1997년 개념적 형태의 제안 이후 LBS는 위치 기술의 고도화, 인터넷 및 이동통신 기술의 발전 등을 통해 기술적 발전을 거듭해 왔으며 3세대 이후 이동통신 분야에서의 Digital Convergence 흐름을 고려할 때, 향후 Killer Application으로 성장할 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 시점에서 본 논문에서는 위치기반서비스(LBS:Location based service)기술의 흐름을 이해하고 미래의 LBS 기술 발전 방향을 파악하고자 LBS의 표준의 과거와 현재, 그리고 미래를 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로 LBS 관련하여 진행 중인 3GPP, 3GPP2, IEEE 등의 기술 표준 단체 및 OMA, OGC, WiMAX Forum등의 서비스 표준 단체에 대한 소개와 표준화 동향에 대하여 분석한다.
대규모 다중프로세서 시스템에서 다중체인 디렉토리 방식을 이용한 캐쉬의 일관성 유지에 관한 연구

고유캐쉬를 가지는 대규모 다중프로세서 시스템에서는 프로세서의 수가 증가할수록 캐쉬 메모리내의 공유되는 블럭의 수와 네트웍을 통해 전송되는 메세지의 수가 확률적으로 증가하게 된다. 따라서 각 프로세서의 공유블럭 참조로 인한 캐쉬 데이타의 충돌현상이 지연시간을 유발하는데, 이를 효과적으로 제어하면서 시스템의 성능을 높게 유지하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 데이타 엑세스 지연시간을 단축시킴으로써 각 프로세서의 가동률을 높이고 전체 시스템의 성능을 향상시키는 프로토콜을 설계하고 사건위주(event-driven) 시뮬레이션을 통해 시스템의 성능을 측정해 보았다. 제시된 모델은 이중 연결 리스트를 이용한 디렉토리 방식에서 다중체인(multi-chain)을 사용하여 캐쉬 데이타의 충돌현상을 해결하고자 한 것이다.

Antireflective pyramid arrays can be readily obtained via anisotropic etching in alkaline solution (KOH, NaOH), which is widely used in crystalline-Si (c-Si) solar cells. The periodic inverted pyramid arrays show even lower light reflectivity because of their superior light-trapping characteristics. Since this inverted pyramidal structures are mostly achieved using very complex techniques such as photolithograpy and laser processes requiring extra costs, here, we demonstrate the Cu-nanoparticle assisted chemical etching processes to make the inverted pyramidal arrays without the need of photolithography. We have mainly controlled the concentration of Cu(NO₃)₂, HF, H₂O₂ and temperature as well as time factors that affecting the reaction. Optimal inverted pyramid structure was obtained through reaction parameters control. The reflectance of inverted pyramid arrays showed < 10% over 400 to 1100 nm wavelength range while showing 15~20% in random pyramid arrays.

In 2013, the Act of National Territory Planning and Use was amended that the sports facility would be recognized as the infrastructure of urban planning only when it has the public necessity. Since then, it has been difficult not only to construct new private golf courses, but also to change minor parts in most of private golf courses even though they are confirmed or constructed as urban planning facilities legally before 2013. Based on the research on renewing a golf course as a public facility, we come to the conclusion that the legal system related with golf course renewing needs to be improved as follows: Firstly, the criteria for the sports facility whose public necessity is approved under the Act of National Territory Planning and Use need to be extended and applied to the public golf courses charging affordable fees. Through improvements, the golf course having public necessity will be approved through the urban planning board’s deliberation in accordance with the procedures of urban planning facility determination. Secondly, even if it is possible that existing golf courses are classified as the urban planning facility, the related law or regulations are required to be amended to ensure small scale developments possible under the condition of minor changes of the present urban management plan. Thirdly, it is necessary to simplify permit and approval procedures for extension of golf courses which are determined as part of the District Unit Plan. When changes in business plan of the registered sports facility business is approved under the Sports Facilities Act, the commencement and completion of the golf course construction under the related laws and regulations might be unified by extending the constructive agreement regulations such as development permits. Fourthly, it is also proposed that the existing golf course to be determined as urban planning facilities could be easily converted into a tourism resort regulated by the District Unit Plan, through establishing new transitional provisions. Based on the detailed research on deregulation for renewing current golf courses, the golf course business could contribute not only to development of local economy and job creation in the time of when the economy grows slowly but also to health improvement in the ageing society as an effective means.
