S-Adenosyl-L-methionine synthetase (ATP: methionine S-Adenosyltransferase, EC 2.5.1.6; AdoMet synthetase) catalyzes the biosynthesis of S-Adenosyl-L-methionine(AdoMet) from methionine in the presence of ATP. To elucidate the role of transmethylation reaction in the pancreatic tissues, we examined AdoMet synthetase and isozyme activities, and AdoMet contents in the various tissues. The activities of AdoMet synthetase marked the highest in the kidney, and the lowest in the testis among the various tissues of rat. Considerable amounts of AdoMet synthetase activities were detected in the pancreatic tissues of various animals except for those of frog. The level of ${\alpha}$ and ${\gamma}$ isozyme activities were present in the pancreatic tissues of various animals, while ${\beta}$ isozyme activities were detected as trace. AdoMet synthetase activities of rat brain, liver, testis were decreased with growth. In the rat pancreatic tissues, AdoMet synthetase activities were increased during 16 days after birth and then decreased between 16 and 47 days of age. Levels of AdoMet contents of rat brain and testis were decreased with growth. However, AdoMet contents of rat pancreas were decreased until 26 days of age, and then increased thereafter. AdoMet synthetase isozyme patterns did not vary with growth in the pancreas and testis. But, in the liver, ${\beta}$ form is strikingly increased with growth.

신규 프탈로시아닌계 염료를 이용한 면직물의 염색 및 견뢰도 특성

Dyes for military uniforms are required to have high color, light, wash, and rubbing fastness properties along with a combined visual and infrared camouflage. Some phthalocyanine chromogens can absorb light in the near infrared (NIR) region. Thus, phthalocyanine dyes can be used for military uniforms requiring infrared (IR) camouflage. In this study, direct and reactive copper-phthalocyanine dyes were synthesized and applied on cotton fabrics for IR-camouflaging. The absorption maxima and the molar extinction coefficients of the synthesized dyes in water were 666-668 nm and $50,100-63,900Lmol^{-1}cm^{-1}$, respectively. The synthesized dyes, 1-4, exhibited good build-up properties on the cotton fabrics with dye 4 showing the best result. The cotton fabrics dyed with dyes 1-4 showed moderate light fastness, good color fastness, and very good wash and rubbing fastness. The NIR reflectance of the cotton fabrics with dyes 1, 3, and 4 was within 15-80% in the range of 700-1050 nm satisfying the South Korea Military Standards.

사서(四書)에 나타난 유교의 사회복지사상

우리가 흔히 말하는 사회복지는 자본주의적 사회복지이다. 이 사회복지는 사회문제에 사후적으로 대처하면서 오히려 새로운 문제를 만들어 내기도 했다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해서는 사회복지에 대한 질적인 재검토가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 위한 기초 작업으로서 우리는 유효의 사회복지 사상을 살펴보고자 한다. 현대적인 사회복지가 국민의 권리인 것과 달리 유교 사상 안의 사회복지는 군주의 시혜이며 그 목적은 지배의 정당성을 확보하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 이것은 제도화된 시혜이고, '여민동락'과 같은 철저한 민본사상에서 출발하고 있다는 점에서 오늘날에도 여전히 유용한 의미를 지닌다. 한편 이 유교의 사회복지는 공동체를 통한 사회복지를 추구한다. 유교의 사회복지 사상에서는 공동체의 생산 증진과 공동체적인 연대를 강화시키면 백성의 부양문제는 저절로 해결된다는 전제 아래서 사회문제에 대한 직접 개입보다는 간접 개입을, 사후적인 대응보다는 예방을 더 중요시한다. 한편 유교에서 백성의 부양은 단순한 물질적인 부양만이 아니라 심리적인 부양까지도 포함하고 있다. 이처럼 유교에서는 공동체를 통한 간접 개입을 시회복지의 원칙으로 삼지만, 4궁(窮) 등과 같이 공동체 자체에서 부양되지 못하는 경우에는 국가가 직접 개입할 것을 강조한다. 이것은 일종의 잔여복지이나, 자본주의 사회의 잔여복지에 비하면 더 마지막 조치라고 말할 수 있다. The social welfare system in modern world is generally recognized as the most effective measure against the social problems in capitalist societies. When a social welfare program is introduced to solve a social problem, however, it used to cause another new problem at the same time. In order to overcome this circularity, we need to consider not only quantitative but also the qualitative aspect of social welfare. In line with this problematic, this thesis tries to examine the social welfare thoughts in Confucianism in order to rethink the meaning of social welfare. In contrast to the modern social welfare as a social right, the social welfare in Confucianism was basically regarded as the grace of a king whose purpose was to legitimate his domination. But it was also based upon Confucian humanism and institutionalized into the Confucian govern mentality. It was practiced through the Confucian communality whose basic concept lies in the traditional family system. The social welfare in this society was to be fulfilled automatically by promoting the production and by consolidating the solidarity of the community. The social intervention, therefore, was principal1y indirect and preventive rather than direct and postfactum. The social welfare supports in Confucian societies included not only the material but also the psychological. In these senses, it sounds like that the Confucian welfare system reached the very high standard. Although the real practice should be cautiously differentiated from its ideal state, we may find interesting implications from the social welfare thoughts in Confucianism.

근대 초기 시의 ‘격조’와 ‘정형성’ 연구

This study investigated the issues of tone and typicality (set pattern) appeared in early modern poems. When the existing experiences for traditional genre and the appearance of new verse type formed the complicated poetic styles in early modern period, the poets in early modern literature thought of new verse forms. Among them, the awareness of poetic ‘tone’ and typicality had significant meaning with regards to the direction of modern poetry. First of all, Choi Nam-seon suggested free poetic forms by escaping from tone; however, minimal poetic regularity was suggested in it in the name of ‘tone’. In addition, Kim Eok controlled the loss of poetic identity of free verse through the poetics on tone and suggested poetic rules of versification for new Joseon's free verse. Such attempt for poetic forms was sincere concern about what Joseon's poetic forms would be in the process of forming free verse. As a result, a new poetic form that was discriminated from traditional types and pursued typicality signifying individualized formal regularity has appeared.

아위느타리버섯 추출물의 에르고티오네인(Ergothioneine) 정량법 및 항산화 활성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 아위느타리버섯(Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae)에 함유되어 있는 항산화 물질인 에르고티오네인의 정확한 함량을 분석할 수 있는 최적 분석법을 확립하고 아위느타리버섯 3종(맥송, 비산 2호, 백황)의 에르고티오네인 함량 및 항산화 능력을 검증하고자 수행되었다. 서로 다른 네 가지의 HPLC 분석 조건을 비교하여 아위느타리버섯 열수 추출물의 에르고티오네인 함량을 정량할 수 있는 최적 조건(shodex HILIC column, 35 ℃, 1.0 mL/min)을 확립하였으며 이를 이용하여 3종류의 아위느타리버섯 열수 추출물에 포함된 에르고티오네인 함량을 결정하였다(맥송: 3.04 ± 0.02 mg/g, 비산 2호: 3.15 ± 0.05 mg/g, 백황: 1.13 ± 0.07 mg/g). 또한, 3종류의 아위느타리버섯 열수추출물의 DPPH 및 ABTS 라디컬 소거활성을 측정하였으며, 총 페놀 함량 및 총 플라보노이드 함량을 측정하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여 아위느타리버섯 열수 추출물로부터 에르고티오네인 함량을 가장 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 분석법을 확립하였으며, 맥송 및 비산 2호 아위느타리버섯 열수추출물 소재는 높은 에르고티오네인 함량과, 높은 항산화 활성을 보유하고 있는 것으로 밝혀져 향후 항산화 효능을 보유한 기능성 화장품 개발에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to establish optimal high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) conditions for estimation of the ergothioneine contents in the three kinds of water extracts of Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae (Meaksong, Beesan No. 2, Baekwhang). By comparing the four different HPLC conditions, optimun condition for quantifying the contents of ergotioneine was established (shodex HILIC column, 35 ℃, 1.0 mL/min). By this method, the contents of ergothioneine in Meakong (3.04 ± 0.02 mg/g), Beesan No. 2 (3.15 ± 0.05 mg/g) and Baewhang (1.13 ± 0.07 mg/g) were estimated. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenger activities of these three kinds of Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae were estimated and the contents of total phenol and flavonoid were also estimated. Taken together, this study establish an optimun HPLC condition for determining the ergothioneine contents in water extracts of Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae. Furthermore water extracts of Maesong and Beesan No. 2 showed relatively high contents of ergothioneine and antioxidant activity, suggesting that these materials could be used as potential antioxidant in developing functional cosmetics.

지역 역사 공간의 스토리텔링 방향과 실제 -대구 원도심 골목을 중심으로-

본 연구는 대구의 원도심 지역에 형성된 골목의 역사문화적 가치를 재해석하고, 이를 스토리텔링을 통해 재구성하는 과정을 살핀 것이다. 그것은 공간 스토리텔링이 공간의 장소성을 확보하는 주요한 방법으로 ‘골목이라는 공간의 인문적 재현과 생활문화의 공간 적 의미를 재해석’하고 있다는 점을 밝힌 것이다. 도시의 골목은 인간의 실존과 역사, 문화적 경험과 그 기억의 실재를 규정하거나 보여주는 장소 역할을 해왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 도시의 골목 중에서 대구의 원도심에 남아 있는 골목이 물리적 공간으로부터 삶의 공간, 소통과 관계의 장소로 재구성되는 과정을 몇 가지 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 특히 골목 재구성에 활용된 스토리텔링의 의미를 장소와 인간의 생활사를 연결하는 서사구조 혹은 글쓰기의 의미 측면에서 고찰하였다. 장소 혹은 공간과 인간을 연결하는 공간 스토리텔링은 첫째, 대중들에게 공간 읽기를 유도하는 자극제가 될 수 있으며 둘째, 이야기를 통해 장소의 정체성 및 특징을 쉽게 이해시킨다는 점. 셋째, 이야기를 통한 각인의 효과로 공간의 이미지 형성을 쉽고 지속시킬 수 있다는 점. 넷째, 이러한 특징으로 인해 공간 기획을 용이하게 함으로써 인간과 공간의 소통을 열어주는 방법론이 될 수 있다는 점을 논문에서 밝혔다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 『대구 신택리지』, 『도심은 살아있다』, 『시간의 포켓북』등 대구 골목을 테마로 한 세가지 스토리텔링 사례를 살펴보고. 공간(골목) 스토리텔링이 실제로 구현되는 과정에서 시민 중심, 체험 중심, 생활 중심의 스토리텔링이 가지는 의미와 가치를 재확인해보았다. This study reinterpreted the historical value of an alley created in the original downtown area of Daegu, and it looked into the process of the reproduction of a restructured city through based on a sense of place. A place is where the order of humans and the order of nature are combined, and it is a very meaningful center where we experience the world directly. A place is a phenomenon that is not an abstraction or a notion, but it is where a world of living is experienced directly ; therefore, a place is filled with meanings, existing objects, and continuous activities. This study took a look into several cases of the process of the restructuring of an alley remaining in the original downtown area of Daegu, as an example of an urban alley, into a space of living and a place of communication and relationship from a physical space, and it analyzed its meaning. In particular, storytelling utilized in the restructuring of an alley, and the real existence and direction of the storytelling of local cultural assets may be the main focus. For this, it is necessary to understand local historical cultural resources and to review the relationship between local resources and storytelling.

북한시의 서정과 개성 문제

A view of stream of North Korea poem, Lyric poetry of North Korea is created as follow writer and work.<br/> First, A work of poet Kim, soon-seok expressions identity of a nature in the realities of life. Second, Poet Kim, cheol expressions the union of familly in the state of seperation. Third, Lyric poems of North Korea since 1980s is lyricism.<br/> The problem of lyricm needed for dealing successfully with schematization, inclination toward prose, similarity, idealization in writing poetry was an issue in North Korea poetry.
