With the rapid development of information technology and internet in these days, resources of knowledge information have been digitalized and distributed on the internet. However, the location of digital content and a change of content have generated problems for users access and services. In line with this regard, the research on the identification of digital content utilizing standardized identification system and distribution system is necessary. This study intends to contribute to the implementation of information system based on standard digital identifier for the effective management and safe distribution of digital contents. This study first tries to survey SDI outline, practical application case and distributed business model and to analyze information distribution status. Finally, this study tries to draw up a plan for the establishment of KISTI's SDl. content identification system, content distribution system. 최근 정보기술 및 인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 지식정보 자원들이 디지털화 되어 인터넷을 통해 유통되고 있으나, 디지털콘텐츠의 위치, 내용 변경 등으로 인해 이용자 접근 및 이용에 문제가 발생하고 있으므로 표준 식별체계를 활용한 디지털콘텐츠의 식별 및 유통 방안의연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 디지털콘텐츠의 효율적인 관리와 안전한 유통을 위한식별체계 기반의 정보유통체제 구축에 기여하는데 있다. 이에 본 연구는 식별체계 개요, 활용사례, 유통모델의 조사와 정보유통 현황을 분석하고, KISTI 고유식별체계, 식별시스템 및 유통시스템 구축 방안 등을 제시하고 있다.

With the rapid improvement of the internet and information technology, digital contents containing knowledge and information resource is circulated through the internet. A circulation system based on a standardized identifier is required to share this kind of information, generated from seminars and workshops conducted in the area of science and technology and saved in the form of digital video contents. The main objective of this study is on constructing an information circulation system based on the KOI identifier to effectively share the digital video contents produced from seminars and workshops related to the area of science and technology. Furthermore, the overview and status of a standardized identifier, and the functional aspects of the system such as the methods to apply the KOI identification system on the subject and its slides of digital video contents, a digital video contents management system, a centralized identifier management system, and the methods applied for the search of digital video metadata have been suggested to support construction of the information circulation system.

본 논문은 NTIS ITAMS 현행 시스템의 기능 구현에 대한 현황을 분석하고, ITA 관련 정보와 산출물을 보다 효율적으로 생성 및 분석하여 활용할 수 있는 ITA 관리시스템의 기능 개선을 위한 고도화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. This paper will analyze the current status of NTIS ITAMS system and present functional improvement method of the system. It will concentrate on building a system capable of more effective creation, analysis, and optimization of ITA related information and product.

In order to enhance the convenience of registration of research results arising from the implementation of national R&D projects, this paper presented the case of the establishment of an integrated authentication system between NTIS and research outcomes management institutions. Based on the ID Federation(IDF) solution established and operated by KISTI, NTIS ID Provider(IDP) was formed and established by linked each research outcomes management institution as a Service Provider(SP). Through the application of the integrated authentication system established through the analysis of the status of the previous research outcomes registration system, it was possible to avoid duplicate registration of users when registering or depositing research results to individual research outcomes management institution in the research outcomes registration system, and to register or donate research results with the same ID to each research outcomes management institution using the user ID registered with the NTIS ID provider(IDP), enabling the operation of the research outcomes registration system more efficiently.

연구자가 국가R&D 과제에서 발생한 여러 종류의 연구성과를 등록하기 위하여 9대 연구성과전담기관의 시스템에 각각 접속하여 로그인하고 연구성과 정보를 입력해야 하는 불편이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 불편을 해소하고 등록된 연구성과를 종합적으로 확인하여 연구성과를 한 번에 파악할 수 있도록 구현한 연구성과 등록 일원화 서비스 개발 사례를 살펴보고 연구성과 정보의 동기화 프로세스와 시스템 상시 모니터링 등의 개선 사항을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 서비스의 안정적인 운영과 연구성과 등록 지원 서비스로 발전할 것으로 기대된다.

국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS)는 국가 R&D와 관련된 과제, 성과, 인력, 시설·장비, 기술산업 정보에 대해 이용자에게 통합검색서비스를 제공한다. 이용자는 질의어를 입력하여 원하는 정보를 선별하게 되고, 한 건의 상세 메타정보 및 원문을 검색서비스의 최종 목적지로 삼는다. 이 때 이용 중인 정보와 유사한 다른 유형의 R&D 정보를 함께 제공한다면 이용자의 검색 및 탐색노력을 줄임으로써 정보획득의 요구를 쉽게 충족시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국가 R&D 정보의 메타데이터와 검색엔진의 부스팅 기법을 이용하여 이종 정보간 유사문서 검색 방법에 대해 논한다. 이는 이용자가 원하는 정보를 서비스 최종 화면(메타 상세보기)에서 제공함으로써 검색 서비스의 효율성을 증대시킨다.

최근 급속히 증가하고 있는 Digital Content의 생성과 활용으로 인해 인터넷 기반의 Digital Content 유통이 활성화 되고 있다. 하지만 URL의 한계와 Content의 불법복제 및 무단변형과 같은 역기능이 나타남으로써 양질의 콘텐트 생산·유통이 저해되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 URN 기반의 DOI 식별체계와 Digital Content 보호를 위한 PKI 기반의 공개키 알고리즘, 그리고 콘텐트 제공자의 저작권을 보호하기 위한 Digital Watermarking과 DRM기술을 접목한 강인한 Digital Content 유통모델을 제안하고자 한다.
