A flow control valve is a valve that controls the flow rate by regulating the flow path inside the valve. And the degree of opening and closing of the valves changes the cross section of the flow path nonlinearly. In order to increase reliability of the control valve, the valve shall be easily controlled by a simple controller so that the degree of opening and closing of the valve and the cross section of the flow path are linearly related. In this study, in order to achieve a linear relationship between the degree of opening and closing of the valves and the flow path, we has designed a flow control vale consisting of a cone type flow path control elements, body that surrounds the cone by forming a linear flow path and a gear and motor that controls cross section of the flow path according to the travel distance of the cone. And the linearity of the designed valve has been confirmed through simulation and experiment.

Recently, smart building technologies such as sensors, data communication systems, and the Internet of Things (IoT) have been integrated to offer various conveniences to users. Specifically, a wide range of wearable sensors continuously monitor vital signs like heart rate, heart rate variability, and skin temperature to manage health. This study involves measuring the heart rate and heart rate variability of individual occupant using wearable sensors. These measurements are utilized to assess the difference of sleeping time and non-sleeping time, which in turn inform a strategy for controlling the heating system’s room-opening mechanism in apartment complexes. For this purpose, we recorded the heart rate and heart rate variability of individuals under different daily activity conditions and observed changes in physiological data during the heating system’s operation while the subjects were asleep.
실시간 IoT 데이터를 활용한 고객 관계 관리 방안에 관한 연구

As information technology advances, the penetration of smart devices connected to the Internet, such as smart phone and tablet PC, has rapidly expanded, and as sensor prices have fallen the Internet of Things has begun to be introduced in the industry. Today s industry is rapidly changing and evolving, requiring companies to respond to the new paradigm of business. In this situation, companies need to actively manage and maintain customer relationships in order to acquire loyal customers who bring them a high return. The purpose of this study is to suggest a method to manage customer relationship using real time IoT data including IoT product usage data, customer characteristics and transaction data. This study proposes a method of segmenting customers through RFM analysis and transition index analysis. In addition, a real-time monitoring through control charts is used to identify abnormalities in product use and suggest ways of differentiating marketing for each group. In the study, 44 samples were classified as 9 churn customers, 10 potential customers, and 25 active customers. This study suggested ways to induce active customers by providing after-sales benefit for product reuse to a group of churn customers and to promote the advantages or necessity of using the product by setting the goal of increasing the frequency of use to a group of potential customers. Finally, since the active customer group is a loyal customer, this study proposed an one-on-one marketing to improve product satisfaction.

This study was conducted to investigate the differences in households, parental perception, and dietary behaviors of preschool children from kindergartens with environment-friendly food service (environment-friendly food service group; EFG) versus children from kindergartens with general food service (general food service group; GFG). We sought this basic information to examine the impact of environment-friendly agricultural products in preschool food services. Age, education level, and monthly family income of the EFG were significantly higher than the GFG. The frequency of purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products was significantly higher in the EFG than the GFG, with the most frequently purchased items in both groups being vegetables. The GFG had a significantly higher perception than the EFG in the superior quality of environment-friendly agricultural products; however, a greater proportion of the GFG than the EFG thought environment-friendly products were too expensive. The most frequent reason for purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products in both groups was safety. When purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products, the most important selection factor for the majority of both groups was the label certifying quality assurance. Both groups also considered price reduction as essential for promoting environment-friendly agricultural products. In regard to parental perceptions on food service in kindergarten, the EFG had a significantly higher satisfaction with the nutritional adequacy of the menu compared 10 the GFG. Both groups considered food safety and health as primary reasons for using environmentfriendly foods in the preschool food service, with a greater proportion of the EFG than the GFG responding this way. There were significant differences between the EFG and GFG, as the main satisfaction from using environment-friendly foods in the EFG was safety, freshness, and good hygiene, whereas the main satisfaction in the GFG was a good food service menu, freshness and good hygiene, Dietary behaviors of preschool children in the EFG were also significantly superior to the GFG. Thus, environment-friendly agricultural products have positive effects on the dietary behaviors of preschool children and should be increased in the preschool food service. Lowering prices and a strict supervision of quality assurance is also necessary to promote consumption of environment-friendly food materials.

As vessel pollutant emission regulations are tightened, LNG propulsion vessels with fewer pollutant emissions than existing fuels are increasing. As a result, the LNG ESD system, which is a safety device to block the flow of fluid in an emergency situation generated during LNG bunkering, becomes more important. In this study, a simulation model of LNG bunkering ESD valve was constructed and the dynamic characteristics of the valve were analysised using AMESim, a commercial hydraulic analysis program.
중년여성 스트레스 관리를 위한 성인심리운동 적용 가능성 탐색

이 연구는 중년여성 스트레스를 알아보고 중년여성 스트레스 관리를 위해 성인심리운동 적용 가능성을 탐색한 연구이다. 중년여성의 지속적인 인구증가 추이는 중년여성의 다양한 어려움에 대한 사회적 관심이 필요하다는 의미이다. 한국의 경우 심리운동과 스트레스를 접목한 연구가 다수 있으나 중년여성을 다룬 연구는 극히 드문 상황이다. 이에 Antonovsky의 건강생성이론을 통해 건강과 스트레스와의 관계를 알아봄으로써 Haas의 성인심리운동 적용 가능성에 대해 9가지 건강 보호 요인을 살펴보았다. 문헌고찰방법에 기반을 두어 각 요소들이 중년여성의 스트레스 관리에 어떻게 적용될 수 있는가를 알아보았다. 이러한 접근을 통해 중년여성의 발달적 특성을 이해하고 성인심리운동의 필요성을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구가 중년여성의 스트레스 관리 프로그램 개발 및 성인심리운동의 이해와 중년여성을 위한 다양한 후속 연구의 단초가 되길 기대한다. This study investigated the stress of middle-aged women and explored the possibility of applying adult psychomotorik to manage stress in middle-aged women. The continued population growth of middle-aged women means that social attention is needed for the various difficulties faced by middle-aged women. In Korea, there are many studies combining psychomotorik and stress, but studies dealing with middle-aged women are extremely rare. Accordingly, by examining the relationship between health and stress through Antonovsky's salutogenesis, we examined nine health protection factors for the applicability of Haas' adult psychomotorik. Based on the literature review method, we investigated how each factor can be applied to stress management in middle-aged women. Through this approach, we were able to understand the developmental characteristics of middle-aged women and the need for adult psychomotorik. We hope that this study will serve as a starting point for the development of stress management programs for middle-aged women, understanding of adult psychomotorik, and various follow-up studies for middle-aged women.

Semi-submersible drilling rigs are offshore plants that perform function such as ocean exploration for oil and gas acquisition, drilling and production, storage and unloading of crude oil and gas. Semi-submersible drilling rigs use watertight dampers as emergency buoyancy holders. Since the watertight damper is an emergency shutoff device, it is mainly driven by a pneumatic driving system that can operate without power supply. Pneumatic driving system has highly non-linear characteristics due to compressibility of air and external disturbance such as static and coulomb friction. In this paper, a new control algorithm is proposed for the watertight damper driving system based on the sliding mode control. To evaluate control performance and robust stability of the designed controller, the control results were compared with the results using the state feedback controller.
