Twin-Fluid를 이용한 저압용 미분무 건의 소화성능에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 기존의 고압으로 작동되는 고압 미분무 건과는 달리 Twin-Fluid의 Turbulence 및 Break-up 현상 등을 이용하여 저압상태에서 작동하며 경량화 및 소형화에 성공하여 기존 소방관의 진입이 어려운 장소 또는 수원으로부터 멀리 떨어진 곳에서 원활한 소화활동을 위해 개발한 저압용 미분무 건의 성능을 화재소화능력 시험을 통해 입증하였다. 화재 소화능력 시험을 수행한 결과 물과 질소가 Mixing Chmaber 내부에서 혼합되면서 두 유체간의 상호작용 및 운동 에너지으로 인해 물의 액적이 미세하게 Atomizing되어 목재화재는 물론 유류화재의 진압에 있어서도 우수한 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.

오스테나이트 스테인리스강 304L을 고질소 저압 분위기에서 400~600℃ 범위내의 온도변수 50℃ 간 격차이에 따라 펄스 직류 플라즈마를 발생시켜 펄스작용 시간비에 따라 5시간씩 질화처리를 실시하였다. 처리 온도 500℃를 전후하여 질화처리층의 상과 조직이 현저히 다르게 형성되었다. 500℃미만 범위에서 저온일수록 펄스작용 시간비가 높을 때 질화층은 일종의 비화학량론적인 질화 스테인리스강으로 형성되었고 박피막을 이루며 균열이 많이 발생했다. 처리온도가 500℃보다 높을 때는 온도가 높아지거나 펄스작용 시간비가 50 s/100 s로 높아짐에 따라 질화층은 CrN 및 Fe4N 위주로 구성되어 주상정 조직을 이루며 균일하게 성장하며 무균열층이 된다. 500℃에서는 저온 조직 및 상과 고온 조직 및 상이 혼합된 질화층이 형성되며 취성에 대단히 크다. Austenitic stainless steel type 304L has been nitrided under the low pressure of high nitrogen environment for 5 hours by the square-wave-pulsed-d.c. plasma as a function of temperature 400~600℃ and of pulsation. At the temperature range lower than 500℃ and at the relatively high ratio of pulse duration to pulse period, nonstoichiometric stainless steel nitride has been developed in the form of a thin layer which has many cracks. At the temperature range higher than 500℃, with the increasing temperature or with the increasing ratio of the pulse duration to pulse period up to 50 s/100 s, the nitrided layer was composed mainly of CrN and Fe4N phases and became thick, uniform, columnar and nearly crack-free. The nitrided layer at 500℃ was mixed with the low-temperature layer and the high-temperature layer and was very brittle.

In general. the transient torque takes place when the gear shifts in the vehicle equipped with automatic transmission. The modeling of the powertrain is necessary for design the control algorithm to decrease the transient torque. In this study, the modeling of powertrain dynamics for the construction vehicle is established and the velocity analysis is accomplished. Automatic transmission for this system is ALT(Automotive Layshaft Transmission) type and has many shafts and rotating members. So the velocity analysis is achieved by classitying all element into three rotating groups and dynamic modeling is accomplished with three equivalent inertia models that are always in gear with each other. And the transient shift model is obtained by using this equivalent inertia model and the kinematic constraints for each gear shift. Also, the torque and pressure of each element which is required when the gear shifts can be obtained by static characteristic analysis and the minimum line pressure in hydraulic system can be set up through this result.
IT초연결 환경에서 연결되지 않을 권리 인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Recently, organizational workers are complaining of stress due to excessive connection on SNS and are claiming the right to disconnect. If these claims are not properly managed, organizational performance may deteriorate. Therefore, organizations need to approach the issue of the right to disconnect carefully. This study examined the effects of work connection at office, IT hyper-connected environments, and work connection at home on the right to disconnect, and analyzed the effect of this perception on job satisfaction, and then analyzed gender differences in these effects. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the work connection at office lowered the right to disconnect. Second, the deeper IT hyper-connected environment, the higher the right to disconnect. Third, it was found that the work connection at home raises the right to disconnect. Fourth, it was found that the right to disconnect increases job satisfaction to a certain extent, but lowers job satisfaction when it exceeds the appropriate line. Fifth, in the case of men, the effect of the right to disconnect on job satisfaction has sharply increased and sharply reduced. On the other hand, in women, it gradually increased and then decreased slowly. Considering the results of these studies, organizations need to check the current status and appropriate level of the work connection at home for organizational performance management. Organizations need to formulate organizational management measures that take into account the positive and negative functions of the right to disconnect. And organizations need to come up with management measures that take gender into account.

Stainless steel type 304L has been nitrided in the low pressure (600Pa) and high nitrogen (80% N₂+20% H₂) environment for 5 hours by the square-wave-pulsed-d.c. plasma as a function of temperature 400∼550℃ and pulsation. At the lower temperature range of 400∼500℃ and at the relatively high ratio of pulse duration to pulse period. S-phase has been developed in the form of thin nitrided surface layer which has many cracks, leading to be nearly impossible for the industrial anti-wear and anti-corrosion applications. At the higher temperature up to 550℃ with the increasing ratio of the pulse duration to pulse period up to 50㎲/100㎲, the nitrided layer, whose growth rate has increased also, has been composed mainly of CrN and Fe₄N phases and has become thick, uniform and nearly crack-free.
