        기계학습을 이용한 광학 위성 영상 기반의 도시 내 수목 피복률 추정

        Urban trees play a vital role in urban ecosystems,significantly reducing impervious surfaces and impacting carbon cycling within the city. Although previous research has demonstrated the efficacy of employing artificial intelligence in conjunction with airborne light detection and ranging (LiDAR) data to generate urban tree information, the availability and cost constraints associated with LiDAR data pose limitations. Consequently, this study employed freely accessible, high-resolution multispectral satellite imagery (i.e., Sentinel-2 data) to estimate fractional tree canopy cover (FTC) within the urban confines of Suwon, South Korea, employing machine learning techniques. This study leveraged a median composite image derived from a time series of Sentinel-2 images. In order to account for the diverse land cover found in urban areas, the model incorporated three types of input variables: average (mean) and standard deviation (std) values within a 30-meter grid from 10 m resolution of optical indices from Sentinel-2, and fractional coverage for distinct land cover classes within 30 m grids from the existing level 3 land cover map. Four schemes with different combinations of input variables were compared. Notably, when all three factors (i.e., mean, std, and fractional cover) were used to consider the variation of landcover in urban areas(Scheme 4, S4), the machine learning model exhibited improved performance compared to using only the mean of optical indices (Scheme 1). Of the various models proposed, the random forest (RF) model with S4 demonstrated the most remarkable performance, achieving R<sup>2</sup> of 0.8196, and mean absolute error (MAE) of 0.0749, and a root mean squared error (RMSE) of 0.1022. The std variable exhibited the highest impact on model outputs within the heterogeneous land covers based on the variable importance analysis. This trained RF model with S4 was then applied to the entire Suwon region, consistently delivering robust results with an R<sup>2</sup> of 0.8702, MAE of 0.0873, and RMSE of 0.1335. The FTC estimation method developed in this study is expected to offer advantages for application in various regions, providing fundamental data for a better understanding of carbon dynamics in urban ecosystems in the future.

        Transconjugation for Molecular Genetic Study of Streptomyces platensis Producing Transglutaminase

        식품단백질의 물성과 기능성을 개선시켜 산업적인 가치가 매우 높은 TGase를 생산하는 S. platensis YK-2의 분자 유전학적인 연구를 위해 형질전환방법을 확립하였으며 본 연구를 위해 도입된 방법은 대장균을 plasmid DNA의 공여체로, S. platensis의 포자를 수용체로 사용하는 접합전달법이다. S. platensis를 위한 최적 접합전달조건은 50 mM의 MgCl₂를 첨가한 MS배지에 열처리를 하지 않은 포자와 5×10?의 plasmid DNA 공여체인 E. coli를 사용하는 것이다. 또 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 접합전달체의 attB site에 대한 분석을 통해 S. platensis chromosome의 pirin 상동체를 코드하는 ORF내에 attB site가 단일위치로 존재하고 있으며 이미 밝혀진 다른 방선균유래 attB site의 염기서열에 대해 77.8%~96.3%의 상동성을 나타냈다. Streptomyces platensis YK-2, newly isolated from forest soil, produces transglutaminase (TGase), which catalyses an acyl transfer reaction between the primary grade amine and protein or γ-carboxyamide group of peptide bound glutamine residues. For a molecular genetic study of S. platensis, an effective transformation method was established by using a conjugal transfer of DNA from Escherichia coli to spores of actinomycetes. The highest transconjugation frequency of S. platensis was obtained on an MS medium containing 50 mM MgCl₂, using 5×10? E. coli as a DNA donor and 1×10? spores without heat treatment as a host. We also identified that S. platensis contains a single attB site within an ORF encoding a pirin-homolog, and that its attB site sequence shows high homology to that of S. logisporoflavus. In addition, it was confirmed by phenotypic analyses of exconjugants that the introduction of heterologous DNA into the attB site of the S. platensis chromosome does not affect its morphological differentiation and TGase production.

      • Oscillometry에 의한 정상 신생아의 상하지 혈압측정과 대동맥 혈류 속도에 관한 연구

        Purpose : We studied the blood pressure difference between the upper and lower extremities in healthy newborn infants and the effect of isthmic narrowing of the aorta on making a possible difference. Methods : The blood pressure was measured with an oscillometric blood pressure device from four extremities of 62 healthy infants aged 1-15 days. A Doppler echocardiography was performed for each infant to measure the aortic blood flow velocities in the ascending, just above and below the aortic arch isthmic narrowing. Results : The blood pressure readings were as follow : right arm 69.7(■7.5)/42.7(■7.2)mmHg, right calf 69.5(■6.1)/42.6(■6.3)mmHg, left arm 69.0(■7.3)/43.1(■6.3)mmHg, and left calf 68.9(■7.4)/42.9(■5.6)mmHg. The estimated pressure gradient between the ascending aorta and aorta below the isthmus was 2.4■1.3mmHg and between opposite sides of the isthmus was 1.2■0.8 mmHg. Conclusion : Unlike in childhood and adolescence, the blood pressure in the lower extremities of healthy newborn infants is not higher than in the upper extremities. But the isthmic narrowing of the aortic arch does not explain this phenomenon. 목 적 : 정상 신생아에서 oscillometry에 의하여 상하지 혈압을 측정하였고 대동맥 협부의 혈류 저항이 상하지 혈압차에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다.방 법 : Oscillometric device(Dinamap)을 이용하여 재태 주령 39.1±1.2(36.4-41.4)주, 생후 3.5±2.5 (1-15)일의 출생체중 3.2±0.4(2.3-3.9)kg인 건강한 남아 26명, 여아 36명의 상하지 혈압을 측정하고 도플러 심초음파로 상행 대동맥과 하행대동맥 축착 부위 전후의 혈류 속도를 측정하였다.

        IPA 기법을 활용한 쌀국수 선택속성의 중요도-만족도 연구

        The purpose of this study was to understand the consumers' perception of rice noodles in the foodservice market and to present the basic data necessary for the restaurant's marketing strategy through the importance-satisfaction analysis on the selection attributes of rice noodles. In this study, a survey was conducted on self-filled surveys from March 5, 2018 to April 20, 2018, targeting consumers who have purchased a restaurant rice noodle menu in Seoul and Gyeonggi. According to the research result, the importance of rice noodles selection attribute was very high in taste, freshness, and sanitation items, but the menu diversity and calorie items were relatively low. The satisfaction of rice noodle selection attribute was very high in nutrition, taste and calorie items, but the variety of menu and price items were relatively low. This study analyzed the importance-satisfaction on the selection attributes of rice noodles using IPA technique, and found the consumer's perception of rice noodles in the restaurant market and suggested the basic data necessary for restaurant marketing strategy.

        식용곤충식품에 대한 소비자 인식 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate consumers’ perception of edible insect foods and carry out importance-satisfaction research on the choice attributes of edible insect foods. Through that, this researcher intends to examine the potential of food materials as future food resources and provide foundational data to devise marketing strategies needed to develop products made of edible insect foods. According to the results, female have more information about edible insect foods than male (p<0.05), and male gained higher points in challenging for new foods (p<0.001), overall satisfaction (p<0.001), and purchase intention (p<0.01) than female. Both importance (p<0.05) and satisfaction (p<0.001) about the mean of the choice attributes of edible insects are found to be higher in male than female. The sustenance area showing high importance and high satisfaction both includes taste, smell, freshness, sanitation, safety, and shelf-life. Accordingly, to understand edible insect foods righteously, it is needed to deliver information constantly and publicize them aggressively. Also, it is necessary to develop various kinds of food made of edible insect foods and functional food utilizing their nutritive value.

        해외 소비자의 식초기반 소스에 대한 인식 비교분석 - 미국과 중국을 중심으로 -

        This study present base data for development of vinegar-based source and marketing strategies for penetration of the global market for local source companies by comparing and analyzing the awareness and choice factors of vinegar-based sauces by foreign consumers. Preference (p<0.05), matching food (p<0.001), number of purchases (p<0.001), place of purchase (p<0.001), information source (p<0.001), importance of selective attributes (p<0.05), and most frequently purchased vinegar-based sauces (p<0.01) differed significantly according to nationality. There were also significant differences by nationality in purchase intention (p<0.05), packaging (p<0.001), and purchase considerations (p<0.001) of naturally fermented vinegar-based sauce. Developing of vinegar-based sauces and menus should be combined so that it suitable for the food culture of each country.

      • Landsat-8호를 이용한 위성영상 복원 기반 구름 탐지

        위성영상은 광범위 지역에 대한 주기적인 데이터 취득에 용이하여 지표 관측 등의 연구에 활발하게 이용되고 있다. 하지만 촬영 당시 대기상태 또는 날씨의 영향으로 위성영상 내 구름이 존재하는 경우가 발생한다. 따라서 효율적인 영상 활용을 위해 영상 품질 평가 및 정확한 지표 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 구름과 같은 방해 요소에 대한 정확한 탐지가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 구름을 포함하는 Landsat-8호 위성영상에 대해 원래 지표 피복으로의 복원을 수행하여 복원 영상과 원 영상 간 차를 통해 영상 내 구름을 정밀하게 탐지하였다.

        계급에 따른 군대급식에 대한 인식 및 만족도 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for efficient operation and management of the military foodservice by analyzing the satisfaction of the quality of the foodservice and the perception of the military foodservice which are provided according to the ranks of the soldiers. Methods: A total of 252 military personnel (48 Private, 87 Private first class, 74 Corporal and 43 Sergeant) participated in Gyeonggi area from November 1 to 30, 2013, and data were analyzed by the SPSS Win (ver 18.0). Results: The perception with foodservice, variety of menu (p < 0.001), importance (p < 0.01), problem (p < 0.05) and leftover reason (p < 0.05) significantly differed by the rank of the soldiers. With regard to the satisfaction with food, there were significant difference by rank for all items (p < 0.01). Satisfaction with facilities did not indicate significant differences by rank. Satisfaction with sanitation indicated significant difference by rank in the categories of table ware (p < 0.05), process of distribution (p < 0.05), employee``s uniform (p < 0.001) and drinking water (p < 0.05). Satisfaction with service indicated significant difference by rank with regard to kindness of employees (p < 0.01), providing information on foodservice (p < 0.05) and fast distribution (p < 0.01). Conclusions: In order to improve the satisfaction of all ranks, there is a need to offer a variety of nutritionally balanced menu and a proper amount of food provided through the voluntary food distribution services. The results also suggested the need to find a sustainable foodservice management plan to carry out satisfaction surveys regularly in the military foodservice.
