대학도서관 이용자 교육의 특성화에 관한 연구 : 인하대학교 정석학술정보관을 중심으로

본 연구는 최근 대학도서관 이용자 교육의 특성화와 인하대학교 정석학술정보관의 특성화된 이용자 교육인 IT(Information Technoloy) 교육에 대해서 조사하였다. 도서관의 일반적인 정보 이용 교육과 구분되는IT 교육의 현황,방법,개선점 등을 분석하여 대학도서관 이용자 교육의 특성화에 대해 알아보고,그 변화 가능성을 살펴보았다.
천임계 $CO_2$ 시스템용 코일형 내부 열교환기의 열성능 해석

Transcritical$CO_2$ systems are under consideration for use as residential/mobile air conditioners. In these systems, an internal heat exchanger is usually adopted to improve both capacity and/or COP of the $CO_2$ system in lower operating pressure range of gas cooler. A program has been developed to analyse the performance of internal heat exchangers using the section-by-section method. The internal heat exchanger of coaxial configuration is first analyzed and fairly good agreements with the data are obtained, And then the internal heat exchanger of multiple circular coil configuration has been investigated. The results obtained from the parametric study provide the guidelines for the initial design and manufacturing concepts of the internal heat exchanger in transcritical $CO_2$ system. Further studies are necessary to develop the heat transfer correlations of carbon dioxide in the tubes to obtain more accurate results.

Flow channels with non-circular cross-sections are encountered in a wide va-riety of heat exchangers. Accurate friction factor and Colburn factor data are essential for the design and viable applications of such heat exchangers. In this study, an analysis is conducted on heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics for tube-bundle heat exchanger with various arrangements of tubes, of which their geometry could easily be modified from a cir-cular one in a harsh environment. The parameters investigated are aspect ratio, pitch, and in-clined angle of tubes. The results obtained are:(1) Aspect ratio has larger influence on the and factor than pitch;(2) As aspect ratio increases, both and factors decrease;(3) The high performance is achieved when the pitch and aspect ratio are in the range of 1.5∼2.5 and 1.25∼2.0, respectively; and(4) the inclined arrangements of tubes show unfavorable results for both heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics in spite of the positive possibility of condensate removals in a latent heat recovery system.
편평관군 열교환기에서의 응축 열전달 및 압력강하 특성해석

A numerical analysis was carried out on the heat and mass transfer, and pres-sure drop characteristics of the modular tube bundle heat exchanger. The finite volume method with a turbulence model was used for the analysis. Due to condensation, the total heat transfer rate is observed about 4∼8% higher than that on dry surfaces. Total heat transfer rate increases with increase in the velocity, temperature and relative humidity of incoming air. It also increases with decreasing the aspect ratio of heat exchanger tube. The inlet velocity of cooling water has little effect on the total heat transfer when the other conditions are fixed.
공공MCN을 활용한 해외홍보문화원의 한국문화PR 사례분석 및 정책적 시사점

This in-depth study on the Public MCN Project for Korean Culture PR was conducted by the Korea Culture and Information Service(KOCIS) in 2020. The focus was on the K-influencer program, which recruits non-Koreans fans of Korean culture and fosters PR experts in Korean culture, to measure the effect of Korean content customized for overseas markets. In addition, the research looked at the potential of overseas promotion using public MCN based on the organization and features of livestream channels and subchannels, content on traditional Korean culture led by government policy, number of views, and trends in subscriber growth. The cost effectiveness of PR for Korean culture was gauged using the legacy of traditional media and public MCN operations. In conclusion, the review of the results and significance of the public MCN project led to the proposal of policy tasks seeking to expand and further develop operations of the project. Because studies on PR for Korean culture are non-existent, especially given the lack of related case studies abroad, this research was conducted not only on PR officials of the government and public agencies, but also scholars and industry representatives interested in public MCN in the belief that the research can provide useful policy and practical assistance to the field.

Religious organizations, like other social organizations, develop by interacting with the entire social system constantly. Wonbuddhism, as a leading Korean religion, has to accept others' constructive critical opinions actively to take root as a worldwide religion, and get out of the current rigid organizational system and change into an open, flexible structure to react to a rapidly changing society. It is expected that there will be the increase of uncertainty, the maximization and bureaucratism of an organization, the growth of middle class, the high level of consciousness, the coming of techno-information society, and international relations in the near future. So this thesis deals with the structural revision of the current central headquarters system and the creation of a separate parish system, the informativeness of administrative affairs and the creation of MIS, and the establishment of administrative cultures of Wonbuddhism such as religious harmony and socialization. In reforming a religious order, there should be the revision of undemocratic and ineffective structure, where followers participate. Getting out of isolation and participating in social campaigns, Wonbuddhism can revive as a new Buddhism.
