최근 급속히 증가하고 있는 Digital Content의 생성과 활용으로 인해 인터넷 기반의 Digital Content 유통이 활성화 되고 있다. 하지만 URL의 한계와 Content의 불법복제 및 무단변형과 같은 역기능이 나타남으로써 양질의 콘텐트 생산·유통이 저해되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 URN 기반의 DOI 식별체계와 Digital Content 보호를 위한 PKI 기반의 공개키 알고리즘, 그리고 콘텐트 제공자의 저작권을 보호하기 위한 Digital Watermarking과 DRM기술을 접목한 강인한 Digital Content 유통모델을 제안하고자 한다.

This paper presents effects of carburetor throttle angle on the performance characteristics of a small sparkignited, gasoline engine. The engine used in the test is a single cylinder, two-stroke, air-cooled 26cc SI engine for brush-cutter. We measured the rpm, torque, power, and fuel consumption according to the six different throttle angle conditions of the rotary-type carburetor and to the engine dynamometer loads. We had concluded that maximum power happened at 5000~6000rpm and at the same condition was the minimum specific fuel consumption.

A survey of 204 first-trimester pregnancies terminated at the outpatient base of obstetrics & gyneology of Jeonbug National University Hospital from July 1979 to February 1980 with flexible polyethylene cannula under the paracevical block using 1% lidocaine was carried out. Results can be summarized as follows; 1) The age distribution renged from 25 to 39 years was 75% of the patients, which was up to three-fourth of all cases. 2) Educational state demonstrated that 41.6% were high school graduates and above, meanwhile 25.0%, middle school graduates, 27.0%, elementary school graduates. 3) In viewing of religion, the 31.0% of the patients had no religion, 27.9% were Protestants and 6.3%, the fewest patient, were Catholic. 4) The 51.0% of the patients had two or three living children, while the 7.8% of the patients had never experienced full-term delivery. 5) The prime motive of the operation was fecurdity (53.9%), economic problem was not more than 5.4% and the suggestion as to termination was originated from herself & husband in the majority. 6) The 76.5% of the partients had experienced the artificial abortion. 7) The cannula over medium size was used in 97.5% and metal cervical dilator in 5.9% of the patients. 8) Paracervical block was performed in 98.0% of the patients. 9) The average aspirated volume was ranged from 38.7ml to 90.4ml, which was not more than 160ml in normal procedure. 10) By gross examination, chorionic villi were not identified in 7.3% of the patients while positive in all cases of pregnancy beyond the duration of 11 weeks. 11) The duration of procedure was less than 10 minutes. 12) The complications were uterine perforation(0.5%), bleeding(0.5%) and the retention of conceptional products with the need of recurettage(2.4%).
