        성인의 생애진로개발역량 척도 개발 및 타당화

        The purpose of this study is to develop and validate Lifelong Career Development Competency Scale for adults and students in Korea. First, based on an extensive review of literature related to career development competency measures, initial items were collected. To verify the content validity of initial items, the Delphi technique was conducted twice by 30 experts and 112 items were selected for a survey. A total of 400 adults participated in the survey and 335 respondents provided usable data. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted using SPSS 25 and Mplus7. Factor loadings for each item were examined. To examine the model’s overall goodness of fit, several model-fit indices were computed including χ2, SRMR, TLI, CFI, and RMSEA. Construct reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s α and construct reliability values. Convergent validity of items was evaluated using average variance extracted. The results revealed that a five-factor model with 53 items yielded: Career Management, Understanding of Self, Interpersonal Skills, Adaptation Skills to Changes of Environment and Society, and Self Initiatives. Model indices for the observed data were, χ2(df)=3524.368 (1315, p<.001), SRMR=.048, TLI=.91, CFI=.91, RMSEA=.052 (.049, 055). Cronbach’s α for each factor was found over the required limited of .70. Construct reliability was established for each factor of the model ranging from .87 to .97. The average variance extracted values were above .50. Potential applications and further studies are discussed.

        Development of the Korean teachers’ occupational work ethic scale: its factor structure, validity and reliability

        The Teachers’ Occupational Work Ethic Scale (TOWES) was developed for assessing teachers’ work ethic in Korea. Based on an extensive literature review of work ethic instruments and focus group interviews of 15 principals from elementary, middle, and high schools, 77 initial items were developed. Content and face validity of the items were examined by a panel of experts. A total of 388 teachers across elementary, middle, and high schools provided usable data. Factor analyses verified the scale’s structure as fitting a four-factor model: integrity, interpersonal skills, respect for students, and professional development. Construct validity of the TOWES was established by scores of each of the four factors being moderately correlated. Convergent validity was tested using the Teachers’ Vocation Ethics and the Korean Occupational Work Ethic Inventory-Short Form. Finally, internal consistency was examined using coefficient alpha scores. Implications and suggestions for further studies and practice are discussed.

        직업윤리 측정 축소형 도구 타당화

        The purpose of this study was to examine the construct validity and the reliability of the Korean version of the Occupational Work Ethic Inventory-Short Form (KOWEI-SF). A total of 1,005 Koreans between the ages of 15 and 64 provided usable data, which were collected by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (KRIVET) in the summer of 2018 to examine contemporary Koreans’ work values and work ethics. The 3-common-factor model of the KOWEI-SF was validated, employing confirmatory factor analyses with model indices and Cronbach’s correlation coefficient alpha. Model fit indices suggested that the KOWEI-SF was a good fit to the data collected: χ2(54, n=171)=354.376, p<.001, TLI=.901, CFI=.912, SRMR=.042. Cronbach’s alpha of each factor was Interpersonal skills=.81, Initiative=.82, and Dependability=.64, respectively. Therefore, it was concluded that the KOWEI-SF was an acceptable model to assess Koreans’ work ethics. Based on the results of the study, implications, limitation, and suggestions for further studies are discussed. 본 연구는 우리나라 국민의 직업윤리를 측정하기 위하여 해외에서 개발된 직업윤리 측정 도구 Occupational Work Ethic Inventory-Short Form(OWEI-SF)을 번역하여 한국어판 직업윤리 측정 축소형(KOWEI-SF) 도구의 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 영어로 제작된 도구는 Brislin의 Back-translation기법을 사용하여 번역하였으며, 다음으로 도구 개발 및 직업윤리 전문가를 활용하여 도구의 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 도구의 구성 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 도구의 타당도 검증을 위하여 경제활동이 가능한 15세∼64세 이하의 노동인구를 대상으로 2018년에 전국 17개시·도에서 수집한 취업자 1,005명을 표본자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 자료를 활용하여 최대우도법과 모델지수를 활용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 도구의 변별타당도를 검증하기 위하여 직업윤리 정도를 일의 가치와의 상관관계를 검증하였다. 도구의 내적 타당도는 Cronbach’s alpha를 통하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 한국어판 직업윤리 측정 축소형 도구는 세 개의 요인으로 구성되었으며, 모델지수는 χ2(54, 750)=889.161, p<.05, CFI=.902, SRMR=.045, TLI=.901로 수용 가능한 범위였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점, 연구의 제한점 및 향후 연구 방향을 제언하였다.

        Korean Sense of Community Index 2 and Students’ Sense of Community in Korean Secondary Schools

        The purpose of this study was to explore the construct of the Korean version of the Sense of Community Index 2 (KSCI2) applied to data collected in South Korea. The factorial structure of the KSCI2 was examined through an exploratory factor analysis. The extracted common factor model of the KSCI2 was validated through a confirmatory factor analysis. Next, school members’ sense of community in Korean secondary schools was described as measured by the KSCI2. A total of 608 students in high schools in South Korea provided usable data. Factor analyses suggested a two-factor model of the KSCI2, and the two factors were named reinforcement of needs and influence. These two factors explained 60.67% of the total variance. The reliability coefficient of reinforcement of needs was .91 and that of influence was .83. Conclusions, limitations, and implications are discussed.

        백화점 건물의 에너지 부하모델 개발

        Case study was performed to analyze energy load for department stores and develop energy load model to be applied to a cogeneration system. Energy loads of 14 departments were analyzed based on energy load sheets written by operators and energy load of one department store was measured through modem communication for a year. Energy load of department stores shows various variations depending on when they are opened or closed and, hours, days and months. In this paper, the measurement was compared with data in energy load sheets and resolved, and energy load model for a department store was built. It is important to use an accurate energy load model for an accurate feasibility study applying a cogeneration system to buildings.
