수박에 나타나는 생리장해는 직접 또는 간접적으로 상품의 질을 추락시키므로 생산자나 소비자에게 큰 피해를 주게 된다. 따라서 믿고 찾을 수 있는 고품질의 수박을 생산하기 위하여 이러한 생리장해 과실의 발생을 가급적 줄이며 선과나 포장 시 생리 장해과를 구분할 수 있는 객관적인 기술도 개발되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구를 통하여 수박에 나타나는 생리장해의 종류나 원인은 다양하지만 공통적인 문제는 토양과 환경 특히 온도관리를 주의해야 할 것이다. 즉 수박의 자람을 보아 균형 있는 양분의 공급과 시기에 맞추는 온도관리를 해야 하는 것으로 이해된다. 토양이나 기상환경은 매우 다양하고 복잡하게 작용하므로 과학적이고 구체적인 기술을 요하는 사항이라고 판단한다. 앞으로 이러한 문제를 보다 신중히 검토할 필요가 있다.

요양병원 간호사의 도덕적 민감성, 감염관리 조직문화가 감염관리 수행도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study investigated the organizational culture in hospital for infection control, moral sensitivity, and the degree of infection control among long-term care hospital nurses, and to identified the factors associated with infection control perfomance. Methods: 186 nurses who directly care for patients at seven Long-Term Care Hospitals in D Metropolitan City participated in the survey. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires and analyzed using the IBM SPSS 26.0 software. Results: Moral sensitivity showed statistically significant differences in age (F=5.473, p=.065), clinical experience (F=8.890, p=.031), nursing hospital work experience (F=6.520, p=.038), religion (t=-2.01, p=.046) and position (t=-2.96, p=.003). Correlation analysis revealed that with moral sensitivity and effect of organizational culture on infection control, there was a positive correlation between infection control and patient-centered nursing (r=.201, p<.006), professionalism (r=.149, p<.042), benevolence (r=.303, p<.001), infection control organizational culture (r=.556, p<.001). Benevolence of moral sensitivity (β=.21, p=.001) and infection control organizational culture (β=.54, p<.001) were associated with infection control perfomance. Moral sensitivity (including patient-centered nursing, professionalism, and benevolence) and infection control organizational culture explained 33.8% of the variance in infection control (F=24.57, p<.001). Conclusion: It is important to improve the moral sensitivity of nurses and a positive organizational culture for better infection control. We need to develop intervention strategies and establish systematic and administrative support.

코로나19 유행상황에서 청소년의 인지된 건강행태와 변화된 일상생활과의 관계

본 연구는 제17차(2021년) 청소년건강행태조사 원시자료를 이용한 2차 자료 분석연구로 청소년의 인지된 건강행태가 코로나19로 인한 일상생활변화에 미치는 영향 요인을 확인하는 것이다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석과 교차분석, 독립표본 t검정, 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 인지된 건강행태와 코로나19로 인한 일상생활변화와의 관계는 성별(p ≤ .001), 학교급(p ≤ .001), 주관적 건강상태(p ≤ .021), 주관적 스트레스인지(p ≤ .023), 주관적 수면 충족(p ≤ .007)이 신체활동, 음주, 흡연, 우울감에 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년의 코로나19로 인해 변화된 일상생활을 개선하기 위해 주관적 건강상태와 스트레스 관리 및 수면의 질 등을 고려해야 할 것이다. This is a secondary data analysis study using the raw data of the 2021 Youth Health Behavior Survey to identify the factors associated with perceived health behaviors due to alterations in the daily life of adolescents caused by COVID-19. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, chi-square test, independent sample t-test, and multiple logistic regression analysis, and all analyses were performed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. Our results showed that the changes in daily life due to COVID-19, such as physical activity, alcohol drinking, smoking, and depression, were statistically associated with gender (p ≤.001), school level (p ≤.001), subjective health status (p ≤.021), subjective stress perception (p ≤.023), and subjective sleep satisfaction (p ≤.007). This indicates the need to consider subjective health status, stress management, and sleep quality to help improve adolescents health behaviors altered due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

해외 비트코인 상장지수집합투자기구(ETF) 사례 및 국내 비트코인 상장지수집합투자기구(ETF) 도입을 위한 논의

최근 캐나다, 미국 등 해외에서는 비트코인, 이더리움 등의 가상자산을 기초자산으로 한 상장지수집합투자기구가 출시되어 판매되기 시작하였다. 국내에서도 가상자산시장의 규모와 신탁을 활용한 집합투자의 규모가 빠르게 성장하고 있다는 점에서, 가까운 시일 내에 가상자산의 가격에 연동하는 상장지수집합투자기구의 도입이 본격적으로 논의될 것으로 보인다. 상장지수집합투자기구는 자본시장법상 집합투자업자가 설정하는 집합투자기구의 한 유형인데, 자본시장법상 집합투자기구로서 투자신탁 형태를 취하는 것이 일반적이다. 캐나다에서는 자산운용사가 신탁회사와 계약을 체결한 뒤 신탁회사가 해외에 있는 가상자산보관업자에게 신탁재산을 재위탁하는 구조로 상장지수집합투자기구가 설정되었다. 본고에서는 자본시장법을 중심으로 상장지수집합투자기구로서의 투자신탁에 관한 현행법상 규율 내용을 검토한 후, 이를 기초로 현행 법률상 가상자산의 시세에 추종하는 상장지수집합투자기구의 설정이 가능할 것인지에 관하여 살펴보도록 한다. 또한 우리나라에서는 아직까지 가상자산이 자본시장법상 신탁대상인 자산에 해당 할 수 있을 것인지에 대하여 정리된 바 없다. 만일 신탁대상 자산으로 볼 수 있다면 자본시장법상 신탁업 인가를 받은 가상자산보관사업자가 나올 수 있을 것이다. 향후 자본시장법상 인가된 신탁업자가 가상자산보관업을 수행한다면 해외의 자산운용사가 국내 사업자에게 가상자산을 재위탁하는 경우도 생길 수 있을 것이다. Recently, an exchange traded fund (ETF) using virtual assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum as an underlying asset has been launched and has started to be sold in foreign countries such as Canada and the United States. Given that the sizes of the virtual asset market and collective investment using trusts are growing rapidly in Korea, the introduction of an ETF tied to the price of virtual assets is expected to be discussed in earnest in the near future. ETFs are a type of collective investment scheme established by collective investment business entities under the Capital Markets Act. They generally take the form of an investment trust as a collective investment vehicle under the Capital Markets Act. In Canada, an ETF has been established, in which an asset management company concludes a contract with a trust company, and then the trust company re-entrusts the trust property to an overseas virtual asset custodian. In this paper, after reviewing the provisions of the current law on investment trusts as an ETF with a focus on the Capital Markets Act, I will examine whether it is possible to set up an ETF that tracks the market price of virtual assets under the current law. In addition, it has not yet been established in Korea whether virtual assets may be regarded as assets that are subject to trust under the Capital Markets Act. If it can be seen as an asset that may be a subject matter of a trust, there will be virtual asset custodians who have been licensed for trust business under the Capital Markets Act. In the future, if a trust company authorized under the Capital Markets Act conducts virtual asset custody service, overseas asset management companies may re-entrust virtual assets to domestic service providers.
