을 것이다. 공정거래위원회의 저조한 고발요청에 따른 차선책으로 현행법이 의무고발요청권을 3개 기관으로 확대하였지만, 이 역시 공정거래위원회가 검찰에 고발하지 않은 사건에 대해서만 해당되어 권한행사는 제한적이다. 따라서 고발요청권을 부여받은 3개 기관은 전담부서의 신설과 전문성을 확보하는 것은 물론, 의무고발요청제도가 실효성이 있도록 처벌수준을 높이는 제도보완과 개선에 노력하여야 할 것이다. 검찰 또한 공정거래위원회가 ‘리니언시’를 적용해 고발하지 않은 업체에 대해서도 고발요청권을 적극 행사하여야 할 것이다. 특히 중소기업 피해가 큰 불공정거래 행위나 거래상 지위를 남용하는 행위에 대해서는 적극적으로 고발 요청을 하여야 할 것이다. 무엇보다도 공정거래법의 적정한 집행과 국민의 권익보호를 위해서는 검찰 및 공정거래위원회간 상호협력이 필요하다.         황산에 의한 페로망간 집진분 중의 망간 침출

        본 연구에서는 페로망간 제조공정에서 발생한 집진분의 황산침출에 대하여 조사하였다. 황산의 농도, 반응온도, 교반속도, 입자크기 및 고-액비가 집진분 중의 Mn과 Fe의 침출에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검토하였다. Mn과 Fe의 침출속도는 황산의 농도가 높고 반응온도가 높을수록 높아졌다. 실험결과를 입자수축모델을 이용하여 검토한 결과 침출반응은 입자표면에서의 화학반응에 의해서 율속되는 것으로 생각된다. Mn과 Fe 침출반응의 활성화에너지는 각각 79.55 kJ/mol과 77.48 kJ/mol로 계산되었다.         SiC 재질로 만든 피스톤 로드 개발에 관한 연구

        This study was to develop a piston rod made of SiC by applying a sintering treatment after press molding in order to replace the imported piston rod used in the past. As a result of evaluating the mechanical properties of the developed piston rod, the following conclusions were obtained. The surface roughness value of the piston rod made of silicon carbide was 0.950Ra, and the surface Vickers hardness value was 19.94GPa. As a result of XRD analysis of the surface of the prototype piston rod, the main crystalline phase was 6H-SiC, and the crystalline phases of 4H-SiC and α-SiC were existed. In addition, a trace amount of SiC was detected. As a result of SEM observation of the piston rod surface of the prototype, a number of large porosity were observed. As a result of measuring the surface hardness of the piston rod made of SiC, it showed 70% of the physical properties compared to imported products.

      • Enhancement of Gas Adsorption Capacity through MOFs Synthesis in Clay Nanotubes

        In this study, HNTs were used for gas adsorption with metal organic frameworks (MOFs), HKUST-1, the most widely studied MOFs owing to its high porosity. MOFs were loaded into lumen of the acid modified HNTs, EHNT and HNT-NH2. After all synthesis via solvothermal method, the final product was named to EHNT@HKUST-1, HNT-NH2@HKUST-1. Gas adsorption capacity was analyzed by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) using N2 and CO<sub>2</sub> gases. Specifically, EHNT@HKUST-1 composite showed enhanced CO2 gas adsorption capacity compared to HNT@HKSUT-1, being increased about 14.9 times, from 8.344 cm<sup>3</sup>(STP)g<sup>-1</sup> to 19.332 cm<sup>3</sup>(STP)g<sup>-1</sup>. Additionally, HNT-NH2@HKUST-1 indicated around 24.849 cm<sup>3</sup>(STP)g<sup>-1</sup> of CO2 gas adsorption capacity. The morphological and structural characteristics was also analyzed by SEM, TEM-EDS and XRD. By the confined tube structure of HNTs, the result images showed MOFs could be synthesized along the HNTs longitudinal axis.

        압축 가공된 비용접 배관의 소성변형 거동에 미치는 내압의 영향

        In this study, compression process is performed on the seamless E235 pipe using the newly developed compression technology for seamless pipe. Experimental analysis on the heterogeneity of microstructures and mechanical properties of the deformed seamless pipe is conducted. As a result, the correlation between microstructures and mechanical properties are determined. The spatial distribution of effective stress and effective strain developed in the seamless pipe deformed through compression is analyzed using the finite element method (FEM) based on different inner pressure conditions. From the results of the FEM, the impact of the inner pressure on effective stress and effective strain of the seamless pipe deformed through compression can be understood theoretically.

        마그네슘 판재 연마장치 개발

        In this study, attention has been focused on magnesium materials, which are widely used for lightening of electronic products and mobile phones. Therefore, a polishing apparatus was fabricated by replacing the SiC abrasive used for polished surface of magnesium plate with a ceramic abrasive. The following conclusions were obtained. It is believed that the increase in productivity of 50% compared to the conventional cross-sectional polishing due to the double-side polishing of magnesium sheet can contribute to increase the company's sales. The surface roughness was measured by polishing the plate using a magnesium plate mirror polisher. The Ra, Rmax and Rz values were 0.43, 0.54 and 0.54, respectively. In this study, the optimum polishing speed was 800 m/s when the surface was polished with a magnesium surface polishing device designed and manufactured as a prototype.
