실시간 재해 공간 DB 수집을 위한 구제역 방문조사 모바일 웹앱 구축

2010년 11월말, 발생한 구제역은 초동 방역 조치가 늦어지면서 전국적인 피해가 발생하였다. 특히 전파매개체에 대한 파악이 늦어지면서 확산 범위를 키우게 된 것으로 분석되었는데 이는 다양한 구제역 전파 매개체에 대한 정보가 지역적으로 분산되어 있고 방역의 핵심 정보인 농장 방문 정보가 수집되지 않아 신속한 의사 결정 및 대책 수립의 한계가 나타났다. 따라서 신속하게 분산된 정보를 수집하고 실시간 분석이 가능하도록 공간적인 요소를 고려하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 구제역 발생시나리오에 최적화된 위치기반 형태의 공간 DB(Database)를 설계하고, 이동성, 접근성, 휴대성의 이점이 있는 스마트폰을 통해 농가 방문자들의 이력정보를 실시간으로 DB화하는 구제역 방문조사 모바일 웹앱 시스템을 구축하였다. 구축된 시스템은 전파매개체에 대한 정보를 즉각적으로 파악하여 신속한 의사 결정과 방역 조치에 효율을 높이고자 한다. The end of November 2010, foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) is damage occurred nationwide due to delay of preventive measures. It was analyzed that the spread range raised delayed propagation medium. It was regionally distributed a variety of information about FMD propagation medium and appeared limit of rapid making-decision and measure establish because it was` t collected farm`s visit information about quarantine measures. Therefore it is necessary to real-time analysis and collect distributed information considering the elements of the spatial. The study was designed spatial DB optimized scenario of FMD occurrence based location and constructed FMD investigation mobile webapp system of real-time DB of information of farm`s visitor using moility, accessibility, portability benefits of smart phone. This system understand immediately farm`s visit information and can be improved rapid making-decision and quarantine measures.
경인지역 소규모 음식 및 숙박업 근로자의 안전행동 분석

본 연구에서는 서비스업 산업재해 중 차지하는 비중이 커지고 있는 50인 미만 소규모 음식 및 숙박업 근로자를 대상으로 안전행동 수준과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 소규모 음식 및 숙박업 근로자의 행동변화 및 안전행동실천을 유도할 수 있는 안전교육 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 이에 경인지역 소규모 음식 및 숙박업 사업장 근로자 총 320명을 설문조사한 결과, 소규모 음식 및 숙박업 사업장 근로자의 안전행동 수준은 타 업종에 비해 낮은 수준이었으며, 인지된 유익성(β=0.287, p<0.001), 연령(β=0.221, p<0.001), 행동의 계기(β=0.164, p<0.01), 고용형태(정규직 여부)(β=0.143, p<0.05), 인지된 장애요인(β=0.142, p<0.01)이 모두 정(+)적인 방향으로 안전행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 단면적 연구로서, 안전행동을 실천하도록 하는 실질적인 방안을 제시하지 못한다는 한계가 있다. 따라서 향후 소규모 음식 및 숙박업 사업장 근로자를 대상으로 안전행동에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 형성하고 실제 안전행동을 실천하도록 유도하는 연구가 추가적으로 필요한 것으로 보인다. The aim of this study was to provide the fundamental data that helps to make the Food service and Accommodation Activities workers perform safer, or lead them to behave safer in their workplace. This study recognized the safety behavior of Food Service and Accommodation Activities workers in small-scale workplaces, applying to Health Belief Model(HBM), and analyzed the factors affecting the safety behaviors. In case of safety behavior, the older the worker were(p<0.001), the higher the score of safety behavior was. Futhermore, according to the score, the owners behaved safer than the average workers(p<0.01), and regular workers performed more safely in the workplaces than the non-regular workers(p<0.001). The health belief were significantly correlated with the safety behavior(p<0.01). At the last, the factors that affected to the safety behavior were perceived benefits(β=0.287, p<0.001), age(β=0.221, p<0.001), cue to action(β=0.164, p<0.01), the type of employment(regular worker or not)(β =0.143, p<0.05), perceived barriers(β=0.142, p<0.01). In the conclusion, if the Food service and Accommodation Activities workers in the small-scale workplaces perceive the benefits of safety behavior, are away from the barriers to safety behavior, and are motivated to behave safely by surroundings(family, coworkers, etc.), they work safely in their workplace. It is very important in that the occupational safety education program can be developed, based on these results. However, further study is needed to specify the plans to form the positive cognition of safety behavior and lead to safety behavior in the workplace.
LPS로 자극한 RAW 264.7 세포에서 중국 연변에 자생하는 약용 식물 에탄올 추출물의 항염증 효과 연구

Objectives : This study was fulfilled to investigate nominee materials as anti-inflammatory agent from ethanol extract of Chinese medicinal plants in Yanjin. Among the 20 candidates, we selected most effective one, the ethanol extract of Cicuta virosa L. (CVL). The mechanism underlying the anti-inflammatory effects of CVL is not clearly identified as yet. Accordingly, we clarified the anti-inflammatory effects of CVL and its underlying molecular mechanisms in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Methods : RAW264.7 macrophages were incubated with CVL (12.5, 25, or 50 μM) and/or lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (1 ㎍/㎖). Cytotoxicity was determined using a 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide assay and the level of nitric oxide (NO) production was measured with Griess reagent. The prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) production was measured with enzyme immunoassay kits and the protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) was determined using Western blot analysis. Results : Among the 20 ethanol extract of Chinese medicinal plants of Yanjin tested, CVL significantly reduced the production of NO in a dose-dependent manner via inhibition the protein expressions of iNOS without cytotoxicity on the LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. In addition, CVL also effectively declined the production of PGE2 in LPS-simulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Conclusions : Taken together, these data presented in this study demonstrate that CVL possesses anti- inflammatory activity by suppressing the production of pro-inflammatory mediators NO and PGE<sub>2</sub>, and pro- inflammatory protein iNOS expression in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages.

국내 철도시설의 경우 교량, 역사 등 토목구조물에 대해서는 내진설계나 보강을 통한 대비가 이뤄지고 있으나, 전철전력, 신호제어, 정보통신 등 열차의 안전운행에 필요한 설비 및 시설의 내진성능 확보에 대한 연구는 미흡한 상황이다. 이 논문에서는 국내 지반특성을 고려하여 개정될 내진설계기준과 다양한 관측지진을 이용하여 대표적인 전력시설인 전차선로시스템의 지진취약도 분석을 수행하였다. 지진하중은 다양한 지반조건에 따른 설계스펙트럼을 포괄하는 인공지진과 실측지진을 고려하였으며, 전차선 시설물의 파괴모드를 분석하여 지진취약도를 작성하였다. 전차선로시스템의 전철주 형식은 국내 부설 현황를 감안하여 H형강과 강관주를 검토하였다. 지진취약도 분석 결과 현재 부설되어 있는 전차선로시스템은 내진설계기준을 만족하며, 강관주 보다는 H형강주 사용 시 지진에 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 관측지진 보다는 인공지진에 보다 취약한 것으로 나타났다. To date, while seismic design and reinforcement have been applied to railroad structures including bridges and stations to minimize earthquake damage, securing the seismic resilience of such facilities as electric, signal control, and communication systems is not sufficiently conducted. In this paper, the seismic fragility of the catenary system, one of the representative electric facility, is evaluated considering revising seismic design code based on domestic ground characteristics. The seismic excitation considers an artificial earthquake based on design spectra depending on various ground conditions as well as observed earthquakes, and the seismic fragility is built via analyzing failure modes of the catenary system. Considering recent construction status, two types of steel poles, H and tube sections, are analyzed. The analysis result reveals that the catenary system satisfies seismic design code, while more fragile to artificial earthquake than observed earthquakes. Also, the system with a H section pole is more fragile than with a tube section pole.
모바일 폰의 인터페이스 변경이 멘탈모델 형성에 미치는 영향

This study is to inquire respective patterns of mental models caused by wrongful usages which can be experienced when a user who is used to a keypad-based mobile phone starts using a touch screen mobile phone and to find out the features of the user`s logical process of correcting such wrongful usages to a new mental model. In addition, design improvement to be considered for easy generation of the mental model regarding touch screen mobile phones was reviewed in this study. We set up test subjects for the most frequently used seven high priority functions among touch screen phone functions and carried out the subject assessment together with interview surveys after the video observation experiment. Our test results show that test subjects who were used to keypad-based mobile phones tend to use operation knowledge related to the computer operational system(Window) or the web browser navigation including Tap or Double Tap in order to correct the mental model when a wrongful usage is made. In addition, the result of comparison and analysis of the subject assessment and the video observation experiment data shows that wrongful usages of touch screen mobile phones mostly occurred in the field of `information feedback` and `navigation` among mobile phone components.
