The Korean government introduced a private-initiative park project to prevent further environmental damage caused by the abolition of parks. The private-initiative park project is expected to affect the connectivity of the green space system by creating a part of the park site as a non-park facility. The purpose of this study is to analyze the change in the connectivity of the green space system in relation to the private-initiative park project. The spatial scope of this study is in Cheongju, Korea. There were 8 private-initiative park projects selected as research subjects. The IIC indicator and d_IIC indicator, which are widely used in the analysis of green space connectivity, were used as analysis methods. Changes in connectivity according to four scenarios were simulated. Upon analysis, the results revealed that private-initiative park projects can reduce the overall connectivity of green spaces. The connectivity of private-initiative park projects can be improved compared to the situation of unplanned development while maintaining the current state. Lastly, changes in connectivity due to private-initiative park projects vary by region. This study was meaningful as an early study that analyzed private-initiative park projects in terms of the connectivity of green areas and is expected to be used for the improvement of the park and green space system in the future.

제주-해남 HVDC 시스템은 300(MW)까지 전력을 공급한다. 용량이 큰 HVDC 시스템은 전력계통의 동요를 댐핑하는데 적합하다. 본 논문은 해남과 제주도를 연결하는 HVDC 시스템의 주파수 제어를 다루었다. 제주도의 주파수 제어는 제주도 전력계통의 시스템 주파수를 일정하게 유지하는데 있다. PST프로그램으로 제주 전력계통을 축소 등가화 시키고, HVDC 시스템은 상세 모델링하여 성능 평가를 하였다. 적정 댐핑 계수를 유지하도록 HVDC주파수 제어기의 파라미터를 선정하였고, 3상 단락 사고시 제주 계통의 과도 동요현상은 시뮬레이션 결과 충분한 댐핑으로 안정되게 제어됨을 확인하였다. This paper with the frequency control of the KEPCO HVDC system linking Haenam to Cheju island. Frequency control at Cheju island ensures that the island AC system frequency is maintained Performance are evaluated using a reduced Cheju network and a detailed model of the fm system modelled in the PST software. Transient oscillations for the 3 phase fault carried out with HVDC frequency control are well damped as the control parameters have been adjusted.
AC전압을 이용한 HVDC 시스템의 주파수 신호원 검출위치 변경에 관한 연구

본 논문은 제주-해남 HVDC 시스템의 주파수 제어를 다루었다. 논문의 주된 목적은 현재 사용되고 있는 동기조상기로부터의 주파수 입력원을 배제한 새로운 주파수 제어시스템을 개발하여 대체를 검증하는 것이다. 과도상태의 검토는 PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용하여 상세 모델링으로 구현하였으며, 개발된 HVDC 모델을 통하여 동기조상기의 운전정지와 계통변화에 대한 사고를 검토하였다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 모의실험을 통하여 현재의 동기조상기로부터 HVDC 주파수 신호원을 검출하는 것에 비하여 새로운 주파수 제어 알고리즘을 적용한 154[kV] 모선으로 변경이 제주 AC 계통의 변화에 좀더 능동적으로 대처할 수 있음을 확인하였다. In this paper deals with the frequency control of the HVDC scheme linking Haenam to Cheju Island. The primary aim of the study is to develop and evaluate a new frequency control that can be employed without having to utilise the existing Synchronous Compensators(Gas Turbines). Transient condition studies are performed utilising the detailed control strategies for the HVDC link, implemented in PSCAD/EMTDC. Study cases are completed involving synchronous compensators trip and load ripping events and study plots presented. It is demonstrated that the existing frequency measurement can be replaced by one derived from the AC network alone, incorporated into a new frequency control algorithm and gives effective frequency control and dynamic performance.

플라스미드 pCTHB20에 의해 형질전환된 대장균 JM109 균주는 베타갈락토시다제-프리 S2 융합 단백질을 총 세포 단백질의 50% 정도로 생산하였다 (Choi et al., 1988). 이 융합 단백질로부터 시안브롬을 사용하여 프리 S2 펩티드를 절단하여 정제하는 것을 보다 더 용이하게 하기 위해 베타갈락토시다제 유전자 (lacZ) 서열을 재배열하여 pCTHB30을 제조하였으며, 또한 lacZ 서열 내부에 존재하는 메치오닌 코돈을 올리고뉴클레오티드에 의한 변이유도 방법을 사용하여 발린코돈으로 치환하였다. 플라스미드 pCTHB2에 존재하는 lacZ 서열을 포함하는 EcoRI-XbaI DNA 절편을 분리하여 파지 M13 mp18 백터의 멀티크로닝 부위에 삽입하였고, 원하는 변이를 포함하는 두개의 상보쇄 서열 (각각 17-mer)을 합성하여 동시에 프라이머로 사용하였다. 변이클론들은 $^{32}P$로 표지된 변이 올리고뉴클레오티드를 프로브로 사용하여 DNA 하이브라디제이션 방법에 의해 선별하였으며, 치환된 뉴클레오티드는 DNA 염기서열 분석에 의해 확인하였다. 변이 lacZ 서열로 치환하여 제조된 pCMHB20 및 PCMHB3에 의해 형질전환된 대장균 JM109 균주들도 pCTHB20 및 PCTHB30을 포함하는 균주와 거의 같은 효율로 프리 S2 서열을 지닌 융합 단백질을 생산하였다. In order to facilitate the isolation of preS2 peptide out of the fusion protein after CNBr cleavage, the lacZ sequence was rearranged to construct pCTHB30 plasmid. Two internal methionine codons in the lacZ region of pCTHB20 and pCTHB30 was also substituted with valine codons by oligonucleotide-directed mutagenesis. The EcoRI-XbaI restriction fragment of lacZ was isolated from the plasmid pCTHB20 and was inserted into multicloning site of M13 mp18 vector. Two synthetic complementary oligonucleotides (17-mer each) with desired nucleotide changes were used simultaneously as primers in synthesizing a complementary strand. Mutant clones were screened by DNA hybridization with probes of $^{32}P$-labeled mutagenic oligonucleotides, and the nucleotide substitutions were confirmed by DNA sequencing. E. coli JM109 cells transformed with pCMHB20 and pCMHB30 in which the lacZ regions were substituted with the mutant counterpart produced ${\beta}$ gal-preS2 fusion proteins as efficiently as those with pCTHB20 and pCTHB30.
