다중 로봇 SLAM을 위한 스펙트럼 기반 PSO를 이용한 격자 지도 병합

This paper addresses the problem of grid map merging for multi-robot SLAM(simultaneous localization and mapping) with LiDAR(light detection and ranging). The problem becomes highly challenging if inter-robot observations, common landmarks, and the knowledge of initial relative poses are not available in the multi-robot SLAM system. This paper proposes an accurate grid map merging method with spectra-based particle swarm optimization (PSO) to solve the problem. Experimental results show that the proposed method can be conducted successfully and acquire a more accurate merged map than the existing methods.
안전조치 포함 다단계 임무 수행을 위한 선택적 스퀴브 도화 및점검 회로 설계

The mission in missile systems can be conducted with multiple phases according to the characteristics of the systems and the targets. The safeguarded multi-phase mission includes a safeguarded phase before launch for considering the safety of operators in unexpected squib activation. However, the safeguard function should be disabled after launch to complete the mission. Therefore, the squib system needs to be selectively activated according to the phases. This paper presents a selective squib activation and check circuit design for safeguarded multi-phase missions in missile systems. The presented circuit design was implemented with various electronic components including a field-programmable gate array(FPGA). Its functions and performance were validated by both many ground tests and several flight tests.
MIL-STD-1553B 통신에서 샘플링 기반 최적화 기법을 이용한 효율적 임무 자료 전송

The mission data in missile systems should be quickly and reliably transmitted from a mission transmission device to a guidance control unit. The MIL-STD-1553B is one of the reliable communication standards, but its bit rate is generally limited to 1Mbps due to the intrinsic properties of its electrical design. Therefore, the bus controller needs to be optimized to efficiently transmit the mission data on the inevitably limited bit rate. This paper proposes an analytical approach based on sampling-based optimization methods to maximize the data throughput without data loss. The proposed approach was evaluated in the simulations with the data transmission model for the MIL-STD-1553B communication system. The results of the proposed methods were applied to a real-time system and showed that the proposed method was successfully performed.
經營情報시스템(MIS)의 事例硏究에 따른 科學的 硏究方法論에 대한 考察

A methodology for conducting the case stydy of a managemment information sustem (MIS) is presented. Suitable for the study of a single case, the methodology also satisfies the standards of the natural science model of scientific research. This article provides an overview of the methodological problems involved in the study of single case, describes scientific method, presents an elucidation of how a previously published MIS case study captures the major features of scientific method, responds to the problems involved in the study of a single case, and summarizes what a scientific methodology for MIS case studies does, and does not, involve. The article also has ramifications that go beyond matters of MIS case studies alone. For MIS researchers, the article might prove interesting for addressing such fundamental issues as whether MIS research must be mathematical, statistical, or quantitative in dorder to be called "scientific." For MIS practitioners, the article's view of scientific method might prove interesting for empowering them to identify, for themselves, the point at which scientific rigor is achieved in an MIS research effort, and beyond which further rigor can be called into question, especially if pursued at the expense of professional relevance.
이러닝 특성이 학습자의 학업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구의 주요 목적은 교육공학 관점과 정보기술 관점의 통합적 연구모형을 통해 이러닝 특성과 이러닝 학업성과 간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러닝 시스템 품질, 이러닝 콘텐츠 특성, 상호작용 등을 독립변수로, 이러닝 학업성과를 종속변수로, 학습동기를 매개변수로 설정, 이들 변수간의 관계를 검증해 보았다. 연구를 위해 212명의 사이버 대학 재학생들이 설문조사에 참여하였다. 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 이러닝 특성 중 기술적 품질 컨텐츠 품질 학사지원 등이 학업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 이러닝 특성과 학업성과간의 관계에 대한 학습동기의 매개효과 분석 결과, 학습 동기는 양자간의 관계에서 부분적인 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 근거 향후 이러닝 이용자들의 학업성과 향상을 위한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하면 이러닝 학습자들의 다양한 수준과 목적을 고려한 강좌 및 강의내용이 적절히 제공되고, 학습자와 이러닝 시스템 간 상호작용을 원활히 할 수 있는 기능이 적극 제공된다면 이러닝의 실질적 유효성을 훨씬 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 사려된다. RThe main object of this study is to stipulate the relation between e-learning characteristics and e-learner's scholastic performance through the integrated study model of perspective of educational technology and information technology. Using e-learning system quality, e-learning contents characteristics and interaction as independent variable, e-learner's scholastic performance as dependent variable and learning motivation as mediator, this study has examined the relationship among these variables. Two hundreds and twelve undergraduates in cyber university participated in the survey and filled out questionnaires related to this study. The main results are as followed. First, content's quality, technical quality and the support of school affairs have a significant effect on the e-learner's scholastic performance. Second, Learning motivation plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between e-learning characteristics and e-learner's scholastic performance. The meaningful implication of this study is that to improve e-learner's scholastic performance, we have to offer e-learners more customized various learning plans, learning contents and interaction between e-learners and e-learning systems.
