        New record of Juvenile Stethojulis trilineata (Perciformes: Labridae) from Korea, Revealed by Molecular Analysis

        A single specimen of a juvenile Stethojulis trilineata was first collected from the coastal waters of Ulsan, Korea, in October 2012. This species is characterized by IX dorsal fin spines, 26 lateral line scales, 25 vertebrae, dark spots between the 10th and 11th dorsal fin rays, and a caudal peduncle region. The new Korean name proposed is “Se-jul-mu-ji-gae-nol-rae-gi” for S. trilineata.

        교육훈련내용의 직무연관성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 구조적 분석

        본 연구는 2013년도 인적자본기업패널 자료를 사용하여 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성이 조직몰입에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 밝혀보고자 하였다. 이 과정에서 교육훈련내용의 효과를 보다 정밀하게 규명하기 위해 교육훈련전이와 직무만족도의 매개효과를 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하여 밝혀내었다. 분석결과에 따르면, 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성은 조직몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이 관계에 있어 직무만족도의 매개효과도 유의미하게 검증되었다. 교육훈련전이는 조직몰입도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 이 관계를 직무만족도가 매개하고 있어 교육훈련전이가 조직몰입도에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 교육훈련을 실시함에 있어 교육내용의 직무연관성을 최대한 높일수록 교육이수자의 직무수행능력을 향상시킬뿐만 아니라 직무만족도를 높이는 자극제가 되어 이것들이 조직몰입도를 높이는 역할을 수행한다는 결론을 도출해내었다. Drawing on 2013 Human Capital Corporate Panel(HCCP) data, this study attempts to explore the effects of educational training contents and its relevance to job competence on organization commitment. For the purpose, Structural Equation Model method was employed with special attention to the mediating effects of transition training information and job satisfaction. The results show that educational training contents and its relevance to job competence have significant mediation effects by way of job satisfaction appears to show significant verifications. However, the transition of educational training does not have any direct effect to organization commitment. In case of considering the mediating impact between job satisfaction and transition training information, the indirect effect by transition training information was shown significant association with organization commitment. These findings imply that the higher the educational traninig contents have official association with job adaptation the more competency of job implementation those who take the opportunity of educational training. In conclusion, the job relevance of education and training information not only improve job skills but also stimulate job satisfaction, which lead to integrity toward organization commitment.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze role and potential of de-causality technic in the design process of contemporary architecture. Even though variety tendencies of contemporary architecture, 「Excessive centered mind on logic formed descriptive and phasis automatic process planned structure」and 「toward this unilateral and subordinate resulting to architecture form」 make contemporary architecture to habitually. Regarding to this, de-causality technic has the potential as a alternative. It is working with a variety of techniques and matter at variety action point. Because of this, contemporary architecture with de-causality technic can make unprecedented form, as well as possibility of de-context based on the context.

        자원봉사활동 참여자의 지속의지 영향요인에 대한 연구 :

        본 연구는 자원봉사활동 기관의 관점에서 자원봉사 관리 및 자원봉사 업무의 직무특성이 자원봉사자의 자원봉사활동 지속의지에 어떠한 영향력을 갖는지를 실증적으로 검증하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 자원봉사활동 지속의지를 일반적인 자원봉사활동 지속의지와 동일 기관내에서의 자원봉사활동 지속의지로 세분화하여 각각의 영향요인을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울시내 30개 기관 781명의 자원봉사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 OLS 회귀분석 방법을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 통해 제시된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적인 자원봉사활동의 지속의지에 있어서는 자원봉사 관리 중 교육훈련 및 지도관리 요인과 자원봉사활동 직무특성이 중요한 영향 요인으로 작용하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 동일 기관내의 자원봉사활동 지속의지에 있어서는 자원봉사활동 직무특성이 정적인 방향(+)에서 유의미한 관계를 가지는 결과를 확인하였다. 이같은 연구결과는 자원봉사활동을 주된 자원으로 활용하는 자원봉사활동 기관에서 자원봉사자의 활동에 대한 지속의지를 고취시키기 위해서 체계적인 자원봉사 관리가 필요하다는 점을 시사하며, 특히 기관에서 우수한 자원봉사활동을 지속적으로 유지하고 활용하기 위해서 자원봉사 업무의 직무설계에 중점을 두어야 한다는 점을 제시한다. This study focused on the sustained commitment of volunteers in volunteer organizations in Seoul, examining the effects of management and also the characteristics of the jobs. For this study, we conducted a survey of 781 volunteer participants in the 30 organizations in Seoul. Data were analyzed using the OLS regression analysis. Three components were found to influence sustained commitment to volunteering: education and training, administrative factors, and characteristics of the job. There were a statistically significant positive correlation between job characteristics and the motivation of the volunteers to continue within the organizations. Research findings recommended that management focus on commitment to volunteers, developing job designs to promote satisfaction in order to take advantage of the excellent volunteers at the organizations.

      • 헤테로토피아 개념의 교육사회학적 시사점

        헤테로토피아는 프랑스 철학자 Michel Foucault가 제시한 개념이다. 서론부에는 헤테로토피아 개념을 이질성과 공간이라는 키워드로 이해해보고, 이를 교육사회학적으로 적용하는 방안을 탐색하였다. 이후 헤테로토피아 개념을 활용하는 선행연구를 중심으로 이론의 활용양상을 분류하였으며, 이를 세 가지 헤테로토피아 유형으로 도식화하였다. 제시된 유형은 저항의 헤테로토피아, 은폐된 헤테로토피아, 실험적 헤테로토피아이다. 결론부에서는 각 유형이 주류공간과 상호작용하는 상이한 방식이 교육현상이나 사회현상을 분석하는 하나의 개념틀이 될 수 있음을 설득하고, 해당 분석틀이 적용될 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 논의하였다. Heterotopia is a concept proposed by the French philosopher Michel Foucault. In this article, heterogeneity and space were used as keyword for understanding the concept of heterotopia. Sociological implication of the concept was explored. By examining previous studies using the heterotopia concept, I classified how this concept is used. These were schematized into three types of heterotopia. The types presented are heterotopia of resistance, concealed heterotopia, and experimental heterotopia. In the conclusion, I persuaded that different ways of interacting between mainstream space and heterotopias could be a conceptual framework for analyzing educational or social phenomena. I discussed specific ways to apply the analysis framework.

        학교급식을 통한 학생인구의 생명관리 : 학교급식제도의 도입기(1953-1981)를 중심으로

        한국전쟁 이후 외국 원조양곡을 학교에 배정하면서 시작된 학교급식은 결식아동의 구제를 주된 목적으로 삼았다. 그러나 이후의 발전과정 속에서 학생의 신체와 식습관에 대한 국가의 개입이 확대되어갔으며, 이러한 특성은 1981년 「학교급식법」의 제정으로 구체화되었다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 전환에 주목하여 한국에서 학교급식제도가 도입되었던 1953-1981년을 중심으로 학교급식을 통한 학생인구관리의 양적 확대 배경을 분석하였으며, 이러한 과정속에서 관측되는 학교급식의 특징적인 실천 양상을 생명관리라는 관점에서 분석하였다. 연구결과 국가는 학교급식을 통해 학생의 생명을 존속시키려하였으며, 학교에 학생을 출석시킬 수 있는 동인을 제공하고, 학생들의 입맛을 국가의 경제 전략에 맞추어 재구성했으며, 이러한 실천을 영양학적 지식을 통해 정당화하였으며, 건장하고 건강한 몸을 생산하기 위한 표준화된 기준을 제시하였음을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구에서는 법규, 제도, 지식, 기술, 통계 등 이질적인 것들을 접합시켜 학생인구의 생명을 관리한 학교급식을 근대 생명관리장치의 일종으로 해석하였다. School meals began when foreign aid food was allocated to schools right after the end of the Korean War. The school meal was primarily aimed at relieving hungry students. However, during the subsequent development process, intervention of government through school meals expanded to include students bodies and eating habits. Such an expansion was specifically presented for the purpose of the 「School Meals Act」 enacted in 1981. This study focused on this transition and analyzed the bio-political implications of school meals in 1952-1981 when the school meal system was introduced in Korea. The findings are as follows. Through school meals, the government provided an inducement for students to participate in the school for forming human capital, and reconstructed their tastes to match the government s economic strategy, justified these practices through nutritional knowledge, and sought to form a useful body for the nation. In this study, school meals, which combine heteronomous things such as laws, systems, knowledge, technologies, and statistics, were interpreted as a kind of modern bio-political dispositif for students to promote their physical condition and eating habits in the interests of the nation.

        엘라 베이커(Ella Baker)와 남부 기독교 지도자회의(SCLC)

        The role of black women in the civil rights movement has received scant attention from historians. With the exception of some feminists, most scholars examined male leaders and the organizations they led. From mid 1980s. scholars started to examine African American women in the civil rights movement. The most typical example is Ella Josephine Baker(1903-1986). She Worked across many different areas of the civil rights and black liberation movements in various capacities for 50 years. She was associated wit whatever organization in the black community was on the cutting edge of the era - the National Association for Advancement of Colored People(NAACP) in the forties Southern Christian Leadership Conference(SCLC) in the fifties. Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee(SNCC) in the sixties. Baker is hold in high esteem by SNCC historians. But generally Baker is called “facilitater” or “behind the scenes organizer.” Especially SCLC historians demphacized the roles of Baker in SCLC. This paper examines roles and contributions of Baker in SCLC. Examining the roles and contributions of Baker in SCLC requires three considerations. First, one should recognize Baker’s Works in formation of SCLC. Second. Baker’s works in SCLC’s Crusade for Citizenship must be examined. Third, one study her work in August 1960 Baker resigned from SCLC. We should take the times context and various into account as well when examining her resignation. In the course of examining her works, we can acknowledge her idealogical praxis. Baker was radical-egalitarian populist. whereas King and SCLC leaders are representative black church preachers and moderate reformers. Baker’s works in SCLC must be highly esteemed historically. After her resignation. SCLC Firmly established basic project : voter registration, citizenship education. mass demonstration and selective buying campaign. SCLC demonstrated a heightened concern for voter registration by instituting a Citizenship Training Program and calling a nonviolent army to march throughout the South. This SCLC’s Works was proposed by Baker. Also, Baker was bridge leader in SCLC and civil rights movement. Moreover, the limitations of civil rights movement were attributed to sexism and hierarchy inside the movement. King and sclc leaders expressed sense of hierarchy. elitism and sexism. Baker resented gender and class discrimination in SCLC but continuously tried to transform collective and democratic organization. Baker was a radical intellectual activist. a strategist, a thinker and an organizer She protested not only black and white racial inequality but also gender and class inequality in the civil rights movement. Therefore she was the one who realized the true desire of African Americans.

        영화 작은 아씨들의 의상 색채 분석

        This study was aimed at revealing how symbolic images of colors convey the mood of the movie and the psychological changes of characters through color analysis of costumes by characters in the movie Little Women (2019). Through this, we examined how psychologically reflected colors express the theme or atmosphere of the movie. As a research method, after understanding the association of colors and considering prior research, each character s costume color was analyzed, and symbolism was derived. The six scenes selected for each character are believed to have a strong visual color transfer power while showing the characters and images of the movie. After mosaic pixelation of the costume, the color was extracted using the Photoshop spoid tool. Considering the expressiveness of colors and tones, the color symbolism was derived after analyzing scene descriptions, costumes, colors, and hue and tone. According to the analysis, Meg expressed a gentle and calm image as the feminine and oldest child in light purple and various tones of green, while Jo, a projection of the artist, showed strong red and navy colors, exhibiting passion and courage as opposed to the female figure of the time. Beth, who died of illness, expressed a delicate and passive image in murky pink and light purple, while Amy, the youngest, showed a feminine and self-centered personality in sky blue and white. The film s costume revealed that color images were reflected as a medium for expressing the character s personality, taste, and psychological situation and that they symbolically convey the dramatic atmosphere or the main character s emotional changes.
