The High-rise Residential Buildings are recently consuming a lot of energy because of the vertical height rise in case of supplying cold and hot water. It is required to a appropriate solution in occurring discomfortable use and unexpected conditions of High-rise Residential Buildings on account of the difference of water supply pressure on top and bottom floor, faucet outlet pressure rise. Thus, the purpose of this study is to research on practical use status of Cold and Hot Water Supply System through Question Survey in High-rise Residential Buildings and to analyze problems.

As residential buildings becomes high rise buildings, the new cladding system was needed for structure system, and unpredictable problems were found in it. The aim of this study is to analysis the present state and find improvement of indoor environment in high rise residential building, which used curtain wall system. Then, suggest to create comfortable indoor environment for high rise residential buildings in the process of design.

본 연구에서는 대공간의 동계시 인체발열에 따른 실내온열환경의 변화를 실측하고 난방조건 및 외부환경과 관련하여 대공간에서 형성되는 실내온열환경의 특성을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 대공간의 실내수직 및 수평온도분포, 객석의 온도분포, 실내표면온도분포, 객석의 풍속분포, 실내온열쾌적성 등의 실내온열환경을 검토한다. The purpose of this study is to grasp the characteristic of indoor thermal environment from large enclosures in connection with heating condition and outdoor environment. This study has measured indoor thermal environment in accordance with heat loads from occupant for large enclosures in winter. We examined indoor thermal environment of the large enclosures in this study which include temperature distribution vertical, horizontal, seat and surface and thermal comfort environment.

본 연구에서는 국내 돔경기장을 해석대상공간으로 선정하여 기존 공조방식과 국외 돔경기장에서 사용한 공조방식을 적용하여 겨울철 실내기류 및 온도분포를 분석하고, 열고온층을 해소하기 위한 방안으로 설치된 기류유인팬의 적절성을 검토하였다. In this study selected the domestic dome stadium, and analyzed the indoor airflow and temperature distribution application to existing or abroad air condition system in winterabWe examined the appropriateness of flow guiding fans installed to mitigate the high-temperature.
초고층 주거건물 커튼월의 창호부 결로 성능평가에 관한 연구

The purpose of this thesis is thermal performance simulation about various type that can apply in the high-rise residential building to estimate condensation performance of window that is consisted of frame and glazing in curtain wall. The result of this thesis are summarized as follows. First, condensation occurrence point when relative humidity is $30{\cdot}40{\cdot}50\%$ is shortest Low-e double glass. Difference by type of gas and spacer was a little by $2{\~}6$ cm, among it, the case that apply krypton in gas and the case that apply double seal in spacer were less condensation occurrence distribution. Second, when analyzed improved proposal of window and existing plan through simulation, improved proposal is superior from general side of the interior and exterior temperature, thermal break surrounding temperature and temperature of frame end, condensation occurrence point etc. Therefore, if it was used improved proposal with effect that improve in curtain wall of high-rise residential building, it may improve window condensation performance of curtain wall.

The purpose of this study is to analysis of propagation characteristics for floor impact noise in attendance upon investigating standard of insulation performance, measurement and evaluation, understanding characteristics of a measuring factor for floor impact noise in apartment houses. Four cases which was before occupied apartment in Daegu was selected for experiment. Floor impact noise of measurement and evaluation method which are specified in the Korea Standard 2810-1, 2810-2, 2863-1 and 2863-2 was selected for this study. As the result of this study, 1) Especially, there is not a difference for apartment size, but the apartment of 40py type is lower than 30py's about $1\~2\;dB$ for light-weighted and heavy weighted impact sound. 2) The floor impact sound insulation performance is similar about measurement location of the same floor structure. 3) The floor impact sound insulation performance is not a difference about the slab area.
주거 공간에서의 룸 에어컨디셔너 실내기 유형에 따른 온열쾌적성 및 에너지성능 평가

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the air diffusion performance of a range of indoor units for room airconditioners; the wall-mounted type, floor-standing type, and ceiling-mounted type. These types of units, which have been widely used in housing spaces, will be studied with respect to thermal comfort and the energy performance using CFD analysis. In this study, current air conditioning status and related problems in housing spaces are examined, and a CFD analysis is performed in order to compare and analyze the thermal comfort and energy efficiency across each type of indoor-unit using the PMV, ADPI, EUC and FCEI indexes. The analysis results collectively considering thermal comfort and energy performance indicated that the ceiling-mounted type 4-way indoor unit showed the best diffusion performance in terms of thermal comfort, and had the second best diffusion performance in terms of energy performance after the wall-mounted type under certain conditions.
돔경기장의 현장 실측과 CFD 해석의 비교·분석에 관한 연구

Recently, the concern of people about the leisure life is enlarging as the growth of the national economy, national income increment and life level is improved. People do not want to be hindered with the weather at the place and people want to enjoy the indoor sports such as baseball. So the concern about the dome stadium is expected to be enhanced in domestic. The dome stadium is the space which plays baseball and in which it is a football and all kinds of the field games in order to progress a game regardless of the weather and season in an indoor. In a dome, the indoor thermal environment adjustment method differed from the general building. And in the planning phase, the efficient cooling & heating design decision by the sufficient review and verification is required. Recently, the prediction & evaluation of the building in which we use the CFD simulation. But the results by the CFD analyzing technique have great error with the physical phenomenon actually generated. Particularly, the case in which it verifies the propriety of the CFD simulation about large enclosures is unprecedented. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to verify adequacy of evaluation of thermal environment in large enclosures using the CFD simulation through a field measurement.
