건설사업의 효율적인 리스크관리를 위한 RBES 분석기법과 적용에 대한 연구

프로젝트 리스크관리는 프로젝트 착수에서 완공에 이르기까지 프로젝트 생애주기 동안 프로젝트의 범위, 비용, 일정 등에 영향을 미치는 위협 및 기회 요인을 포함하는 리스크를 사전에 식별하고 이에 대한 완화전략을 사전에 마련함으로서 프로젝트를 성공에 이르게 하는 효과적인 관리를 위해 활용된다. 프로젝트를 진행하는데 있어서 완공일이 지나기 전에 예산과 공사기간을 정확히 예측하는 것은 불가능하므로, 미국 워싱턴교통부에서는 사업비 규모에 따라 여러 분야의 전문가를 참여자로 하는 워크숍을 실시하게 함으로서 체계적인 리스크관리를 의무화하고 있다. 하지만 국내 건설 현장에서는 체크리스트 및 리스크분석 위주의 리스크관리만 이루어지고 있어 효율적인 관리가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 A하천정비사업에 워크숍 기반 리스크관리기법을 국내 처음으로 적용해 봄으로서 국내 현실에 적합한 효율적인 리스크관리 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 이러한 리스크관리 전 과정에 식별된 리스크를 분석하여 완화전 후의 리스크에 대한 비교를 쉽게 살펴보고 관리할 수 있는 RBES 프로그램을 활용하였다. 그 결과 전체 사업비용과 공사기간의 증가 문제를 사전에 인지하고 이에 대한 실질적인 완화대책을 수립하게 함으로서 공사기간 지연효과를 미리 방지하는 효과가 있었다. The Project Risk Management is intended to result in the effective management by identifying in advance and mitigating all significant risks including project risks and opportunities during the entire project life cycle - from project inception to completion of construction. It is impossible to predict an exact budget and construction duration before finishing a project. So, Washington Department of Transportation mandates that workshop-based risk management is conducted for projects over specific cost. However, the domestic construction sites have depended on numerical risk analysis without any workshop and efficient risk management have not made. Therefore, in this study, we propose the effective risk management using the RBES program which is very useful for workshop-based risk management and pre & post mitigation, by workshop-based risk management techniques. This proposed risk management approach is applied to a domestic 'A' river recovery project. It is concluded that we may expect the effect to mitigate the total cost overrun problem and the construction duration delay effect in the project by identifying significant risks and by preparing effective risk mitigation strategies.

As the human-centered product design has been emphasized as one of differentiated marketing factors, the products developed with the factors related to human characteristics are on an upward trend. Current development for the human-centered products is based on PPP(Product Performance Program) and UD(Universal Design) cases, but the products often results in being highly expensive so that a few of customers benefit from them. To achieve less expensive UD products, the initial stage of the product development needs to include value engineering (VE) that provides analysis tools for UD functions and their costs. This study presents UD development process integrated with VE.

The purpose of this study is to develop the EDA (Emergency Driving Assist) logic that detects and escapes collision situation as ADAS system. The EDA logic uses the ECS (Electronic Controlled Suspension) system without additional weight and cost to improve vehicle safety performance. When collision situation happens, the EDA logic controls variable damping force of ECS system and then the vehicle is increased its yaw-moment toward its intended trajectory. In emergency collision scenario, the EDA logic is confirmed to verify lateral avoidance effect in simulation and vehicle test.

This study is aimed at presenting hostage negotiation strategies to effectively counter ransom demands, threats of murder, and/or kidnappers in the face of child abduction in the domestic country. In the case of kidnapping, it is not available to simply apply the traditional hostage negotiation strategies. This is because it is the one-sided communication method, as well as it is unable to use tactical options due to child’s unidentified location. Subsequently, this paper specifies an applicable negotiation strategy to deal with these situations by analysising the domestic Kidnapping and child abduction cases. These are fundamental hostage negotiation steps presented in this paper: First, it is necessary to demand Proof Of Life, POL for the safety of hostages. That's because this will results in higher chances of survival for hostages and acquiring what the hostage-taker demands. Second, lower the level of a ransom demand. Third, the timing of payment must be adjusted. Fourth, through personalization of the hostage, facilitate positive relationships with the hostage-taker. Fifth, insist on assessing the progress of the hostage situation. By analyzing and presenting hostage negotiation strategies that reflect our security situation, it will drive the improvement and development of the domestic hostage negotiation strategy and negotiation system in the future. It will also serve as a huge opportunity to recognize the new interest of negotiating field and the needs for systematic and additional research in the absence of any studies related to hostage negotiation strategies in Kidnapping and child abduction situations.

This paper describes a method of precise estimation for printing time and material consumption which are directly related to the 3D printing cost. Printing process and head motion of 3D printers using digital printing head, which is analyzed by its digitized steps, is rapidly simulated without slicing to calculate estimated printing results. Using this method, printing time and material usage of 3D printer were estimated quickly and precisely and compared to the real printing result. Applying compensation using the printing parameters, transferred from the 3D printer to the printing estimation system, even more accurate estimation is achieved. This method is used in the 3D Sprint software.
하수처리시설의 효율적인 VE수행을 위한 다단계성능평가 분석

현재 우리나라의 대다수 공공하수처리시설들은 미래의 하수량 증가에 따른 설계기준에 대한 대비가 부족하여 현재 시설로는 향후 계획하수량의 적정처리가 곤란할 것으로 판단된다. 이에 대응하여 정부는 하수처리장 건설 사업을 꾸준히 진행하고 있는 추세다. 앞으로 건설될 하수처리시설의 효율적인 운영과 시설물의 가치 향상을 위해 본 연구에서는 주민과 하수처리시설, 토목 시공, 설계VE 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 비용 절감 뿐 아니라 시설물의 성능향상, 이용자 및 인근 주민의 만족도 등을 반영한 성능평가항목을 도출하고, 다단계성능평가법을 이용하여 효율적인 설계VE 수행을 위한 보다 객관적인 성능평가 항목의 가중치 분석을 실시하였다 Recently, the demand of sewage treatment facilities have increased by growing the population growth of city and industrialization. However, most of public sewage treatment facilities lack the preparations of design criteria by increasing sewage water amount in the future. In order to respond to this situation, the government has consistently promoted the sewage treatment construction project. This study conducted a survey targeting residents and sewage treatment facilities, civil engineering a VE project professionals for effectively operating the sewage treatment facilities and improving its value to be built in the future. Based on this survey, this study will introduce the list of performance measurements which can not only save cost but also reflect opinion of users and residents. In addition, using Multi-Level Performance Measurement and AHP analyzed the weights of performance measurement which is more objective than existing things for applying efficient VE process
