고장초 추출물의 t-BHP로 산화적 손상이 유도된 HepG2 세포 보호 효과

고장초는 오랫동안 식용 및 의약 목적으로 차를 만드는 데 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 고장초를 고부가가치 식용재료로 사용하는 연구는 불충분하다. 이전 연구에서 우리는 tricin이 고장초의 주요 화합물임을 확인했다. 본 연구에서는 고장초 추출물의 HepG2 세포 보호 효과를 조사하였다. 고장초 추출물 또는 tricin의 HepG2 세포에 대한 독성 실험 결과, 사용한 모든 농도에서 고장초 추출물 또는 tricin에 대한 독성은 나타나지 않았다. 또한 tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP)에 의해 감소된 세포 생존율은 고장초 추출물(100 μg/ml에서 69.23%) 또는 tricin (100 ng/ml에서 74.47%)에 의해 증가되었다. 또한 고장초 추출물(250 μg/ml) 또는 tricin (250 ng/ml)은 산화적 손상에 의한 활성 산소종(ROS) 생성을 효과적으로 억제했다. 또한 항산화 효소로 알려진 superoxide dismutase 1(SOD1), catalase, heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), nuclear factor erythroid-related factor 2 (Nrf2)의 단백질 발현은 고장초 추출물(100 μg/ml에서 2.1, 1.6, 1.7, 1.5배) 또는 tricin (250 ng/ml에서 2.6, 1.8, 2.2, 2.0배) 처리로 증가했으며, 이는 고장초 추출물의 HepG2 세포 보호 효과는 tricin의 활성과 관련이 있다는 것을 시사한다. 종합하면 고장초는 간 기능개선 관련 기능성 식품 소재로 개발이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Zizania latifolia has long been used as a tea for both edible and medicinal purposes. However, research into the use of Z. latifolia as a high value-added edible material is lacking. In a previous study, we confirmed that tricin is the major component in Z. latifolia. In this study, we investigated the protective effect of a Z. latifolia extract (ZLE). Toxicity tests of ZLE or tricin on HepG2 cells revealed no toxicity due to ZLE or tricin at all concentrations used. The reduction in cell viability by tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP) was suppressed by treatment with ZLE or tricin. In addition, ZLE or tricin effectively inhibited the production of reactive oxygen species (generation of hydrogen peroxide, alkoxy free radicals, and peroxyl free radicals by t-BHP) and oxidative damage. ZLE or tricin treatments also increased the protein expression of superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1), catalase, heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), and nuclear factor erythroid-related factor 2 (Nrf2), which are known as antioxidant enzymes, suggesting that the protective effect of ZLE is related to activation of tricin. Taken together, the results indicate that Z. latifolia can be developed as a functional food material for improving liver function.

As the demand of high-rise residential buildings increases, newly systems maintaining good point of composite beam and developing serviceability was developed in and outside the country. But it also can't realize a long span structure. Thus there are some requirements for a new floor system that the long span, the reduced height, the improvement of serviceability, and the excellent fire proof can be achieved. For these reasons, we developed the Light-Weight Void Composite Floor using Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic that can raise a stiffness without increasing weight and can offer a tension ability and fire resistant performance. In this study, it is subject to evaluate the shear performance through the proposal concerning shear design and the test result to evaluate applicability of new composite slab system in practice.

Purpose: Surgical intervention into the maxillary posterior area can lead to inadvertent communication with the maxillary sinus. Spontaneous healing of 1 to 2 mm openings can occur. However, in patients with larger oro-antral communications and those with a history of sinus disease, surgical closure is often indicated. Materials and Methods: In this case, a modified free gingival graft technique was used. The oro-antral sinus track after extraction was about $2{\times}4\;mm$. But the patient had a history of Caldwell-Luc operation. Immediately after extraction, a modified free gingival graft was used for the closure of oro-antral sinus track. Result: A modified free gingival graft technique was successfully used for the closure of oro-antral sinus track. With this technique, esthetic results including similar colors, textures were achieved. Conclusion: It is thought that this technique is very useful in the closure of oro-antral sinus track.

The effect of ginseng extract and ginseng saponins on alcoholic fermentation was studied 1. Alcoholic fermentation on gllicose medium at 30$^{\circ}C$. by Saccharomyces coveanus and Saccharomyces uvavum was stimulated when the media contained 5% and 10 % of ginseng extract, respectively. But that of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was inhibites by the addition of 10% of ginseng extract. 2. Saponin did not stimulate the alcoholic fermentation by Saccharomyces uvarum. 3. The yeast cell counts was increased remarkably by addition of ginseng extract while that of ginseng saponins was increased slightly. Dried cell weight of the broth which Contained 5% of ginseng extract was 3 times than that of control.

This studies were conducted to investigate the changes of saponin pattern, pH and organic acid contents of malt wort added ginseng components during alcoholic fermentation by Sacch. uvarum. The results are as follows. Saponin patterns of fermented wort were same as that of the non- fermented wort, but the weight of former was decreased comparing to that of the latter. pH value of fermented wort contained 0.1∼0.5% of ginseng extract were almost same as that of control(PH 4.23). Lactate, pyruvate, succinate and fumarate, pyroglutarate and citrate contents of the fermented wort were increased by the addition of ginseng extract and pyruvate content, particularly, was increased from 28.4 to 214mg/100 ml while that of control was 33.2mg/100m1. Citrate content of fermented wort contained ginseng saponin was almost same as control (37. 5mg/100m1) . But pyruvate content was tower 4-8.6mg/100m1 than that of control(33.2mg/100m1) .

효율적으로 데이터를 관리, 분석, 유지하기 위해서는 각 시스템의 목적에 맞는 데이터 모델이 필요하다. 데이터 모델에 따라 해당하는 활용 시스템의 활용 범위가 결정되며, 각각의 활용 시스템에 맞는 데이터 모델이 개발되고 있는 상황이다. GIS 분야에서도 각 GIS 응용시스템에 맞는 다양한 공간정보 데이터 모델들이 개발 되었으며, 제공하고자 하는 서비스에 따라 공간정보 데이터 모델이 만들어지고 있다. 어플리케이션의 효율적인 활용을 위해서는 공간정보 데이터의 정확성과 최신성등이 중요하지만 특히 공간정보 데이터 구조를 만드는 데이터 모델링이 중요하다. 그러므로 본 연구는 1)국내외 공간정보 데이터 모델의 공간정보를 표현하는데 있어 기하학적 모델, 위상학적 모델과 3차원 공간정보 가시화 방법 등의 항목별로 비교하고 2)각각의 데이터 구조를 분석하여 데이터 모델의 특징을 비교한다. 마지막으로 3)공간정보 데이터 모델을 선정하여 정량적인 분석을 통해 데이터 구조에 따른 특징을 분석한다. Each system should have a suitable data model about their purpose for efficiently managing, analyzing, and manipulating data. And the usable range of application is determined by the data model, and suitable data models are being developed for each application. In GIS, diversity spatial data model is being developed too. The accuracy and update of the spatial data would be important for applying efficient application as well as the data modeling is important as constructing the spatial data structure. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to 1)compare domestic spatial data models with oversea spatial data models about their geometry model, topology model and visualizing method of 3D spatial data 2)to compare the features of the data model by analyzing each data structures. We 3)compare and analyze features of each spatial data models via the quantitative analysis of each spatial data models.

One of the most important reasons in pursuit of supply chain management is to prevent sub-optimization caused by decentralized decision making over the various entities. As supply chain coordination approach to overcome such a setting, contract mechanisms have frequently been used. However, a coordinated supply chain might fail to provide additional profit to one of the players. In result, it is necessary that a contract mechanism is designed to achieve the same profit in a centralized situation (coordination) and to improve the benefit of all the supply chain players (winwin). In this paper, we address supply chain contract based on revenue sharing and quantity discount considering price and service level. We show that the trade parameters among different entities in the supply chain contract can be chosen to achieve coordination and a win-win outcome.
