        스웨덴 사망자 수의 변환점 분석: 사망시점과 연금지급 시점과의 연관성을 중심으로

        Fundamentally, pension has the aim to protect the insured and their families living. If the time of pension payments is determined with respect to the death of the subscriber, it would be helpful to establish economic stability in retirement. This study examines the relevance of the time of pension payments by analyzing changes in the mortality of Sweden known as the welfare state, measured from 1951 to 2005. I use the Bayesian Poisson multiple change-points model proposed by Kim and Cheon(2010), utilizing a Metropolis-Hastings algorithm. The empirical results draw the following implications. First of all, the number of deaths is reduced each year in both men and women, but differed by age. That is, the number of deaths in both men and women is slightly changed by 50-year-old, but after the age of 60 its variation is very wide. In particular at the age of 60 and 70, while females show a steady decrease in the number of deaths, males are significantly increased until 1980 and decreased sharply. Second, in the case of women, the number of deaths increases after the age of 30 until 1985, but after 1985 young people between 30 and 40 ages show an increase of the number of deaths. On the other hand, the analysis by age shows an acceleration of a women’s aging-oriented society since 2000. Third, in the case of men, like women the mortality rate of young people increases. This means that an aging is the whole community issue, but the premature death of young people should be now reflected as the important factor of the pension policy. This study proposes two suggestions. First, I hope that the results of this study are applied to the pension policy of Korea. Korea’s leading pensions such as national pension, retirement pension and private pension determine typically the payment of pensions, regardless of the timing of death. Thus, as I see the case of Sweden, if times of pension payments and death are very different, it may have a bad influence to secure economic stability in old age. The second suggestion is the change of thought about the pension reform. The Swedish pension reform is worth enough to be introduced because it is the best model of the welfare state. Sweden is the first nation integrated under a single pension system and a country on the lead in implementing the principles of social security as institutional. Sweden advocates a structural reform rather than gradual reform by accepting the aging of the population and the slow growth of the economy as truly a reality, and seeking the best alternatives. The reality of Korea has clearly very difficult situations, which are a rapid increase of aging population, a steady decline of the labor force due to the decrease of the birth rate, and a stagnant swamp of the slow growth and a potential growth slowdown due to increasing the uncertainty of the external environment. Nevertheless, the reform of a Korean pension system is the biggest concern no longer be postponed. Therefore this study is need to find suggestion with analysis of korean mortality and swedish mortality by year and age simultaneously in future. Also this study is need to analyze the time of pension payments beside mortality systematically including various factor that is economic and non-economic factor that is increase of aging population, decrease of the birth rate.

        함정의 해수 배관소음 저감을 위한 흡음형 소음기 연구

        Fluid-borne noise produced by seawater circulating pumps propagates through the seawater connected pipes and radiates from the hull opening of a ship. This noise causes the increases of underwater radiated noise and self noise of ship. To reduce the noise propagation through the seawater connected pipes, absorptive silencer must be needed. In this paper, theoretical model to analyze the transmission loss of absorptive silencer was presented and the design parameters of absorptive silencer were verified. Theoretical calculations were performed according to a thickness, a length, an internal pressure and mechanical properties of its absorptive material in order to analyze the characteristics of absorptive silencer. From the theoretical calculation results, the absorptive silencer was manufactured and transmission loss was measured in the test facilities. The results of theory and measurement are compared and discussed.

        수중 음향재료의 음향성능 설계기법 연구

        The requirement of acoustic performance about underwater acoustic material which is used in underwater environment more increases. Underwater acoustic material was made by viscoelastic material such as a rubber and a polyurethane etc. In order to increase an acoustic performance, several kinds of inclusions were added to viscoelastic material. In this paper, acoustic modelling and analysis techniques were introduced and the acoustic characteristics of underwater acoustic material were studied. Echo reduction and transmission loss were calculated with volume fraction of inclusion in the material. Also the characteristic impedance and the input impedance of underwater acoustic material were obtained and effects on the echo reduction and transmission loss of material were discussed.

        광개토태왕의 패려 정벌과 요동순수

        廣開土太王의 무훈을 전하는 陵碑文의 정복기사 첫머리는 稗麗정벌 기사로 장식되어 있는 데, 왜 고구려 전성기를 상징하는 화두인 廣開土境의 출발점이 당대 고구려의 호적수인 백제나 後燕이 아니라 정체가 모호한 패려로 기술되어 있을까 하는 의문에서 출발하여 기사를 분석하였다. 먼저 영락 5년 기사는 단일 기사가 아니라 패려 정벌과 遼東巡狩기사로 구성되어 있음을 지적하였다. 전반부의 패려는 시라무렌하 유역에서 유목하던 契丹의 일부임을 재확인하고 그 주지인 염수구는 시라무렌하에서 遼帝國의 수도인 上京臨潢府사이의 구릉지대로 추정하였으며, 능비문의 원정기록을 『삼국사기』광개토왕 원년 조 기사와 비교하여 별개의 사건이 아니라 동일한 작전임을 논증하였다. 후반부의 요동순수 기사의 사실성 여부와 관련하여 고구려의 요동 지배시점에 대해서 학계의 견해가 엇갈리고 있는데, 고구려의 요동진출 과정을 단계별로 분석하여 고국양왕이 요동에 진출한 385년 이후 후연은 요동에 대한 전면적인 관할을 포기하고 방어와 후퇴가 용이한 千山산맥 이서의 平郭을 중심으로 명맥을 유지하였으며, 현도군이 관할하였던 요동동부는 고구려가 관할하였음을 지적하고 비문의 순수 기사는 허구나 과장이 아니라 바로 이러한 사실을 생생히 전하는 역사기록임을 밝혔다. 패려 정벌을 통하여 군마를 다량으로 획득한 고구려가 그 이듬해 숙적인 백제를 공략하여 한강유역의 생산지대를 획득한 것은 초원 원정의 효과였다. 이처럼 패려 정벌은 유목민족을 물리친 단순한 1회적 승리가 아니라 광개토태왕대 고구려 대외 팽창의 전기가 되는 대사건이었으며, 요동 동남부 지역의 순수 기사도 있는 그대로의 사실을 전하는 기록으로 이후 후연과의 치열한 싸움에서 기선을 잡는 계기가 되었다고 할 수 있다. 이것이 바로 고구려사관이 훈적비의 서두를 패려 정벌 기사로 장식하였던 이유라고 생각한다. The inscription on the Tombstone which reports the Great King Kwanggaeto’s feats of arms begins with the record of his conquest of Paeryeo(稗麗). This paper analyses the record along with the question why the starting point of the wide-open territory symbolizing the glory of Koguryo was recorded not as either Baekje or Later Yan(後燕) both of whom were Koguryo’s rivals but as Paeryeo whose identity was vague. Firstly, it is pointed out that the article on the 5th year of Yeongrak(永樂) is not of a single event but consists of two separate events which are of the conquest of Paeryeo and of Liaodong inspection-rounding. Paeryeo in the first event was re-identified as a nomadic Khitan sub-tribe in Xar Moron river valley. It was presumed that Yeomsugu(鹽水丘), Paeryeo’s homeland, was the basin between Xar Moron river and Sang-gyeong Yimhuangbu(上京臨潢府) that was the capital city of Liao empire. Through a comparison between the conquest record in the stele and the record of the 1st year of Kwanggaetowang in Samguksagi, it is verified that those two records are not of different events but of the very same military campaign. Regarding the factuality of the Liaodong inspection-rounding record in the second half of the article, the academia does not agree on the time of Koguryo’s conguest of Liaodong Area. Yet, through stepwise analyses on the process of Koguryo’s conquest of Liaodong, this paper clarifies that after Kogukyangwang’s advance toward Liaoding in 385, Later Yan gave up its governance over Liaodong and moved to Pyeong-guak(平郭) in the west of Qian mountains. Also, as it is pointed out that the eastern Liaodong governed by Xuantu Commandery was captured by Koguryo, this paper clarifies that the Liaodong inspection-rounding record in the stele is neither a fiction nor a exaggeration but a historical record reporting such facts. It was the effect of the grassland expedition that Koguryo acquired a lot of war-horse through the conquest of Paeryeo and then the next year attacked Baekje and captured the productive area in the Han river valley. Accordingly, the conquest of Paeryeo was not a one-time victory against nomadic people but an important turning point for Koguryo’s expansion during Kwanggaetotaewang’s reign. The article about the inspection-rounding in the southeastern Liaodong region is also a record reporting real facts; and the inspection-rounding can be regarded as a momentum in which Koguryo took an advantage of fierce war against the Later Yan. This is why Koguryo historian began the inscription on the Tombstone of Kwanggaetotaewang’s feats of arms with the record of the conquest of Paeryeo.

        펄스 튜브를 이용한 수중 전달 손실 측정에서 간극이 미치는 영향에 대한 고찰

        펄스 튜브를 이용하여 시편의 전달 손실 성능을 측정할 경우, 시편 설치를 위해 필연적으로 시편과 펄스 튜브 내벽 사이에 간극이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 간극이 전달 손실 측정 결과에 미치는 영향에 대해 평가했다. 평면파에 대해 일정 폭 및 길이를 갖는 간극 전과 후 음압의 비를 구하여 전달 계수를 유도하고 측정 대상 시편의 전달 계수와 조합하여 간극이 포함된 시편의 전달 손실을 구했다. 이와 같은 해석 모델을 이론해가 존재하는 10 mm 두께의 스테인리스 스틸 시편에 적용하여 시험 결과와 비교함으로서 해석 모델의 적절성을 보였다. 마지막으로 해석 모델을 통하여 간극크기 및 시편 전달 손실 성능에 따라 전달 손실 측정에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. There is a gap between the inner wall of a pulse tube and an underwater acoustic material when the measurement for transmission loss by the pulse tube is carried out. In this paper, the effect, which is caused by the gap, for the measurement of transmission loss is analyzed. Transmission coefficient is derived from the ratio of the pressures between front and rear of the gap. Then, transmission loss for specimen with a gap is obtained by combining the transmission coefficients of the gap and specimen. The results of experiment and simulation for a specimen of stainless steel with 10 mm thickness are compared in order to evaluate the simulation model. Finally, simulations with respect to the gap size and transmission loss of a specimen are performed to analyze and evaluate the effect of the gap in measurement of transmission loss.

        ATM 프로토콜 적합성 시험시스템의 개발과 적용

        본 논문에서는 ATM 통신프로토콜을 위한 자동시험시스템인 ACTS(ATM Conformance Test System)의 개발과 적용을 소개한다. ACTS는 ITU-T 또는 ATM Forum의 ATM 사용자-망 접속 표준을 준용하는 ATM 단말과 망장비의 프로토콜적합성을 확인하는데 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 ACTS 개발에 사용된 방법을 소개한 뒤, ACTS를 실제 ATM 단말과 장비에 적용한 사례들을 소개한다. ACTS의 적용을 통하여 시험대상 장비들이 지닌 프로토콜구현상의 문제점을 파악하였고, 문제에 대한 원인분석을 수행하였다. 또한 이러한 문제점들이 상호운용에 미치는 장애를 예측함으로써, ACTS를 상호운용하는 ATM 장비를 확보하기 위한 유용한 도구로 사용할 수 있음을 보인다. This paper presents development and application of ACTS(ATM Conformance Test System), an automated test system for ATM protocols. ACTS is a test system that checks conformance of ATM terminal and network equipment implementing either ITU-T or ATM Forum user-network interface. This paper, after presenting the methodology and process used for developing ACTS, conducts case studies of its applications to real ATM equipment. By applying ACTS, we were able to detect numerous problems in protocol implementations of ATM equipment and analyse causes of the problems, thereby demonstrating the efficacy of ACTS as an efficient automated testing tool. Furthermore, by predicting the potential effects of the problems on interoperability, we show how ACTS can be used as a useful tool for ensuring interoperable ATM equipment.
