        The purpose of this study was to assess the recolonization of the subgingival microflora following scaling and root planing on single and multiroot teeth with periodontal pockets which were above 5㎜. 7 patients with deep pockets were selected for this study. They had not taken antibiotics for 6 months and no history of dental treatment for 6 months before the study. After initial clnical(plaque index, gingival index, probing pocket depth), microbiological and BANA tests were determined, each subject received a single session of scaling and root planing, but they were not received oral hygiene instructions. Clinical indices, microbial parameters and BANA tests were reassessed 1, 2, and 4 weeks after treatment . The results were as follows 1. Plaque index, gingival index and pocket depth were not significantly when compared single root group with multiroot group, both groups were siginfcantly reduced at 2weeks in plaque index and 2, 4 weeks in gingival index(P<0.05), probing pocket depth was siginificantly changed at 2, 4weeks in multiroot teeth group and 4weeks in single root teeth group(P<0.05). 2. Percentage of cocci was significantly increased at 4weeks in single root teeth group(P<0.05), motile rod was significantly changed at 4weeks in both group(P<0.05), spirochetes and nonmotile rods were not significantly changed. 3. BANA test was significantly reduced at 1 and 2 weeks (P<0.05) in single root teeth group, multiroot teeth group was not significantly all weeks. This results were suggested that clinical and microbiological effect following scaling and root planing on periodontal disease.

        풍수지리를 활용한 지역 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 - 충북혁신도시를 중심으로 -

        This study looked at the Chungbuk Innovation City location analysis promote the decentralization policy in 2005 in Giriohgyeol of Feng Shui perspective. Innovative cities were selected according to the selected location as a base for innovation, development potential, adequacy of urban development, regional growth potential within accompany depending on site selection guidelines. Therefore, this part was exposed lacking in harmony with the Feng Shui point of view of pickled and the surrounding environment. Or the lack deficient part as a way to complement the feng shui of Vivo deficient part of this suggests a way to Vivo in the forest. And in conjunction with the innovative city development plan it was proposed to increase the activation of the local economy. Looking at the specific details as follows. First, the development of medical tourism resort business structure model for healing eczema. Second, develop a reservoir Maeng-dong treks around the path of the friendly nature walk to see the nation's largest waterfront views. Third, develop a regional specialty dairy products utilizing local produce. And you will take advantage of the location selection of Feng Shui in the surrounding terrain and pickling can be considered along with environmental aspects people be eco-friendly urban development in harmony with nature can (coexist) at urban development and urban planning. 본 연구는 2005년 지방분권 정책으로 추진한 충북혁신도시의 입지분석을 지리오결의 풍수지리적 관점에서 살펴보았다. 혁신도시는 입지선정지침에 따라 선정된 혁신거점으로서의 발전가능성, 도시개발의 적정성, 지역 내 동반성장 가능성에 맞추어 입지를 선정하였다. 따라서 풍수지리적인 관점인 산세와 주변 환경과의 조화에서 부족한 부분이 노출되었다. 이에 부족하거나 부족한 부분을 보완할 수 있는 비보풍수의 방법으로 허한 부분을 숲으로 비보할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 그리고 혁신도시와 연계하여 지역경제의 활성화를 높일 수 있는 발전방안을 제안하였다. 구체적인 내용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아토피치유를 위한 의료관광 리조트형 사업구조 모델을 개발한다. 둘째, 맹동저수지 수변경관을 보고 걷는 자연친화형 국내 최대의 둘레길 트레킹코스를 개발한다. 셋째, 지역생산물을 활용한 지역특화 생활용품을 개발한다. 그리고 도시개발이나 도시계획 시에 주변의 산세와 지형을 환경적인 측면과 함께 고려할 수 있는 풍수지리의 입지선정을 활용하면 사람이 자연과 함께 공생(공존)할 수 있는 친환경적인 도시개발이 가능할 것이다.

        Form-LPSRC 기둥 개발 및 적용 연구

        골조공사는 프로젝트의 전체 공사비 및 공사기간에서 차지하는 비율에 매우 높으며, 대형 프로젝트에서 골조공사공기단축은 프로젝트의 성패를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 이에 공기단축을 위한 새로운 공법에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져 오고 있다. H형강 대신 앵글을 사용하는PSRC 합성기둥은 기존의 SRC 기둥에 비해 높은 휨강도및 연성도를 가지며 현장에서의 철근작업을 생략할 수 있다는 장점이 있으나, 여전히 거푸집작업이 필요하다는 한계점이 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 PSRC 기둥 공법을 개선하여 영구거푸집까지 선조립하는 Form-LPSRC 기둥 공법을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. Mock-up test를 통해 발생 가능한 문제점을 사전에 검토함과 동시에 현장 적용을 통해해당 공법의 적용효과를 분석하였으며, 기존 SRC 기둥에공기, 원가, 품질, 안전, 환경 측면에서 우수한 것으로 나타났다. Shortening the construction duration of structural frame work is extremely important because the work accounts fora major percentage of all cost and duration in large projects. For this reason, new construction methods to reduce theduration of structural frame work are being continuously studied and developed. A PSRC composite column, which usessteel angles instead of H-beams, has the advantages of flexural strength and ductility. Moreover, with this PSRCtechnique, conventional work for reinforcing bars in columns in practice can be skipped. However, one limitation existsin which the form work is still required. This research proposes a Form-LPSRC column method that is prefabricatedwith the column frame that includes permanent forms attached. Feasibility was examined with mock-up specimens andfinally, the technique applied to real practice. Compared to the conventional SRC column method, this studydemonstrated that the proposed technique has many advantages in construction duration, cost, quality, safety andenvironment.

        유사동적실험에 의한 기존 R/C 건축물의 프리스트레싱 철골프레임 보강공법의 내진보강효과

        This research proposed a seismic strengthening technique of Pre-stressing Steel Frame methodology (PSF) for existing R/C buildings in order to enhance the connection performance and constructability. The PSF system, proposed in this study, is a type of strength-enhancing reinforcement systems to easily increase the ultimate horizontal shear capacity of R/C structures without seismic details. The PSF method increased the seismic reinforcement effect and constructability by separating the reinforcement H-frames into two parts for improving the integration of connections between the existing R/C frame and the strengthening member by using pre-stressing technique. Two test specimens of full-size two-story R/C frames were fabricated based on an existing domestic R/C building without seismic details, and then retrofitted by using the proposed PSF seismic system. Pseudo-dynamic testing was conducted to evaluate seismic rehabilitation effects, and the seismic response characteristics of the proposed system, in terms of the maximum shear force, response story drift, and seismic damage degree compared to the control specimen without strengthening frame. Test results revealed that the proposed PSF reinforcement system effectively enhanced the horizontal shear force, resulting in reduced story drift of R/C buildings under the maximum design earthquake level designated in KDS 41.

        전원마을의 입지선정평가에 관한 연구 -풍수지리측면에서-

        There are various standards and methods for the selection of garden village locations. Nevertheless, it is still difficult to select appropriate future garden villages in harmony with nature from a large number of villages. Therefore, this study explored traditional villages that had made harmony with nature and maintained cultural traditions and a collective living space over a long period of time. In addition, it utilized previous studies on traditional villages. The results obtained from the empirical analysis were summarized as follows. First, life today develops on the basis of city life. Therefore, cultural environmental factors have more influences on the selection of garden village location than natural environmental factors. Second, villages which have made harmony with the surrounding environment such as traditional villages are secured in terms of feng-shui. Third, human beings live in nature, and the natural environment has significant effects on human life. In conclusion, the desirable location of the garden village should be easily accessible to cities. In addition, it also should contain natural environmental factors. Therefore, when ordinary people select the location of the garden village, they need to consider both general location factors and feng-shui factors to select a garden village in harmony with the forest and trees surrounding the village. It is hoped that this study will be used as materials on human preference for garden village type or development rank, when the government or municipal governments designate garden villages.
