Determining the investment priority of the railway project is essential to keep its object of railway investment. [National railway construction plan] provide 4 major evaluation indicators and their weighting range in determining the investment priority of railway construction. Which are investment efficiency, inter-regional balance of development, network effects, government supporting policy. However this present criteria has inconsistency in determining economical feasibility of the railway transportation when applying the same evaluation indicator, investment efficiency, with the road transportation. The railway transportation is superior to road transportation in terms of transportation capacity and distance, while offering less carbon emissions. In spite of the prominent position of the railway transportation, it can be failed to obtain its proper investment priority when being determined under economical feasibility based. Therefore, this study analyzed the inconsistency under present evaluation criteria and proposed new evaluation method for the investment priority of the railway construction using AHP(analytic hierarchy process), while differentiate from the road construction. This method is optimized for only determining the priority of the railway construction itself under object of railway investment respectively.

도시철도는 1974년 1호선 개통이후 그 이용이 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이다. 이에 따라 도시철도 역사내에서 이용객의 안전사고의 위험이 높아졌다. 이러한 철도안전사상사고를 줄이기 위하여 철도운영시스템이 대부분 자동화되어 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 여전히 철도안전사상사고의 사고의 가능성은 존재하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서울메트로의 내부자료를 활용하여 철도안전사상사고의 유형, 연령별사고, 성별사고, 보행자 시설물별사고, 이용객별 사고, 그리고 철도안전사상사고의 사고원인을 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 철도안전사상사고를 예방할 수 있는 대안으로서 철도안전교육프로그램 구축과 철도안전체험센터 구축방안을 제시하였다. Since the opening of Seoul Subway Line #1 in 1974, the number of passengers has been increasing. The possibility for passenger's accidents in railway stations has also increased. In order to decrease these kind of accidents, railway operation systems have been automated. Nevertheless, the possibility of a casualty accident in railway stations remains. This study analyzed the type of casualty accidents, casualty accidents by age, sex, pedestrian facility, and passenger type based on the internal data of Seoul Metro. The causes of casualty accidents are also found out. Finally, the establishment of railway safety education program and railway safety experience center are suggested in order to prevent the urban railway casualty accident in advance at railway stations.
Development of Unified Interface for Multi-Vendors’ CNC Based on Machine State Model

The Human Machine Interface (HMI) is dependent on the Computerized Numerical Control (CNC). As a result, the HMI software is developed according to the interface method of each CNC in duplicate. Even though the same function of HMI software module is developed using the same data item, it must be implemented separately in different development environments. This is because each CNC has a different address system and provides unique data interface method. In this study, we proposed a unified interface system that can standardize and integrate data interface method to support the development of HMI software module applicable to machine tools adopting multi-vendors’ CNCs. To clearly define this work, we developed new parameters, methods, and address system based on the machine state model, composed of data elements of machine tool structure, process, and status, provides the same interface by capsulizing existing CNC interfaces. The proposed interface system is designed to provide an API (Application Programming Interface) in the form of a library. The implementation architecture is designed and details of the operating logic within the detailed components and interfaces are elaborated. The implementation and test results are illustrated to verify an application example of the proposed unified interface system.
작업자 안전 관제를 위한 자세 인식 엣지-클라우드 시스템 아키텍처

본 연구는 산업현장에서 작업자 안전 관제를 위해 실시간으로 작업자의 자세를 분석할 수 있는 엣지-클라우드 시스템 설계하고 개발한다. 이를 위해 스마트폰을 사용하여 엣지 시스템을 구축하고 가속도/관성 센서 데이터를 수집하여 실시간으로 작업자의 자세를 인식하고 원시 데이터와 함께 클라우드에 전송한다. 클라우드는 원시 데이터와 실험데이터를 사용하여 자세 인식 모델을 학습하고 이를 엣지에 전송한다.
