고속철도(KTX) 개통이 지역경제에 미치는 영향 분석과 시사점

KTX 개통으로 예상되었던 파급효과로는 건설투자로 인한 생산 및 고용 확대와 항공, 고속버스, 철도 등 운송수단간 수요 대체효과를 들 수 있다. 이외에도 기업의 지방이전, 수도권 기능의 분산을 통한 국토의 균형 개발, 고속철도 이용에 따른 시간비용 절감, 승용차의 고속도로 이용 및 교통사고 감소로 인한 사회 경제적 비용 축소도 기대되었다. 또한 KTX역 중심의 관광 네트워크를 통한 지역 관광 여가 산업의 발전과 지역 문화 예술 인적 교류 활성화를 통한 삶의 질 향상도 예상되었다. 반면에 고속철도망 연결로 주변 중소도시의 업무기능, 노동력 및 구매력이 인근 대도시로 흡수되면서 지방상권이 위축되는 지역불균형 심화문제도 예측되었다. 이와 함께 인구 및 기업의 유출로 인한 지역경제 공동화 등의 부작용도 우려되었다. 본 연구는 KTX 개통을 통한 고속철도망 연결이 지역경제에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 알아보기 위해 진행되었다. 먼저 백화점 판매액 불변지수를 이용한 기본모형에 대한 분석에서는 임금소득, 주택매매가격지수, 그리고 회사채수익률이 모두 유의하였고, 기본모형에 추가로 고려된 KTX 이용인구비율도 백화점 판매액 불변지수의 변동에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지역 소비유출 효과를 확인하기 위해서 지역별 타지역 의료기관이용률을 종속변수로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 부산의 경우에만 KTX 이용인구비율과 타지역 의료기관이용률간에 유의한 관련성을 확인할 수 있었다. 대구의 경우에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. KTX 이용 자료가 부족한 상황에서 KTX 개통에 따른 지역경제에 대한 영향을 구체적으로 파악하는데 한계가 있다. 그러나 KTX의 효과가 개통 초기보다는 다소 감소되었지만 지역경제 발전 효과 및 가능성은 여전히 확인할 수 있었다. High-speed railway (Korea Train Express) has had a deep impact on the regional economy of Korea. Current high-speed rail research is mostly theoretical, there is a lack of quantitative research using a precise algorithm to study the effect of high-speed railway on the regional economy. This paper analyses the influence of high-speed rail on the regional economy, with a focus on the Daegu area. Quantitative analysis using department store indexes and regional medical records is performed to calculate the economic influence of high-speed rail. The result shows that high-speed railway effects the regional economy though regional consumption growth and medical care trends.

A new vacuum assisted auto-lancing technique is proposed to minimize pain. Specially designed lancing device was introduced, which applied -100mmHg right after skin puncture on the forearm. Sampled blood volumes were measured in 58 normal females. Mean volume of 464 samples was approximately 2.6$\muL$ and the frequency of more than 0.5$\muL$ was 86%. Thus the success rate of blood sugar test should also be the same when using modern glucose meters capable of testing with only 0.3~0.5$\muL$ of capillary blood. When pain scores were quantitatively evaluated by the visual pain measure, only 23% pain of the traditional finger sampling was experienced, demonstrating that capillary blood sampling was performed on the forearm with almost no pain. The present technique reduced pain to a great degree, though resampling might be unavoidable due to 14% of test failure rate estimated for modern glucose meters. However, minimized pain makes the present technique of great convenience for diabetic patients who need blood sampling a few times a day. 당뇨병 환자의 혈당검사시 통증을 최소화하는 새로운 진공 자동 채혈기법을 개발하였다. 특별히 고안, 제작된 채혈기구를 사용하여 전완부위에서 채혈침으로 피부를 관통한 직후 자동적으로 -100mmHg의 진공압력이 가해짐으로써 모세혈액이 흡입되는 자동화된 진공 채혈기법을 구현하였다. 진공 자동 채혈기법의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 전완부위에서의 채혈용적을 측정하였다. 58명의 정상인을 대상으로 464회의 채혈을 시행한 결과 평균 채혈용적은 약 2.6$\muL$이었고 0.5$\muL$이상의 채혈빈도가 약 86%이었다. 최근 개발되고 있는 혈당계들은 0.3~0.5$\muL$의 모세혈액으로 혈당검사가 가능하므로 검사성공률 역시 약 86%로 추정되었다. 채혈통증 감소효과를 평가하기 위하여 손가락 및 전완부위 채혈 후 시각상사 통증척도를 사용하여 통증지수를 측정하였다. 전완부위 채혈시 통증은 손가락 채혈의 약 23%에 불과하였으며 거의 무통증 채혈이 가능하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 전완부위 진공 자동채혈기법은 전통적인 손가락 채혈에 비해 채혈통증이 25% 이하로 현저하게 감소하지만 검사실패율이 14%로써 경우에 따라 재채혈이 필요할 수 있다. 그러나 매일 수 차례 채혈해야 하는 만성 당뇨환자의 경우 검사기피를 방지할 수 있는 유용한 방법으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a scheme to more utilize regional authenticity in historical and cultural theme parks(HCTPs) through derivation of entertainment factors more applicable to domestic tour sites comparing with foreign cases. Suggested is that modern style buildings in appearance should be completely excluded from the HCTPs. Also, everything in HCTPs including historical space and events should be thoroughly reappeared with background research. Those who experience synesthesia say it is something both memorable and emotionally satisfying. The results of this paper may help service quality of HCTP planners and marketers for regional tourism marketing strategy.

대학생 다문화멘토링 참여 경험을 통한 멘토링 운영의 개선방안

본 연구의 목적은 다문화멘토링에 참여한 대학생 멘토들이 프로그램을 어떻게 활용하고 있는지 탐색하고 이를 통하여 멘토링 운영에 대한 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 다문화멘토링에 참여한 대학생 8명을 대상으로 2015년 9월부터 2015년 12월까지 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰 내용은 멘토들이 다문화멘토링 프로그램을 어떻게 이해하고 활용하는지로 분석하였다. 멘토들은 다문화멘토링 프로그램을 진행하면서 멘토의 자율적인 활동 보장, 멘티와의 일대일멘토링, 일정의 장학금지급, 교육봉사시간 인정 등은 장점으로 활용하고 있었다. 그러나 멘토링을 훌륭하게 수행하는 멘토들도 있었지만 멘토링 시간과대입력, 수시로 시간변경과 소홀한 준비, 교사 사인 대리하기, 시간 때우기 등의 부정적으로 활용하는 멘토들도 있었다. 이런 점을 바탕으로 멘토링 운영에 대하여 다문화멘토링 담당교사들의 인식개선과 운영진의 효율적인 관리, 멘토들의 윤리적인 교육, 체험활동의 범위 한정 등 멘토링 개선방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the features of a multicultural mentoring program as perceived through multicultural mentoring activities by university students who took part in multicultural mentoring, and to examine how the mentors were putting these features into practice. Through this research, the study planned to propose an improvement plan for multicultural mentoring and increase its efficiency. For the study, eight students who participated in the multicultural mentoring program were selected and in-depth interviews from September, 2015 to December, 2015 were conducted. Once the interviews were transcribed, the project analyzed the advantages of the multicultural mentoring system and how these advantages were being utilized. The results were as follows. First, the advantages provided by the multicultural mentoring system were freedom in the one-on-one activities with mentees, fixed scholarship provision, and acknowledgement as an education volunteer service. Second, although there were mentors who used these advantages and fulfilled mentoring outstandingly, there were cases where advantages were abused. These cases included exaggerated entry of mentoring time, frequently changing of preparation times, forging teachers’ signatures, and the addition of time spent mentoring. With these results as a basis, the study presented the need for the improvement of awareness of teachers in charge of multicultural mentoring, effective management of the operators, and ethical education of mentors as an improvement plan.
