        Vision Tracking을 이용한 주행 차량의 교통정보 산출 기법

        Recently, for a smart city, there is a demand for a technology for acquiring traffic information using an intelligent road infrastructure and managing it. In the meantime, various technologies such as loop detectors, ultrasonic detectors, and image detectors have been used to analyze road traffic information but these have difficulty in collecting various informations, such as traffic density and length of a queue required for building a traffic information DB for moving vehicles. Therefore, in this paper, assuming a smart city built on the basis of a camera infrastructure such as intelligent CCTV on the road, a solution for calculating the traffic DB of moving vehicles using Vision Tracking of road CCTV cameras is presented. Simulation and verification of basic performance were conducted and solution can be usefully utilized in related fields as a new intelligent traffic DB calculation solution that reflects the environment of road-mounted CCTV cameras and moving vehicles in a variable smart city road environment. It is expected to be there. 최근 스마트시티 구축을 위하여 지능형 도로인프라를 이용한 차량의 교통정보를 취득하고, 이를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 기술의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 그동안 도로의 교통정보를 분석하기 위해서는 루프 검지기, 초음파 검지기, 영상식 검지기 등의 다양한 기술들이 활용되고 있었다. 그런데, 이러한 종래의 기술들은 도로내에서 이동하는 차량을 대상으로 교통정보 DB 구축을 위해 필요한 교통 밀도, 대기행렬의 길이등 다양한 교통 DB의 수집에 어려움이 있었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 도로위에 지능형 CCTV등 카메라 인프라를 기본으로 구축되는 스마트 시티를 가정하여 도로의 CCTV카메라를 이용하여 도로 CCTV의 Vision Tracking을 이용한 주행차량의 교통DB산출하는 솔루션을 제시하고, 이에 대한 모의실험과 기초성능 검증을 행하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 솔루션은 일반론으로 발전시켜야할 숙제는 여전히 남아있지만, 가변하는 스마트시티 도로환경속에서 도로부착형 CCTV카메라 이동차량 환경을 반영한 새로운 지능형 교통DB산출솔루션으로 관련 분야에서 유용하게 활용될수 있을것으로 기대된다.

        CoAP 기반 클라우드 환경 IoT 구조 설계 및 구현

        In the IoT(Internet of Things) environment, methods that user can access sensor node directly to collect sensing data or manage sensor in a gateway have a limitations. To solve this problem, cloud based sensor network architectures are proposed. In this paper, we proposed CoAP based IoT architecture that a lightweight gateway is used for data gathering instead of using a heavy traditional one and users can request sensing data through IoT applications running in the cloud environment and analyze signaling message cost. By doing so, our system can reduce message cost compared to the traditional gateway based system.

        400 nm급 폴리에스터 해도형 초극세사 편성물의 감량 및 염색 특성

        The weight reduction and dyeing properties of circular-knitted fabrics, fabricated from sea-island-type polyethylene terephthalate (PET) ultramicrofiber with a single fiber that is approximately 400 nm in diameter, were investigated. It was found that the dissolution ratio was dependent on the process temperature and the concentration of the sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution used during alkali treatment. The use of a penetrating agent reduced the dissolution rate when using a 1 wt% NaOH solution, but accelerated the dissolution when using a 2 wt% NaOH solution. The dissolution ratio reached its theoretical maximum when the fabric was treated at $95^{\circ}C$ for approximately 40-50 min with a 1 wt% NaOH solution and for approximately 15-20 min with a 2 wt% NaOH solution. Under these treatment conditions, a large number of the sea components were dissolved, although some island components were not separated even in the case of treatment at $95^{\circ}C$ for 50 min with a 1 wt% NaOH solution, as monitored by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The use of a cationic dye staining method also allowed for observation of the dissolution behavior. The color yield of the disperse dye on the alkali-treated fabric was dependent on the dyeing temperature, and the K/S value decreased as the dyeing temperature increased from $110-130^{\circ}C$. The build-up property of the fabric was generally good, the wash fastness was very poor to poor, and the light fastness was poor to fair.

        The purpose of this study is to survey about the changes of the resident's behavior and psychology after house's opening of fence project in Seoul. This research attempts to evaluate the people through a view of physical, psychological and social way. The method of evaluation used a field investigation, an interview and a checklist that was made from related references. The result of this study, the residential satisfaction has slightly improved after opening of fence. Especially the people could reduce the stress of parking. But the people have a serious anxiety that concerns with privacy and crime prevention because of the indefinite area. On the other hand, the change of the people's behavior and psychology about the area of defence has extended from their garden to neighbour and the street of the area.

        수면경사면적법을 이용한 하천의 홍수기 유량 계산

        홍수량의 측정은 치수 및 홍수관리의 측면에서 매우 중요한 일이다. 그러나 우리나라의 신뢰성있는 홍수량관측자료는 충분하지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 금강유역의 천천과 동향수위관측소지점에서 간접측정방법으로 단면적, 하상경사 및 수면경사 등을 사용한 수면경사면적법을 이용하여 직접측정유량에 근사한 홍수유량을 계산하고, 이를 이용해 기존의 수위-유량곡선을 개선하였다. 향후, 간접측정을 통해 직접측정이 곤란한 지점에서 보다 신뢰성있는 유량산정시스템을 구축할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Measurement of floodflow is important in the flood control and management aspect. But available observed flow records are normally insufficient for reliable floodflow events in Korea. The purpose of this paper is carry out floodflow measurement using slope-area method at Chun-chun and Dong-hyang gaging station in Geum river watershed. In this study, we calculated discharge indirectly by slop-area method using crosssection area, roughness, channel bed slop and water surface slop and improve the Rating curve. Hereafter, we can build flow calculating system by indirect method at the station that direct measurement is difficult.

        노후 하수관거 침입수/유입수 및 월류수의 유량·수질 특성과 관거정비 효과분석

        본 연구는 전주시 하수관거 정비상태 및 지역별 특성을 고려한 8개 지점을 선정하여 유량 및 수질조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 토대로 침입수/유입수(I/I) 및 강우시 미 처리된 월류수에 의한 수질오염사전예방 등 하수관거 기능을 극대화 할 수 있는 방법을 연구하고, 관거정비에 의한 유입수질 상승에 따른 전주하수처리장의 처리효율 변화와 수질오염총량제 전주시 목표수질 달성에 미치는 영향 등을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 전주시 하수관거 정비사업을 실시할 처리구역을 대상으로 8개 지점을 선정하여 대상지역의 하수관거에 유입되는 지하수 및 우수와 그 반대로, 누수되는 하수량을 조사하였으며, 또한 BOD, COD<sub>Mn</sub>, COD<sub>Cr</sub>, SS, T-N, T-P 6개 항목에 대한 수질조사를 병행하였다. 이를 토대로 SWMM 모델을 통하여 유출량과 유출 부하량을 산정할 수 있는 기본 정보를 도출 제시하였다. This study aimed to measure the amount of water flow and water quality in specific areas that were chosen considering the sewer maintenance status and regional characteristics. These areas were divided into three categories: Apartment+houses, houses+shopping mall near the Jeonju watercourse and houses+shopping mall in downtown. I/I flows were measured. The amount of water flow was measured using SWMM model. Study results are summarized as follows: First, the amount of inflow and infiltration and water quality were closely related to sewer maintenance status and varied with residence areas. It is considered that excess inflow of indistinct water was attributed to aged sanitary sewer system and leaks in sewer pipes. It is therefore imminent to repair sewer lines in the area showing low water quality. Secondly, based on the analysis of the quality of CSOs in combined sewers, the concentration of SS and organic materials steeply increased in the wake of inflow of rainwater on the ground surface. This finding underlines the need for a proper control of CSOs in combined sewers in order to reduce water pollution of rivers. Thirdly, it was found that the amount of I/I was positively correlated to rainfall intensity. However, there were no differences in the amounts of outflow when measures taken in selected areas and results of SWMM model were compared. The use of SWMM model is considered effective to estimate the amount of outflow and evaluate sewer lines. Fourthly, according to the Total Maximum Daily Load established under the applicable law, Jeonju is supposed to maintain water quality of BOD 5.9㎎/ℓ and reduce BOD loading as much as 1,412.4kg/day. It is estimated that if the inflow of indistinct water declined by 50% through proper sewer management, a reduction of 166.5kg in BOD loading would be achieved in area A, which in turn contribute to the decrease in BOD loading by 11.8% in Jeonju as a whole.

        동시다발 자유무역협정(FTA) 발효의 위험성에 관한 연구: 스파게티보울 효과와 FTA 활용도 제고

        우리나라는 2003년 이래로 적극적으로 FTA를 추진해 왔고, 특히 동시다발적인 FTA 추진을 통해 그동안 지체되었던 FTA 체결 진도를 단기간 내에 만회하였으며, 현재 FTA 네트워크의 글로벌화를 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 동시다발적 FTA 발효에는 위험이 도사리고 있다. 이른바 스파게티보울 효과(Spaghetti Bowl Effect)이다. 스파게티보울 효과는 여러 나 라와 동시에 FTA를 발효하면 국가마다 각기 다른 원산지 규정의 적용, 통관 절차, 표준 등을 확인하는 데 시간과 인력이 더 들어 당초에 기대했던 거래비용 절감 효과가 반감되는 현상을 말한다. 즉 스파게티보울 효과는 FTA 활용률을 낮아지게 하는 현상을 유발시키게 된다. 이러 한 관점에서 본 연구는 FTA 활용에 있어 어려움을 겪고 있는 중소기업을 대상으로 스파게티 보울 효과를 분석해 보고 이를 통해 FTA 활용률 제고 방안을 모색해 보았다. 향후 세계 경제 위기 속에서 우호적인 국제통상환경을 조성하기 위해서 FTA 추진을 가속화할 필요가 있다. 특히 FTA의 발효는 회원국 간 무관세교역을 가능하게 함으로써 수입단가를 낮추고 소비자후생을 증진시킬 뿐만 아니라 회원국들은 상대적으로 비교우위가 있는 산업에 생산과 수출을 특화시킴으로써 경제적 이익을 누릴 수 있기 때문에 중요한 통상정책 전략이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 여러 국가와의 FTA 발효에는 스파게티보울 효과의 위험성이 있으므로 이에 대한 철저 한 대비를 통해 FTA로 인한 효과가 반감되지 않도록 해야 한다. Korea has been actively pursuing a free trade agreement(FTA) since 2003. In particular, the FTA rate retarded by the simultaneous FTA negotiations was restored within a short time and striving to the globalization of the FTA network. However, the effectuation of simultaneous FTA is a risk. The so-called Spaghetti Bowl Effect. Spaghetti Bowl Effect means that simultaneously the effectuation of FTA harms the trade by increasing transaction costs, because of the different rules of origin, customs procedures, standards and application of the regulation spent time and labor force to check. Just so, Spaghetti Bowl Effect is causes phenomenon the lower FTA utilization. In view of this, this paper tried to analyze the spaghetti bowl effect and seek the improvement of FTA utilization. In the future world economic crisis, it is necessary to accelerate the propulsion of FTA to create a amicable environment of International Trade. In particular, FTA is an important trade policy because it can lower import prices by allowing the duty-free trade between member states and will not only enhance consumer welfare but also countries can reap the economic benefits by specializing their comparative advantages industry. However, the FTA signed with various countries we must be prepared not to halve the effect caused by the FTA through a thorough preparation for it because there is danger of spaghetti bowl effect.

      • 관광관련학과 교직과정을 이수한 학생들의 현장실습과 교생실습이 향후 진로에 미치는 영향

        This study purposes to find the practical implication to effect on the future career learn the business internship practice and teaching practice for students who completed the teacher training course of the tourism related department, and propose the necessity of internship practice and teaching practice. The results of the study can be summarized as; first of all, the site practice at business has general influence to decide the career. Second, if teaching practice is felt to be helpful to improve teaching ability or systemize the teaching practice program, necessity of practical ability during the teaching practice, and factors like the level of attractiveness as a teacher, that is teaching ability improvement, have effects to the career. The implications are; first, it implies that numerous site practice helps to choose a career not just once to graduate as the students in tourism related major who completed the teacher training course puts importance in site practice at business in their future career choice. Second, high schools or universities need to recognize that one month site practice is an important opportunity to choose a career for students in tourism related major who have their teaching practice at high schools.
