주상(酒傷)에 응용되는 성주청간탕(醒酒淸肝湯)이 알코올대사 및 간장애에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate effects of the Sungjuchunggan-tang(Xingjiuqinggan-tang), which has been used for alcoholic diseases in Oriental medicine, on alcoholic metabolism and alcoholic liver damage. Methods : We evaluated the activities of alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)and aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH), and measured the levels of AST, ALT, glucose, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and phospholipid in serum of guinea pigs. Results and Conclusions : In this experiment, Sungjuchunggan-tang, Pharbitidis Semen and Puerariae Radix significantly suppressed the activity of ADH which is a precursor enzyme of acetaldehyde. Sungjuchunggan-tang and Pharbitidis Semen significantly suppressed the activity of ALDH, which is a catabolic enzyme, and increased its level. Due to alcohol consumption, level of ALT and AST were significantly reduced. These experimental results suggest that Sungjuchunggan-tang and Pharbitidis Semen inhibit the formation of acetaldehyde in the metabolism of alcohol, and affect the recovery of weakened liver functions caused by alcohol.
DRM과 DRM+ 기반의 AM/FM 디지털라디오 활용 연구

In this paper, the possibility and necessity of the digital broadcasting propulsion in AM and FM is presented based on DRM and DRM+ transmission modes, They are the members of series technological family in digital radio development. As the frequency utilization, the application of DRM+ is flexible in any mode such as IN-BAND or OUT-OF-BAND. When the digital audio broadcasting is planned at LOW-VHF bandwidth such as TV channel No.5 and NO.6 being adjacent to FM band and OUT-Of-BAND DRM+ technology is applied, there is no collision and jamming. Particularly, in the IN-BAND Hybrid mode, it is mentioned that there was the difficulty problem for multiple SFN transmitters uses. Not like the IN-BAND mode the OUT-OF-BAND mode lets multiple transmitters, because neighbor transmitters do not interfere each other. Digital transmitter can be combined with the existing FM transmitter. The intensity of power and size of area can be easily determined according to local broadcasters' condition. And the OUT-OF-BAND mode is advantageous for AM/FM integration in digital radio receiver manufacturing, which makes the conversion schedule much shorter. 본 논문에서는 디지털라디오와 관련하여 동일계열 기술인 DRM과 DRM+ 전송방식을 기반으로 AM과 FM의 디지털방송 추진의 가능성과 필요성을 제시한다. 주파수 활용에서 IN-BAND와 OUT-OF-BAND 양쪽 모두 이용이 가능한 DRM+의 특징을 이용하여 FM밴드와 인접한 LOW-VHF 대역 TV채널 5번과 6번 주파수를 OUT-OF-BAND방식으로 디지털라디오방송을 추진할 때 기존 FM방송 신호와 충돌과 혼신이 없고, 새로운 라디오영역으로 확보 가능하며, 우수한 신호전달 능력이 있는지 확인하고자 하였다. 특히 IN-BAND방식 Hybrid 모드에서 SFN을 이용한 다수의 송신기 사용이 어려운 문제점을 언급하였다. 그와 반대로 DRM+에 의한 OUT-OF-BAND 방식은 다수의 송신기 배치가 가능하며, 기존 FM송신기 및 안테나와 콤바인이 쉽고, 사업자별로 출력지정과 권역설정이 자유로우며, AM/FM 통합 디지털라디오 제작과 보급에 유리하여 디지털라디오 추진에 적합한 방안이 될 수 있음을 제안하였다.
