In the adrenalectomized mice, the morphological characteristics of ultrastructure of the juxtaglomerular cells were investigated by the application of the stereomorphometry introduced by Loud(1962) with the aim elucidating its functional changes. The kidney was prefixed by perfusion with 2.3% glutaraldehyde in 45 mM cacodylate buffer, pH7.4, and its specimens were postfixed in cold 1% osmium tetroxide in 45 mM cacodylate buffer, pH 7.4, by immersion. Their thin sections were contrasted with uranyl acetate and lead citrate, and their electron micrographs were taken for the stereomorphometrical study. The results observed were as follows: 1. The fractions of the mitochondria, secretary granles, and membrane space of the normal juxtaglomerular cell show 3.41%, 15.61% and 61.78%, respectively. 2. The fractions of the mitochondria, secretary granules, and membrane space of juxtaglomerular cell in the adrenalectomized mouse are 2.59%, 35.98% and 43.90% respectively. There is no evidence in the change of mitochondrial fraction, but the secretary granules show increase in fraction and that of the membrane space decreases in comparison with normal mouse. 3. In the juxtaglomerular cells of the normal mouse, well developed granular endoplasmic reticulae and matured, round secretary granules with relatively unifrom density are seen in their cytoplasm. On the contrary, the cells of the adrenalectomized mouse contain immatured secretary granules with varying density as well as matured ones with round and irregular contours, and well developed granular endoplasmic reticulae show distended cisternae.

본 연구는 공동주거단지의 외부공간의 범죄취약도를 분석하기 위해, 서울시의 공동주거단지 중 500~1000세대 규모의 단위세대 전용면적 85㎡이하의 9개 단지를 대상으로, 설문조사를 통해 단지전체 안전에 각 외부공간이 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, Isovist 분석을 통해 각 외부공간의 안전도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 설문조사 결과, 전문가 집단은 주민운동시설과 어린이놀이터가 단지전체의 안전도에 민감한 영향을 미치고 있다고 생각하고 있었다. Isovist분석 결과, 중앙광장, 어린이놀이터, 주민운동시설, 휴게소의 안전도가 Isovistarea와 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 각각의 외부공간별 분석에서 나타난 결과로 어린이놀이터와 주민운동시설은 Isovist분석이 외부공간의 안전에 민감한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 조사된 반면, 중앙광장과 휴게소는 Isovist분석에 미미한 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과로 공동주거단지의 외부공간 계획시 각각의 외부공간을 범죄취약정도를 분석하고자 할 때, Isovist분석을 평가방법으로 활용할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the outdoor spaces in the apartment housing complex would be vulnerable to crimes. Thereupon, examine the effect of each outdoor space on safety of the entire complex and analyze safety of each outdoor space through a questionnaire survey for an expert group and Isovist analysis. The questionnaire survey indicated that expert group perceive that residents’ sports facilities and children’s playgrounds are very sensitive spaces in terms of safety of the entire complex. As a result of Isovist analysis for analyzing vulnerability of each outdoor space to crimes, central plaza, children’s playground, residents’ sports facilities and recess were significant. In addition, it was found that children’s playgrounds and residents’ sports facilities had sensitive effects on safety of the whole outdoor spaces. Based on the above findings, Isovist analysis may well be an effective tool to analyze vulnerability of each outdoor space in the apartment housing complex to crimes when the outdoor spaces are planned.
